It always surprises me to see a huge line at Dutch Bro's and no line at Java Crew because the crew is 10x better than DB. They get through their lines quickly and the drinks are so good. Their smoothies are really good but my favorite is the chai frosty. I always stop here when I'm in Salem. The ladies working here are always friendly and upbeat, ready with a biscuit or pup cup for my doggo. It's drove through only so no real ambiance other than the friendly efficient service. read more

After trying Java Crew's chai, I don't bother with Dutch Bros. or Startbucks chai anymore because it is pretty flavorless and watered down. Java Crew employees are friendly and don't assault you with 20 questions about your life while in the drive thru. 0 stars for the coffee cake. I can't explain it, but it was awful. I felt like I was chewing on wet paper. I didn't finish it, and for me not to finish something sweet....there's got to be something wrong with it. Beverages only for me from now on. read more

We went last Thursday, it was a nice day, the young girl who helped us was extremely under dressed, she was wearing nothing more then a skimpy tank top with no bra, it was almost pornagraphic with her nipples exposed. We love Java Crew, but my husband and myself were offended by this lewd attire. She was very young and it felt almost dirty interacting with her. Most of the time, things like this don't bother me, but I just felt gross after this interaction. Please wear more clothes! read more

Just went here for the first time because it's nearby, and it is amazing. So frickin good. Just tried a latte to see if it's good coffee and it is. I love going here! Beats out other places, because their espresso tastes way better than most and they don't make their drinks too sugary. I also like that I don't get a ton of questions while ordering, the baristas are always straight to the point and quick. The awesome cup sleeves are a plus too! People always ask where I get my coffee from, because they cup sleeves looks so cool (and obviously this coffee stop is pretty cool too). I like the Big foot theme for some of the drinks/sizes and how they stick with the PNW theme! Definitely my go-to coffee place. The friendly baristas and easy drive-thru (no awkward car positioning or those double lines) are a plus too! P.S. Dairy-free and sugar free friendly too! read more

I go to this location and the one in Monmouth pretty often. I wish this location had a walk in area like the Monmouth location but I do appreciate the efficiency of the drive through at times. The staff are always polite. They're quick, consistent on drink quality, and have a good menu. I like that they're not as overly perky as some of the other drive through coffee chains in the area. Their coffee is great but their customer service is mediocre. When I drive up to order all they say is "hey" in what seems like the saddest voice. Then when I get to the window they are not happy or cheery like other coffee places they just act like they would rather not be there and could care less if they had customers or not. The coffee is alright but not for the price. I prefer to go to dutch Bros where they actually try to brighten your day. read more

My boyfriend and I both go here almost every day, I always get great service the most amazing coffee also at a decent price. Came here today and normally I just tell them to add a couple extra dollars on my card if you're like me and work in the service industry you like to tip. I guess their new machines don't allow you to do that so remember to bring a little bit of cash with you if you're a regular customer. read more

My husband and I stopped in today to try something new. When we pulled in, we were surprised at how high their prices were for a small stand ($4 for a 16 oz latté). The coffee is far too sweet. I got a flavored latté and opted to not finish it because there was so much syrup in it. With the combination of bad drinks and unenthusiastic service, we will not be back. read more

I live closer to the Keizer one, but it is on my way to church so I usually go here when I get a drink on Sunday mornings. The staff is always so friendly and my drink is usually ready by the time I get up to the window. I love that they have Gluten Free Oatmeal for those days I don't have time for breakfast. The drinks are MUCH better than Starbucks and are a better price. I definitely recommend this place! read more
