This Dutch Bros is awesome. I usually order ahead through the app, and my drink is almost always ready by the time I get there. Makes it a quick and easy stop. The staff is always friendly and upbeat, which is pretty much what I've come to expect from Dutch Bros. My go-to is the Shark Attack. I order it half sweet with light ice, and it's the perfect balance. Still plenty of flavor without being overly sweet. It's also only around 80 calories, so it's a nice little treat without the guilt. Definitely one of my favorite Dutch Bros locations. read more

Never been a Dutch girl but, My fiancé works for one in California so he was trying to get me to like a drink. It took some time but I love the zero sugar hopscotch protein latte. Hate the name cause it's a mouthful. But it is yummy! I also tried the bubblegum black tea and it was yummy! Tasted like bubble gum! The staff here are always so nice and recognize me and make me feel so welcomed! I will say it is nice that they open so early since I like to travel to California a lot. 5 stars from me is rare, but I love that we have a Dutch Bros in the valleys now! And with the app there are days of 2x-3x points. Today was 2x for 2+ drinks. Getting sparkling soda from a coffee bar sounds different so I usually always stick to coffees. But it's actually really good and I love all the zero sugar options. The girls are always so nice when taking orders or at the window. I wish the experience was longer, but I know it's a grab and go. The music and brorista vibes just make it feel so chill and real. I'm glad that North Valleys finally gets some love from Dutch Bros. Now I don't have to see constant complaints on social media on how they don't get love! Plus I have family that live in Lemmon Valley and they love Dutch. I'm happy for them! I totally don't live on this side of town, but I definitely had to go to the grand opening today! I'm third in line at the drive thru. It's located behind Smith's and is currently the only business in the newly developed space. I wonder what'll come next??? Finally, they built and recently opened one around my way. Because they're so new, they of course had growing pains but I'm impressed at how organized they were in making sure that the line kept moving, slow as it was, because as with any new business, everyone wants to try it. They had 3 people taking orders while cars are lined up as with the other sites. I ordered my usual chai with oat milk and cinnamon sprinkles and had ordered it hot. For some reason what they brought out was iced chai. Mind you it was impressive that they were bringing your drink out to you instead of waiting for you to pull up to the window, but I told the barista who brought my drink that I asked for hot. He was very understanding and did not hesitate to say that they will make a hot one for me immediately and if I wanted the iced one anyway as they were just going to throw it out. Didn't want to be wasteful so I accepted the comp. It was a controlled chaos that I was impressed at how they operated like a well oiled machine. Now I have a very short distance to travel when I need chai on the weekends. My only issue is if they are going to reconfigure the line so that people can go through and exit at the light to make a left turn instead of only using the exit where you can only make a right turn when you need to go the opposite way to head home. read more

This place is TERRIBLE! YES they have great drinks you will never have a single problem with that! But I just got done spending an hour cleaning out the drinks that spilled all over my car because they are either too incompetent to know you should be using a sturdy drink carrier for 2 large and 1 medium drink, or they are too cheap of a company to supply sturdy drink holders or want to give you multiple drink holders that will keep your drinks from falling all over your car. So which is it I wonder? Either way it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that they would hand a customer 3 drinks in the world's flimsiest, cheapest, drink carrier! Maybe they would like to pay to detail my car now considering they spilled all over the seats, all under the seats, all on the floorboard? I highly doubt it, so I would be extremely cautious ordering more than one drink from this place if you dont have enough hands in the car to each take their own drink! read more

I love how a new Dutch Bros has opened in the Lemon Valley area. But the service is terrible, I've been to other Dutch Bros and I've had great experiences with the employees, being able to connect and hold good conversations with them. Compared to this location..The employees here are extremely rude!! They have horrible attitudes when orders are placed ahead of time. Before being able to speak to the employee when I was doing a pickup for my drink at the window, I was told to wait in a very rude manner, they take no initiative to make conversation when waiting on drinks, making things awkward when waiting. Overall I think employees need to do better and be more positive with their customers. read more

Stopped by Wednesday 2/11/26 around noon while visiting family, and I had such a great first Dutch Brothers experience! The team was super friendly, and the girl who took my order was really helpful. She asked what I liked and recommended an energy drink for my drive home, mentioning that "Juice" was her favorite. I think her name was Jackie--she made me feel so welcome even though I'm just visiting. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town! read more
