Horrible customer service. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before being told we were in the…read morewrong lane and needed to move to another one. The lane we were directed into was not clearly marked, and by that point we were already stuck in line with no easy way to switch. I explained that we had already been waiting and that the confusion was due to unclear signage, but the staff refused to take our order, saying it would disrupt their queue. Rather than helping resolve the situation, they simply turned us away. The interaction was rude and unhelpful, so we chose to leave without ordering.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for options since I'm not too familiar with the area and found Higher Ground, which was conveniently located about a mile from my sister's house (our final destination). The location is a bit odd, as you'll find it set back in a parking lot at the base of a large church--now I get the name, punny! Quick, friendly service and really reasonable pricing. I ordered 4 espresso drinks (one with a milk alternative) and the total cost was only $14!! And besides being well priced, they were well-made.
