Typically I don't leave a bad review, at least I try not to. I get coffee daily. I mean daily! I generally like to support local shops more than a corporate brand. However my Starbucks app shows that I drink here more often as a chain than any other due to convenience. I live in Washington. Was here in Keizer, Or today. I order the same drink. Grande Nitro in a Venti cup. Extra Salted Caramel cold foam. I understand I can't get a Nitro filled Venti. This isn't my first time ordering it. I understand they can only fill the cup to the grande level as well. However they told me they can't do the drink at all due to quality issues. Lady named Cam wasn't polite about it either due to me asking why she couldn't. Starbucks, universally I've ordered this drink under my app and this is no exaggeration close to 1,000 times. Please retrain or help this employee with customer service. I wasn't polite, I wasn't rude I just asked why, and the answer of due to quality issues is an absolute lie. read more

This review has nothing to do with employees; they are extremely hard working and friendly people. This review is a message to the people ,CEO'S etc that make the rules for their employees. I have been a customer of Starbucks for 40 years. When you started this business in Seattle and Berkeley you were cool people that brought a great cup of coffee to the customers . Now that your know longer are cool or human, but greedy and selfish. A far cry from your beginnings. Yesterday I watched an employee throwing $75 dollars worth of pastries in the garbage instead of having half price at the end of the day, like you did for years. Instead of donating to hunger people you make the employees throw them in the garbage. I ask "don't they let you take them home?" They replied No we'll get fired if we do that. And they also said they're not allowed a free drink but must pay for it. Really you're a Multi Billion dollar company and you can't afford to give your employees a drink or day old pastries . You have forgotten your meager beginnings. You treat your workers like garbage and they are the reason you made billions! Your rotten greedy subhumans. Every time I go to this Starbucks I go inside, I always have to stand at the register and wait. I usually have no issues with the Keizer location, (great customer service and a quick line). I understand that since we all have to wear masks it might be a bit harder to smell if something is off. I went today and my drink tasted a bit spoiled. I thought maybe it was just me because Starbucks goes through their products pretty quickly. Had a friend taste it without saying anything and they also said it tasted sour. Turns out the whipped cream spoiled or the mechanism for the whipped cream wasn't fully cleaned out. My stomach and unfortunately my friends stomach was not happy (I take responsibility for my friends tummy but I wanted to make sure I wasn't having an off taste bud day). Since I was on my way out of town, I stopped by the Woodburn location to get another drink. They remade my drink for free. I'm sure if I would have tasted it before hitting the highway, the Keizer location would have remade it as well. read more

Everyone who wants to read a starbucks review probably knows all about the beverages & food items, what I'm reviewing is the location and the staff. I'm not a drive-through person, but if its your thing, then you're in luck because this location offers a nice speedy drive-through for those not willing to exit the car. The best part about this Starbucks is the space inside: plenty big to offer enough seating for all customers who wish to simply sit and read/study (which is why I spend so much time here). There are also plenty of outlets for laptop people (instead of just one outlet tucked away in some small obscure corner of the store is is often the case at starbucks). The staff are consistently super sweet, friendly, speed, and conscientious of making high-quality beverages - a great series of characteristics to have in any barista. The layout of the store and the friendly service makes this a very easy place to spend an entire day studying (hopefully you don't ever have to spend that much time in a coffee shop!!) Internet access is through T-mobile as at all 'buck locations. read more

I am grossed out by this Starbucks every time we come here. Yesterday I let a manager know that their bathroom was icky & he just looked at me, so I told him which one & he just nodded very very slowly. Nothing was done about it, we had stayed there for 4 hours. Turned out other bathroom was icky too (poop on outside of both bowls if you must know). Yesterday I came in in a rush with a spilled smoothie all over my lap and I was literally the ONLY customer in the cafe lobby. They persisted to try to guide me along the "walking paths" they taped down for social distancing, not recognizing I was in a panicked state. They argued about my coffee drink and finally I had them get me something else for my mobile order before rushing out. Today I tried ordering ahead drive-through long was so long but they refused to make my drink even though again I was the only one in the lobby. They said they have to do all the mobile orders in line that they come in with no exception. A manager came out and still wouldn't help the issue. I had them refund my drink through the app in person, and then I had to re-order it right there in order for them to just make it as I was standing in front of them. Somehow she missed my ham and cheese croissant which started toasting End it never got onto my order so when my drink was done by ham and cheese croissant has not been paid for.I left hungry and now I'm in a bad mood. Called at 7:15 to pick up an order at 7:45. Arrived at 7:50 and didn't get the order till 8:15. Horrible service or management of orders. Apparently they had other orders that morning. This is my local Starbucks and am proud to say so. There are no changes taste-wise across all Starbucks, so it's really all about service. The people working here have always been great and have recalled my wife's name and order (not sure that is such a good thing for my wallet) due to her being even more of a regular then me. The employees are always kind and cheerful, and the only drink I get there (not coffee, interestingly enough), is on the "secret menu," which some locations in the area have but others do not. Depending on who rings me up, the charge for 2 large drinks can come up to anything between $8-$11. Sometimes they charge me as if it's a drink by itself (which it technically is, but I have to tell them the recipe), but other times they charge me for the syrups and such. The slight discrepancy is okay with me though, it's not going to stop me from indulging in one of my favorite sweet treats :) read more

Why is there no trash bin along the drive through in Starbucks (I realize this is been popular for a few drive-throughs for some time). The thing is some people have handicaps where they need the drive through bins. Me myself, lazy or not, I cant put a hot cup in a slot that is taken up already. I don't want to hold a hot cup in my hand either. (no they did not offer a sleeve either) I need the bin. From now on, I wont ask, I'll just be rude and put the used cup along the shelf at the window and apologize, or I'll stop going altogether. Heck I didn't think about it, (i guess my fault right..whatever). I had my dog in the car. I told my hubby I'd bring him back a hot coffee too. heck..I couldn't put the cup i had somewhere else because of the dog. I didn't have time to hunt around for a trash bin because I needed to get back real quick and opening up the car door could let the dog out. I guess I'm supposed to be like normal people and think about these things. But the point is, how you going to add to your customer base if the first time they come, they realize they dont have the capacity to buy 10 or 15 dollars worth of drinks? There is no way I could drive with full drinks and no where to put them with a dog in the car. I think drive-throughs shouldn't be adding to my complications of life haha. I guess all they want are completely organized people with no pets. I think I'll keep my 10 bucks and go buy boy'ds coffee from the grocery and some cream and ghiradellis and make it myself next time. read more

Having visited Starbucks here in Keizer, Oregon during a before noon visit, the coffee as always was good. You get what you pay for. My main concern was the lousy turkey sandwich that was overpriced and looked like it was just thrown together. When you are paying upwards of 6$ for a sandwich you should expect better. Having a choice of 2 sandwiches and asking if they were fresh,I was disappointed by the product.The turkey was real, but sliced in a big chunk, a lettuce leaf along with a little mayo was added to a swished bun..It looked like it had been there a while, though the server said it was all they had. It was close to NOON and only 2 sandwiches were available.Better off to have a thin sliced sandwich, a more fresh looking bun and lettuce. No excuse should have been given.We were hungry and ate what was given.Hopefully there will be changes when you are spending that kind of money.The attitude was , take it or that is all we got.Not acceptable.I would rather go someplace else in the future, and have. Of all of the Starbucks's in the area, this is my favorite. Every time that I have come in the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. I also like that they have wooden tables that are large enough to use your laptop or study on. The Keizer station Starbucks does not have this, and it makes it hard to get things done while you are there. read more
