Ehhh, it's kind of weird when a Mexican bakery has completely full shelves at 6:00pm. We specifically wanted to try their chocoflan and Tres Leches. The flan was weird and rubbery, and the chocolate cake was mid, a bit dry. The same for the Tres Leches. It was a bit dry for what we like. read more

Maravillas to say the least has been a good bakery. Never has been bad bread. Unfortunately about a month ago I went and bread felt firm like it has been sitting a while. I still grabbed some just to make sure and when I got home some of the donuts were pretty firm I couldn't enjoy eating. I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried again today(12/8/25) . Shelves were stocked and looked amazing. I started grabbing left and right. I paid my fees ($20$) and on my way home Upon arriving home my daughter was excited to eat some with hot chocolate and when she took her first bite she told me it was hard. I then took a sample myself and sure enough. Super firm. I took a few bites from other selection I grabbed and all were firm.. it's frustrating cause not only am I out 20$ worth of bread but also feel bad cause I have to throw the bread away. Was out in Oregon this past week and was craving some pan dulce. There used to ge a spot called Salvadors but it closed so I searched and found this spot. Its located in what it looked like a newer building. When we walked in we got zero greeting just dirty looks from the girl behind the counter. I never been there so I didnt know where the trays and the tongs were at. No one cared to tell me or direct me towards them till I started looking around. We served ourselves and went to the counter. We told the girl we wanted bagged in separate bags since one was for my niece in Oregon and the other was to bring back home to Sacramento. The girl said but didnt listen so we told her again. She bagged it all and not even ringing us up just flat out said its 20 dollars. Theres no prices on the pan dulce so to be honest i didnt know how much they were charging she never added nothing up on the register that seemed sketch af. The pan dulce was stale af lol I'm sorry i'm bot trying to be rude or mean but that bread was more hard than a piece of concrete. They have crappy service, crappy product and OVER PRICED. Idk how they staying in business. I know where I wont be going back next time im out there in Oregon. I'm decent off that place. read more

This place is so delicious! I popped in while charging my car across the street to get some coffee... which is delicious! But their extensive range of delicious Mexican breads and cakes are stars! I had part of a savory cheese and jalepeno stuffed bread for my lunch and part of a chocoflan with my coffee for dessert! Plenty of leftovers to take home to my partner along with some other sweet breads I got for him! There is also comfortable cafe seating . I will come back for sure. read more

Eternity was the associate who helped my friend and I as it was both our first time inside this pastry palace. Not only was Eternity helpful but you can tell her intentions were genuine. When you walk in, the pastries are on the right and the cafe is around the corner. It's more of a grab and go type of establishment with the treats but near the cafe are comfy seats for you to take a break and enjoy your scrumptious selections. Each of us in our group of four chose two pastries and a small coffee. We chose to share our pastries amongst us and it was fun since they had such a large selection of pastries. Ordered a birthday cake and when I went to pick it up they had made the wrong cake. I wanted the cake that I ordered and payed for but the owner was extremely rude to me and disrespected me because she did not want to accept her mistake. She wanted to make me pay more money for what I wanted even though originally they charged me a different price, but I just asked for my money back and she even was giving me a hard time about giving me back my money. She was so disrespectful and made me cry in front of everyone, she called me a liar and other things just because she couldn't accept her mistake. Anyways... Never ever going back to that place.
