    clink, beauty - cheers

This is such a beautiful spot for brunch or a magical meal. I went here last summer after they opened for dessert. I had a cake made from crepes which was light and sweet. I recently came back a few weeks ago during cherry blossom time (Hanami) to take in this restaurant a little bit more. I liked it even better for brunch. They had quite a lot of choices from savory to sweet and a bigger menu than for happy hour. When you step into this place, you step into a magical world with everlasting cherry blossoms, blooms, and magic. Brunch is amazing here. The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous trees that set the stage for happiness with their beautiful cherry blossom blooms. They make spring last forever here. The minute you enter, you lose all the stress and worries behind because this place is everlastingbspring and joy. The tables were all adorned with fresh cut roses and the whole place is a pink paradise of flowers and whimsy. They cut their hours back in the winter, but I heard they might expand them again this summer. This is the ultimate spot for elegant birthday parties, baby showers, bridal parties, and other special occasions too since they do have a special room in the back for larger groups. This place would be perfect for prom or an anniversary/proposal dinner. The service may be a bit slow at times, but the food makes up for it. This is a place where time should move slow like having a coffee on a street in Paris or meditating under a magical tree. The whole vibe is an Instagram moment. You truly feel like you are in a fancy cafe in Paris or Los Angeles instead of Salem, Oregon. The women's bathroom is one of the prettiest restrooms I have ever been too. It feels like escaping into another secret garden and it's giving pure fancy and fun. It just puts a smile on your face when you enter. The clever signs and lights are fun too. Salem has a lot of new restaurants popping up but this piece of magic is my top favorite place to dine. It's hidden on the top floor of the building so take advantage of the free parking garage and connect on the third floor for easy access. I plan to get back here soon when I visit Salem on a day trip or for a work assignment. This place deserves recognition for it's style, design, and dreamy escape. The delicious food is a bonus too . Chef's kiss - 5 stars and cheers to this place. I read the other reviews and some people said dinner portions were small and expensive. Our brunch meal was ample and big, and the price point matched what we requested. Go for a relaxed weekend brunch and you won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere was amazing, very beautiful inside with all of the flowers and interior design. The servers were very polite and friendly, maybe a bit slow though. The food tasted great and the presentation was amazing. The specialty coffee was also definitely worth it. Overall very fun experience and great food!

Food was delicious , but it is on the small size. You may need to orders extras from the "regular" entrees or order from "large plates" to be full. Food is French, so I'm happy to actually eat a Ratatouille which I always wanted to try since the Disney cartoon. Cocktails were tasty and servers are nice. The place is BEAUTIFUL. It was bright even during dinner time. I love the floral decorations everywhere with blossom trees at both the top and lower levels. I love the floor which looks like one giant Resin piece, so it's smooth and shiny and has the appearances of it "flowing" like a river.

Had a wonderful time in a fanciful place. Such a comfortable, peaceful space. Food was excellent, as were the drinks. Service was outstanding, even while they were busy. Wish we had known they are here in Salem much sooner.

Walking in for the first time the venue does have a Parisian feel. Nice lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. Hostess greeted me promptly and I asked about sitting at the bar which she said would be fine. The bartender (Mo) brought me a glass of of water and asked if I would like a cocktail. I mentioned that I would like to try the caviar bump and champagne shot. For a starter I ordered the escargot. It arrived fairly quickly. Excellent taste served with small puff pastry. I also ordered the French Onion Soup Excellent flavor. Not too overwhelming. For my entree I went with the Poulette (1/2 roasted chicken) As they were out of the green beans, I went with the suggestion of the cauliflower broccoli medley. The chicken (1/2) was delicious. Served with a cream sauce, it was perfectly cooked, excellent flavor and not dry at all. Pacing was good. I didn't feel rushed or like I was waiting too long. Overall this is a nice addition to Salem. I will be back.

Amazing food and ambiance and decor. Service was great too, thanks Chelsey The bathrooms have two couches, a fountain, and a makeup station. There is also a champagne room for large parties Came for brunch, can't wait to return for dinner. Drinks: plenty of cocktails including a mimosa flight. I had a mocktail, rose without a thorne and it was delish. I also had a flora iced coffee. Food: my friend had the ham, bacon, and cheese croissant which looked amazing. I had a special which included a buckwheat pancake with pears. Hands down the best gluten free pancakes ever. They had the option for 1 or 3. I just had one but paired with a side of bacon and breakfast potatoes with homemade hot sauce. Dessert: pot de créme and bon bons. Save room. Totally worth it. I am a foodie but sometimes feel deprived being gluten free but I did not miss out at clink, sooo tasty. This is really a special place.

This place is gorgeous. Drinks were very good. I'd like to come back and try the food. I've honestly never been to a prettier place.

This place is a wonderful treat in Salem! The restaurant is very nicely decorated, with large florals everywhere. Our service was prompt and attentive, and the food was well paced. The raclette was a delicious start. My spouse got the fish with crispy skin which was amazing and I got the spicy lamb pasta, which was just a little too spicy for me. The desserts were on point as well. Overall I would come back.

Clink! - Salem's Toast-Worthy New Bistro Clink! isn't just a restaurant--it's a mood. Perched on the second floor of The Forge in downtown Salem, this French-American spot is unapologetically chic, with velvet seating, floral accents, and lighting that flatters everything from your cocktail to your selfie. The mushroom crêpe was delicious; this dish wraps wild mushrooms in a paper-thin crêpe with just the right touch of cream. Croque Monsieur Golden, gooey, and gloriously indulgent. The ham is smoky, the cheese is melty, and the béchamel sauce ties it all together. The Scene Designed with women in mind but welcoming to all, Clink! is part restaurant, part gathering space. Whether you're catching up with friends, or on a date night, the vibe is warm, stylish, and a little bit fabulous. Clink! brings a fresh sparkle to Salem's dining scene. It's where French flair meets Oregon. #foodie #salemeats #salemoregon #Clink !

Overall, I loved the experience here. The decor is so pretty and cute. Definitely nicer than a lot of places in Salem. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the egg with the waffle was a bit undercooked. The egg with the Benedict was perfectly poached. The potatoes were super good. I got a mocha latte and it was great, it came out at a drinkable temperature- not too hot. The service was good, friendly and attentive. Parking is fairly easy with street parking, free on Sunday but 1.50 an hour on weekdays and Saturday. They have a nice mocktail and latte selection separate from the menu. They also have an upstairs dining area that I didn't see but seemed to accommodate larger parties

Steak & salad with fries on the side. So good!

Such a cute spot! Service was excellent and the food was great. Fun cocktails and the fries were my favorite. Great photo ops too!

The food was super delicious very rich. We took my Mom for her 83rd birthday and were greeted and seated as such with "happy birthday" from all the staff. We weren't the only birthday party there. Service was great lots of attention to detail. Beautiful space tons of roses. I strongly recommend the oysters.

Food was good, but the latte was the worst I've ever had! It was cold and acidic! We had to go out for good coffee afterwards.

The cozy and romantic aesthetic of the restaurant remains fantastic, and the food and drink menu is still absolutely amazing. This time, however, we had the pleasure of being seated downstairs in Tiffany's section, and she was beyond stellar. Tiffany is the definition of exceptional service. She gave us a complete, helpful rundown of how they structure their tapas menu, offered fantastic recommendations, and was incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Seems like the bare minimum, but surprisingly nowadays, you don't see it consistently enough. Kudos! The main bartender was friendly and welcoming, and helped us out with the menus and let us peruse a bit. The owner was nice and friendly as well. Their bar staff was attentive in general.
