Just be careful cause it can be tight. The location is Easy to find. Yes I lived in Albany most of my life. As you walk in you see a huge well lit and window seating for people to come in and enjoy. Now I did go in a little late like around 10:30ish and thinking they were going to fill up there displays again. The lady that helped me was very polite and nice. So I'll start with the lemon wedge I had. It was very tasty and very sweet and I'd buy it again. Now the maple bar and cinnamon roll I had wasn't what I expected. To me maple bars should taste like maple and well mine did taste different. I couldn't pin point the flavor but wasn't a lot of maple. The bar itself wasn't bad and well I'm always willing to try again. Now the cinnamon roll wasn't at all what I expected. One heavy beast of a roll. It was really good till i got to the middle. (About a 1/2 dollar size) To me I know what raw dough looks like and before I wrote this I wanted to be 100% sure. I also know that there are some breads and rolls that are somewhat raw. Now with that it was actually good. All the cinnamon, cream cheese frosting was amazing and I also will get another one soon. They also make cakes and I almost got a piece. So yea I'd say go and try it. And like I said I will always try a place a couple of times so I'll add to this review again at a later date.

They have some talented kitchen and bakery staff. Not ebough credit goes to the people running 90% of the show.

The service was 100% top notch. Helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, not only about what they offered but about the regions best shops! The coffee itself was very expressive. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch. And even though they didn't have indoor seating with the drizzly day, it was a highlight that I will be repeating in our future travels.

Small inside with limited seating. Loved they have a cat donation and actually have a few cats for adoption in their little living room area. Made me a little sad but they saved the kittens, get them fixed and give them a good home. I got their matcha and drink was great. Worker (maybe manager? Owner?) very nice guy and was slinging coffee on a busy Monday afternoon. Everyone was patient with a line out the door. Very cool guy.

Having service at Hyundai I discovered this fun piece of coffee history of the coffee and food and syrup makers. Based on their website the corvallis one was renamed to Java crew and I guess changed hands eventually to the new owner. Allann's is located on the ground floor of a warehouse building facing I5. It is quiet inside with lots of places to sit. Very relaxing and enjoyed the coffee and muffin.
