Can't even heat up a pre cooked croissant. This is why I never tip on th3 app before services are rendered.

Miss Rian at the drive through window was an absolute delight. I came by on my birthday and she made me feel very special. Best starbucks experience i've had in a long time. :)

Summer Strawberry Refresher minus the bubble poppers
    Vicky B.

Decided to stop by Starbucks as it is a hot day, and a ice cold drink sounded good. Ordered the Summer Berry Refresher, had to sub strawberries for the popping bubble stuff they put in the drink as they were out. This was not a big deal, although it would have been interesting to see what it tasted like with them. Thus, drink is very tart as it is lemonade and you can't tell I the picture but actually looks blue. The service was fast and friendly, and it's your typically looking starbucks. I'm not sure if I'll order it again as I try not to frequent starbucks too often as I'm not a fan of their coffee

Hi- My name is Teuila and I'm a coffee-aholic! I frequent this Starbucks in passing and they make it too easy using their app! It's not my favorite, but they are efficient and I'm all about saving time! Fast service and effieciency is all I need with a side of my double shot of espresso. I'll always need a fix and can't always wait at Purple bean. I love to pre-order and pick up in-store. I'll be in soon for my next fix.

Yesterday I mobile ordered ahead and went through the drive-thru. Service is fairly quick if there's not a line of cars. I tried one of the new Frozen Refreshers. I went with the frozen Pineapple Passion Fruit Lemonade. I thought it was good and not overly sweet. If you're looking for something super sweet and tangy, you may be disappointed depending how sweet you like things. Being that it was Wednesday and 50% off all cold drinks, it was definitely worth the price for a trenta size!

Great Starbucks with awesome service and strong coffee. I had my usual americano and it tasted perfect. Although there was a line when I came in, it moved quickly because the employees were so efficient and friendly. I love the beautiful mural inside! Lots of people were dining in and working on their computers, making this a great spot to be productive.

Normal Starbucks store, except that they don't have mugs to have your drink for here ! Which sounded to me to avoid cleaning dishes hahah.

They still have no lids for their cold commuter cups. The barista rang up two of them last week before she told me they had no lids. I guess everybody's entitled to an off day. Ordered two caramel frappachinos and wanted to buy two of the new reusable cold drink cups that Starbucks is now selling. The sign says three dollars each including a straw. When she rang me up for eight dollars and some odd cents I questioned it and she advised me the straws were a dollar apiece additional. I pointed her in the direction of the display where it said three dollars for cup and straw, and additional straws for a dollar. She apologized, but didn't leave it at that, she went on to explain it was the first one that she had rung up and she didn't quite know what the price was. As an employee it seems it's her job to know what the latest and greatest promotions and pricing are. Simple apology would've gone a lot further than trying to explain away her ignorance of her product line. Frappechinwere fabulous Great location, friendly baristas, always receive correct order. Parking can be a challenge because the lot is small and usually full. Drive thru is my favorite way to go. Convenient, efficient, and if you order ahead you can zip through the drive thru as well. A win-win!

Friendliest Starbucks staff ever here. The baristas were so sweet to my grandson today. His "baby coffee" (aka hot cocoa) was done in a snap and served with a smile. He was delighted. The drive through can be difficult which is why I took it down a star, but I do think that is in large part because it is located on the corner of a very busy street. Inside...super quick. Drive through...not so much. If you're in a hurry, step inside The drinks are consistent here as well which I have noticed isn't always the case with some other locations. When I order my sugar-free vanilla latte...I know exactly what it's going to taste like.

This is the best Starbucks in Reno, NV and maybe the good ol USA. The employees here go above and beyond and seem to be just better than other Starbucks around the states. I've been coming here for over 12 years on a weekly basis and am amazed at how polished their skills are to other Bucks stores. This store staff go above and beyond for their customers. My drinks are always made correctly. When In Reno, NV check out this place at 7th and Keystone.

I don't know, I don't like rude and unhappy baristas. They don't even smile anymore - the ones making the drinks. Ugh. Rude.

Everything is lavender and purple, which happens to be my favorite color, so it already feels like home. I always order the same thing: an Americano with oat milk. It's smooth, rich, and never bitter, and the oat milk makes it perfectly creamy without feeling heavy. They make it right every single time. And I have to give a special shoutout to Sara. She is so sweet and always remembers my order, which makes it feel even more personal and welcoming. That kind of consistency and kindness really stands out. The vibe here is everything. The music is great, the energy is warm, and it's such a peaceful place to sit, think, journal, or meet up with someone. It's clean, beautifully designed, and you can tell they truly care about the experience. We walked up to the window and were greeted nicely by 2 staff members.. they explained their seasonal drink and answered any questions we had..they were both so nice. I got a warm chai with regular milk. Temp was good but it did lack flavor. I could barely taste anything like the Chai or cinnamon. My fiancee got their seasonal drink. It was a spin on Dubai chocolate but made with white chocolate. My fiancee LOVED it! I tried it too and it was pretty good. Im just happy she liked it. Cute place with good vibes and friendly staff. What a major local gem in Reno. It only took one visit for…read moreme to become a fan of this coffee shop/bar in Midtown. You can tell that a lot of thought and heart went into the place. The decor, the entertainment, the products all struck a chord with me. On one side - a super cute pour over/loose leaf tea shop with some records for sale. On the other - a cute bar and lounge area equipped with a vinyl player (Bring one in on a Monday for them to play). You have some house pants, checkered floors, and cool vinyl covers all over the walls that make for some great & hip atmosphere and vibes. Their restrooms, though small, and clean and cool. Their pour overs are so flavorful, strong, and made with beans grounded on your visit. I love that they're flavored and sweetened in a way that allows the coffee to shine. If you're into sweeter drinks, ask for a bit more sweetner or add in a brown raw sugar packet yourself from the straw station. I hear their chocolate pour over is a hit. Matchas - prepared in a similar fashion. Slightly sweetned with subtle flavorings. I tried their carrot cake matcha today and really enjoyed the housemade syrup they used to flavor it with. I also love that they offer loose leaf teas. Their chai was nice, fragrant and great with a little sweetner and milk. Shelby over at the bar area was sooo patient with explaining their menu and suggested a isla bonita pineapple shrub drink for a non alcoholic option. Similar to their other drinks on the coffee side, it was tamed in sugar yet still fun and flavorful. I really enjoyed the tang from the apple cider and the spice from the tajin chili powder as a contrasting flavor. Double check their website for bar and coffee shop hours as they differ from one another. And follow them on Instagram for updates on seasonal specials & themed gatherings. A lot of cool local DJs spin here for special events and parties during the holidays. Tip: sit next to the pour over station next to the menu. It's so entertaining, especially with Sydney working the station (thanks so much for the chat and entertainment. Honestly one of the friendliest baristas I've ever met in Reno). Both bars are set up in a way that allows for meeting others and socializing. Check it out. It's a good time. Notes *Catch live jazz music on Wednesdays here for free. *free street & neighborhood parking *bagels & cream cheese available at the coffee shop *they have fun with their seasonal drink specials.
