Ode to Soft Top* Sweet Sweet Soft Top!! I have been steadily going to a Dutch Brothers close to my work and order the same thing every time, but for some reason it is never correct. I get a medium blended mocha cookie with parfit soft top, and everytime something is missing......THE SOFT TOP!! Not enough on the bottom to even see it, if I am lucky there is a thin white strip somewhere around the middle, and the top.....I mean I'll just say I guess it's better than nothing!! The other day I had had enough and decided to try another one on the way to work, BOY let me tell you.......I got the Princess Treatment* Just look at how amazing they did!! AND I have been back AND it looks like this everytime!! Sad it took so long to go somewhere new, BUT so glad I did!! Thank you so much NEW Dutch Brothers for being so amazing read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

WORST DUTCH IN SALEM - the flavors are always off - drinks are watered down. - they don't fill drinks all the way - they wont serve you in order of wait time. Another car and I were waiting for 15 minutes in line. Instead of asking the next person in line for their drink, they went to a car that just showed up and then me. The person ahead had to order at the window because no one took their order the whole time we were waiting.when I asked them why they didn't go in order of who was there first, they said "that's just how it is". Day shift has cool and nice people. Evening is the worst. Your drink will most likely be wrong. read more

At the walkup window, a sign told customers to get in line with the cars. I do not think that this is safe so I stood off to the side where they could see me from a window. After 3 cars passed, they asked if I was waiting. I said yes, and that I am behind the blue car that was currently at the window. Nobody came out to ask my order. I guess they don't want walk up customers, as it is not safe to ask their customers to stand amongst the cars. After another 5 cars pulled through and I still didnt get helped, I left. Will not go back there. read more

Dutch Bros is a delicious coffee drive through with so many options! The service is always so kind and energetic.

Every Dutch I go to when I asked for extra thick redbull it is never extra thick. I dont understand how or why it's hard to make a drink how the customer wants it. Especially when they aren't busy. read more

This is a busy location but the crew helps make it quick and fun. Dutch Bros always has a large variety of fun combos, seasonal and tasty. The stickers always adds fun to your day. read more

Came up with no real expectations only than some family members saying this was the coffee place to go in Portland. Went there and we were met with a smiling man to walk us through the process. Had some dietary preferences that he was able to take and highlight what we could get. Even better for the first time it was free! We pulled around and while we were waiting for our drinks the baristas struck up a great conversation and really tried to get to know us for a short while. It was a nice change of events for us, and since we were visiting the area, they gave us some nice options on what to do and where to go. The drinks we bought were so good. Would recommend the cold brew coffees with a shot of vanilla and Irish cream. Topped it off with some soy and coconut milk. Would definitely come back to try more options and to experience the great customer service again. read more

This was the first time my family had Dutchbros. The 10:30am morning crew was so patient, kind and welcoming. I want to give a shout out to Jacob for radiating positive energy this morning. The customer service was outstanding. The best part if my family LOVED the Golden Eagle coffee - must recommend for all new folks trying it out the first time. read more

This is the best coffee around! I remember dutch brothers when they first opened in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We use to go there to see which cute boys where working (just an added bonus). But the coffee really is my favorite. I like the white chocolate annihilator. My friend Nina loves the milky way. And ps if you don't want coffee try to apple cider- it's also really great. I've been to several locations- Salem, Florence, and Klamath Falls... always great service! This place beats starsbucks easy! PS they offer doggy treats for your hound in the passenger seat! read more

The staff could not be any more adorable and upbeat. They made our valentines. Our drinks were perfection read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - His day was made! The decorative whipped cream topped the straw but I took too long to get my phone out and eventually slid down. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

I used to come here all the time when I was in Oregon, but even though I do love the coffee, I have to give it 3 stars because there's just too much chit-chatting than there is coffee making...and well..when you have a line of cars and you spent 20 minutes chit chatting with the first car...it's just too long of a wait, and the worst part is, you can't get out because there's cars in front of you and behind you. read more

I agree with other patrons! Best Dutch in Salem by FAR. I live in North Salem but work Downtown and will travel out of the way to visit this on versus others. Great team! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Dutch - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Not stamping punch cards. Only coffee place in town not doing that. Skip and go local.

I'd give them five stars save for one thing I'll save till the end - but it's important, so please read, Dutch Bros mgmt! The coffee is fantastic; the staff is always super-charged & fun. I love the stickers (but you need more of them, in more varieties, *all month*). I assiduously collect my stamp cards & use them. SALEM NEEDS A 24-HR DUTCH BROS. We do. Smaller communities like Roseburg have them. We need one. Badly. read more

I love every Dutch Bros. Best employees. Best prices. Best coffee Need I say more read more

One of the 2 best Dutch Bros in the company!! Love the people, manger is awesome, they get my coffee right and treat me like a good friend. If you are needing some Dutch Love, this is a great stand!! read more

I'm going to need you to step it up, Dutch Bros. The minimal staff there this afternoon was not the usual upbeat, on point individuals we are used to. Service was extremely slow AND they got my order wrong! No,,, I didn't ask them to fix it because quite frankly I was already behind schedule and out of patience with their sloppy, half ass attitudes by the time I did get my drinks. read more

As good as their coffee is, as great as a selection as they have and as quick as their service is, the employees still surpass expectations. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Happy cars happy coffee happy people! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

This place is every high school girls dream and every adults nightmare. Today I desperately needed caffeine to get me through the day, and so about 2 pm I stopped at Dutch bros. I've actually never been before, but it's the closest to my office so I decided to give it a shot. I rolled up and there were about 6 teeny boopers in that little building, dancing and twerking to missy Elliot at a volume which can only be described as mind consuming. I honestly didn't even think the girl behind the counter could hear me. They were super nice, don't get me wrong, but after being handed a milk with Carmel sauce (their version of Carmel macchiato) I bailed out of there at light speed. Next time I'll drive the extra two miles to get real caffeinated beverages, from nice grumpy girls who don't talk to me. read more

Great service great products. My daughter and I come here and we have had alot of great memories. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - This is before we go take our ACT - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Went here just before working days in that area and enjoyed the variety of coffee. Not a fan of the straw in with the coffee. I enjoy a richer flavor of the coffee bean from the mocha coffee that was offered. Very friendly staff and quick service. read more

Dutch Bro's drinks are way too sweet and their smoothies are horrible. The music is always way too loud and it does not seem professional. I am 18 years old and I think the music is too loud. That is saying something. If you want real coffee, go across the street to Break Point. I give 2 stars because the idea of Dutch is good. It was just not executed well. I live a block away and I never go there. Again, their drinks are just way too sweet, the smoothies separate and are gross, and the music is too loud. I would not recommend. read more

This is the best Dutch in Salem! I spend far too much money on Dutch a month, and this is the only location that gets my order right every time. They are also super sweet and do little kind things (like adding sprinkles to my 5 year-olds whipped cream) to brighten our day! read more

Oh how I loathe Dutch Brothers. And it's not this location -- it's ALL OF THEM. Bad coffee. I don't know why people love it so. They love the crap so much that they litter their car with Dutch Bros stickers. My lord. Crap coffee. Crap coffee. Try French Press just down the street, if you don't like Starbucks as an alternative...as they have some good coffee. But in the end, don't believe the Dutch Bros hype. Seriously now people. Seriously. read more

Disgusting! The coffee tastes like chalk! Why would anyone go here? We have plenty of locally owned coffee shops all around town. There is a local place with great coffee and sandwiches right across the street. It even has a drive thru and happy hour ($2 drinks) during the week. It's right across the street and it's called Break Point. Why not just go there and get yourself some REAL coffee? I'll never understand the whole Dutch Bros thing... read more

This is the nicest crew. They are always in the best mood. I just moved here and from day one, an attitude and customer service you cannot find elsewhere. I switched over not having a Starbucks nearby and am NOT disappointed. Its not part of my everyday routine! read more

First timer to Dutch Bros. I'm from So Cal so I'm used to Starbucks. I'm hard to please. I ordered a blended Cocomo. I had it sugar-free, non-fat and lactose free. It was DELICIOUS! The guy at the window was "earthy" and just so adorable and friendly. I highly recommend this alternative to any coffee hut. I've been looking for another store since we hit the first one. No complaints whatsoever. Can't wait to have another Cocomo. read more

You also get free drink on your Bday, I do every year and for your first time going their!
