Adventure cafe adds to make our Saturday and Sunday church experience a positive one. Located inside of Summitt Church, the servers there are very nice. I am sure that all of the profits go to the church or the endeavors the church supports. Nevertheless, it is a positive add to church. It is nice to sip on a latte while enjoying the sermon. Get your caffeine fix to wake you up if you were in a hurry to get to the early service and had no time for your morning cup of Joe. Brings church into the present and future. Nice add. Good coffee. Serving a great purpose.

The best!!! Dirty Granny, only during the fall I think? Super yummy and best apple flavor around.

Perfect! I was wondering if it would be way sweet at the end and it was NOT! It was just right and so so yummy. The bits of peppermint bark were in point! Great job Bob! Love the thought and unique flavors the come up with.

Found this place randomly and I travel a lot so I love trying new unexplored spots like this. Walk in and it's a super chill vibe, open with lots of natural light. Coffee was actually great and they have a small selection of pastries and salads and I have to say the cinnamon rolls are amazing! Definitely worth stopping by, they even have outdoor seating where you can look over the valley. Highly recommend!

I traveled from out of state to visit family in Sparks. I wanted a quick coffee and didn't want to visit the proximate Starbucks. I found Adventure Cafe 20mins down the road. I noticed great reviews, beautiful pics - decided I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did. I had a blackberry latte to warm the soul and Cuban pastrami melt to warm the belly. Gal behind the counter was incredibly kind and welcoming. Wish I remembered her name to give credit. Overall beautiful lobby, music that fills you up, delicious food, yummy coffee, ambiance that left me with a smile and ready to conquer the day. Religious or not, i recommend. The reviews are accurate. Five stars doesn't give enough credit to the experience I had. Bravo AC!

If you haven't BEAN to Lighthouse Coffee yet, you definitely have to!…read more It's always a de-LIGHT finding a local coffee shop with a high quality cup of joe, and Lighthouse Coffee is definitely a good option, with three locations in Sparks/Reno. I honestly had low expectations considering that it's a chain + has a drive-through, but the quality of the coffee and the kind, personable service of the baristas quickly blew any qualms away. We ordered their seasonal lattes - the gingerbread latte and the white chocolate cranberry mocha, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well crafted each drink was. They were able to do customizations such as half caffeine + alternative milks like oat milk, and I appreciated how they took the time to pour beautiful latte art for us. My boyfriend tells me that there's long lines in the morning at this Sparks location, and I can totally see why! This cute little coffee shop is definitely well worth the hype, and I can't wait to be back to try more of their drinks and get some studying + work done here!

They have always made my tongue very satisfied. My friend enjoys the gas station burritos you sell, and your toilet seats are always comfy, but that is no longer here nor there. I ordered a latte. I sat down to reaAll of a sudden, after a few sucks, I felt a tingle in my throat. Much to my horror, I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I prefer cream in my latte and I don't recall asking for a shot of protein. Now, normally I would chalk this up to a freak occurrence. What is truly disappointing is the gal with the multicolor wig did not offer to make it right. I will not return and shall enjoy another roasting store while I read my comic strips.

The woman working today greeted us with a smile and took our order. We had looked online at the menu, so we knew what we wanted. I do not do dairy, so I had a Purple Planet with oat milk. I love Ube and it's hard to find at most coffee houses. My friend got some kind of yummy looking tea and a muffin. The service was beyond a 5 star. She was so friendly and chatted with us as we sat on one of the couches to enjoy our drinks. I must say my Ube latte was amazing. They have more flavors for the coffee drinks that I have ever seen Next time I will try the peach pie latte. So, the next time you're out by Lemmon Valley you must try this place. I may have rated it higher but I think it didn't taste as good because it took so long to get it. There were about 5 other people in the shop other than me and it took 30 minutes to get my avocado toast. 20 minutes in I kindly reminded the staff about it and all they said was oh we forgot, then took another 10 minutes to start to make it. I most likely will not return. Which is a bummer because I really wanted to like it.

To say I was blown away is an understatement. It's still got the quintessential CnC charm and humor, but amped up to 10 with lifesize displays, larger murals, more merch and those vibes we all love about this place! The bar area got a massive plus up in Sparks, with a full cocktail program, craft beers, and lots of delightful NA options too. The plush blue chairs look super inviting, and I can just imagine the fun times spent here hanging into the evening. Baristas are super friendly and the menu features all the faves from Reno, and then some! Here's the rub. It's hidden in a quiet corner of the best shopping center in all of Sparks. You've got CnC, Mountain Mike's, Smashin' Good Times, Paleteria del Angel, and Shang Hai restaurant all in the same spot, and you can have one helluva day just bouncing from one to the other. I sure hope my friends will find their way here to check it out for yourselves. They have awesome events and programs too, so scope the socials for the schedule and make a plan!

It was a thin white chocolate shell filled with whipped cream and lemon curd. The lemon curd was good. I wanted more lemon because it tasted mostly like whipped cream. The blackberry cupcake didn't have enough blackberry flavor, but the texture was good. The frosting was far too sweet and detracts from the cupcake. The carrot cake was the worst of the three. The cake wasn't spiced enough and was too dense, probably from a sugar soak. The frosting was terrible. If it was cream cheese, we couldn't taste it at all because of how sweet it was. It felt like it coated your mouth in powdered sugar.
