I don't know why it's so difficult to make coffee. I took a sip of it and it tasted like brown water so I drove back to get something decent and got another one that tasted awful. And with the attitude, it seemed like they spit in it. First, it was Verona. Apparently they couldn't get that right so I got a Sumatra. Decided to stop by Starbucks as it is a hot day, and a ice cold drink sounded good. Ordered the Summer Berry Refresher, had to sub strawberries for the popping bubble stuff they put in the drink as they were out. This was not a big deal, although it would have been interesting to see what it tasted like with them. Yesterday I mobile ordered ahead and went through the drive-thru. Service is fairly quick if there's not a line of cars. I tried one of the new Frozen Refreshers. I went with the frozen Pineapple Passion Fruit Lemonade. I thought it was good and not overly sweet. If you're looking for something super sweet and tangy, you may be disappointed depending how sweet you like things. Great Starbucks with awesome service and strong coffee. I had my usual americano and it tasted perfect. Although there was a line when I came in, it moved quickly because the employees were so efficient and friendly. I love the beautiful mural inside! I'm not sure why, but this seems to be the only location where my strawberry açai refresher is watered down. Either every other location I go to is mixing it wrong or the people here are train incorrectly on proper mixing portions. It's just upsetting because it's the only thing at Starbucks that I can order due to my extreme sensitivity to caffeine. It's usually perfect. Except at this location. This is the only location where it's a watery light pink. Unlike the strawberry, reddish pink at the other locations. It's a very watery flavor with a faint trace of strawberry. I happen to be right next to this place every day, sometimes twice a day! It took me a couple years but now I find myself hitting the drive thru once or twice a week. I usually get a nitro cold brew and a smoked Gouda sandwich. Sometimes the nitro machine (tap?) Is down but it's not that often. Their nitro brew beats the other large chain nitro cold brew by a mile. Best part about this location is the friendly drive thru staff, they're always so happy. I don't know how they do it! To be honest the only downside are the terrible drivers that frequent this place. As I mentioned I goto a business nearby and these other "drivers" do things you would only see in a demolition derby. So if you do stop here be prepared for the hot mess that is their drive thru. read more

They still have no lids for their cold commuter cups. The barista rang up two of them last week before she told me they had no lids. I guess everybody's entitled to an off day. Ordered two caramel frappachinos and wanted to buy two of the new reusable cold drink cups that Starbucks is now selling. The sign says three dollars each including a straw. When she rang me up for eight dollars and some odd cents I questioned it and she advised me the straws were a dollar apiece additional. I pointed her in the direction of the display where it said three dollars for cup and straw, and additional straws for a dollar. She apologized, but didn't leave it at that, she went on to explain it was the first one that she had rung up and she didn't quite know what the price was. As an employee it seems it's her job to know what the latest and greatest promotions and pricing are. Simple apology would've gone a lot further than trying to explain away her ignorance of her product line. Frappechinwere fabulous Great location, friendly baristas, always receive correct order. Parking can be a challenge because the lot is small and usually full. Drive thru is my favorite way to go. Convenient, efficient, and if you order ahead you can zip through the drive thru as well. Friendliest Starbucks staff ever here. The baristas were so sweet to my grandson today. His "baby coffee" (aka hot cocoa) was done in a snap and served with a smile. He was delighted. The drive through can be difficult which is why I took it down a star, but I do think that is in large part because it is located on the corner of a very busy street. Inside...super quick. Drive through...not so much. If you're in a hurry, step inside The drinks are consistent here as well which I have noticed isn't always the case with some other locations. I am running on nothing this morning and needed some caffeine and hot food to get me to and through work. There was no line in the drive through so I pulled through and ordered my absolute favorite sandwich - the bacon gouda. Doesn't get better than that. I also got a grande black iced tea - I don't love their tea but it has caffeine and I really needed some. I was through the drive through in less than 5 minutes and my sandwich was hot and tasty as usual. They are doing a nice job with covid measures - the employee giving me my order was wearing a mask appropriately, they have measures in place so you can get your food and drinks without touching, and the credit card reader is set up so the employee doesn't touch your card and you don't have to touch the machine. This is easily my favorite Starbucks for many reasons, the main reason being that it's the most convenient--I love that it's right down the street from the University (where I work and study) and that it has a drive through. Despite the lines, the workers at this specific Starbucks are always quick and greet me with positive attitudes. I've never had an issue with any of my drinks at this Starbucks, and I've been going here since I started college in 2014. I go here at least 4 times a week and don't plan on changing that this next semester. As for my drink today, I decided to try the new blonde vanilla latte (iced) with almond milk. For me this is my usual location. Its directly in between my two jobs, the university and my house. Smart location. The staff always recognizes me and helps me out - shout out to the barista who we talked about Lady Gaga heels and my dreams of wearing them after I'm off crutches, and helping me get everything all situated on crutches, you're the real MVP. Downside is that at certain times of the day, its PACKED. and people can be real jerks about sharing the one big table. And not all tables have outlets next to them. I ordered a simple tall Americano and water at exactly 2pm (receipt #659755). At 2:12 I inquired after my order thinking maybe it got lost. it wasn't lost it just wasn't ready yet. A few minutes later I was given the water. At 2:17 I had to leave to get my son from school. I still never got my coffee. 17 minutes for two shots and some hot water?! I used to be a barrista, so I can sympathize with being busy, but this location has a serious staffing issue that management needs to address. Really a horrible experience. I came here 20 mins before my shift because i know it's busy. I waited 25 mins for my one drink before asking if they had my order. The lady said no, and then went back to making drinks. A different employee then approached me and asked if i needed anything, and i asked her also if my order was coming up soon. She said they did not have my order, even though i placed it in person. They gave me a refund, and after checking my account it appears that instead of refunding me they charged me again. This morning, in the drive-thru, about 8:50, the twit had the balls to call me rude, and throw attitude because she couldn't seem to do HER job properly. I ordered, and I quote, "A venti AND a grande, white chocolate mocha." She said, "Ok, that's a grande w.c.m. venti cup, see you up here." I guess I didn't pay attention, as I thought she was competent to do her job, but my husband asked of she got both or if she really said something along the lines of a smaller size coffee, in a bigger sized cup. I didn't know but I would ask when I got up to the window. Lol well, when we got there, I asked her if she got both and she said just the one. I told her it was two coffees, different sizes. She looked at me and said with a shit attitude, "Oh, we only heard the one, it's not our fault", almost like I didn't speak english when I ordered and how dare I. There was even another twit hiding behind the window, saying how rude it was, when we were driving away. What a little puss you are girl Lol some advice for you assholes, it's not rude to fix MY order, you messed up. Maybe you didn't like the fact that I had that look of "WTF" on my face, as I didn't think your job was hard, but I'm the one paying for them, so I have the RIGHT to get what I wanted, to make a correction if something is wrong and shouldn't have to deal with shit heads like you.
