The lane we were directed into was not clearly marked, and by that point we were already stuck in line with no easy way to switch. I explained that we had already been waiting and that the confusion was due to unclear signage, but the staff refused to take our order, saying it would disrupt their queue. Rather than helping resolve the situation, they simply turned us away. The interaction was rude and unhelpful, so we chose to leave without ordering.
