Most of the people who work there are super friendly and helpful. I love the strawberry shake with a shot and the hot extra extra sweet white annihilator ( I call it the Conquistador). Wish the coupons still came in the mail- that helped my wallet quite a bit. The baristas or what have you aren't consistent with the punch cards. This place was so good!! This had been the first I and my fiancé had gone and not only was the coffee amazing but so we're the people!! We had just driven 15 hours and prior to knowing that the guy gave us free coffees since it was our first time!! And you can only imagine how grateful we were for that small act of kindness after driving for so long and being in the area for the first time!! All the staff was super friendly and so amazing!! I only go to dutch bros if all other coffee shops are closed. I find that their coffee tastes like warm chocolate milk with the flavored syrup...not like coffee at all. It's decent I suppose. Stopped at this location driving through on family vacation because wife had a headache but has also been wanting to try Dutch Bros. There isn't one close to home and some friends recommended. The staff was awesome!! Since we were first timers and needed to see the full menu, the girl at the window took the time to help us out. She was super nice and genuinely enthusiastic about her job. Not only did she welcome us to the service and help with decisions, but ensured we were satisfied with the drinks, which were great. They made the drinks quick too. Super friendly...quick...and delicious! Coffee is so good! I get a iced honey and cream americano with cinnamon sprinkles and it's seriously incredible and very reasonably priced! The staff is always friendly even if they are about to close and I stop in..I work graveyard so that's honestly when I go the most and I get it your cleaning up and it sucks to have to make more drinks so close to closing but they've never seemed any bit upset about it!
