There was a sign saying no walk up today, so I'm not sure if that's an always thing or just happen to catch them on a day that it wasn't a possibility. Service was friendly and fast. They have plenty of coffee options including seasonal specials. Multiple sizes to choose from for both hot and cold drinks. Ended up getting a ginger snap cold brew and a regular milk latte. Highly recommend either. The ginger snap had a strong spicy ginger flavor so if that is your preference, over a sugary drink with essence of ginger, I recommend getting it (especially since it's a seasonal special). The latte is a very solid latte. Not sure if I need to say anything else. If I needed a caffeine fix and not feeling too fancy it would be my go to drink. They aren't open Sunday and Monday but otherwise open early in the morning for your prework caffeine needs. Definitely plan on coming back whenever I'm in Albany!

Would definitely recommend with sticking to a traditional drink for more consistency sake. It can take some time to get drinks depending on how busy they are. It's ranged from 5-20 minutes from my experience. Food wise would recommend the bagel with salmon spread. They give quite a bit of spread that it's definitely enough to fully cover both halves independently. The bagel with avocado spread would be a close second. I always try to order something from a new place that is hard to mess up, I go with a chai. It was pretty flavorless and I asked for it "dirty" where there was no shots of espresso added and it was barely even hot.. My husband likes a sweet blended coffee so he ordered the milkshake coffee from the menu... it came iced with a scoop of ice cream in it.. weird. My husbands luck turned when they messed up a bagel, as a result he got one for free* it was delicious he said and he would go back for another one! I would give them another try because I know people have their off days but going out is getting more and more expensive and we should not need to ask for remakes on items, that is why a ticket prints off with the modifications to reference.
