It is clean, plenty of seating and the layout seems workable. It is a pretty small shop so everyone around you can hear your conversations and the conversations behind the counter. Some mildly louder music would solve that. My husband and I stopped in before the Harvest Festival this fall and we were in a mild hurry(had 20 min to get to the festival to volunteer) and we were about 10 minutes late making it a 30 min wait, We were the only people in line so We ordered 2 coffees. I always try to order something from a new place that is hard to mess up, I go with a chai. It was pretty flavorless and I asked for it "dirty" where there was no shots of espresso added and it was barely even hot.. My husband likes a sweet blended coffee so he ordered the milkshake coffee from the menu... it came iced with a scoop of ice cream in it.. weird. My husbands luck turned when they messed up a bagel, as a result he got one for free* it was delicious he said and he would go back for another one! I would give them another try because I know people have their off days but going out is getting more and more expensive and we should not need to ask for remakes on items, that is why a ticket prints off with the modifications to reference. I'm excited to see a business like this in town I hope they do well for years to come. A space for children or a library section would be a bonus!
