    Iced mango cream chai

Ordered iced Mango Chai. Absolutely delicious. I want to personally thank the staff at this particular Starbucks, they were able to fix my order during a busy time. And truly made up for everything. I was not expecting that at all and truly made my day. Definitely gives me hope in humanity & in customer service and in good people. None of us know what one is truly going through in life. And it means a lot when a stranger takes a little extra time to make it better. thank you again.

Quick break before going to the Los Angeles County Fair... We saw this Starbucks on the way to Pomona, California, and we just had to stop for a cup of coffee on Triple Stars Day, get a snack, and use the convenient restroom. The observant cashier saw me at the door of the restroom and called out the door code to me... thank you! This is a cozy location with a drive-through, indoor dining, and outdoor seating. The free parking lot has about 8 regular stalls in the front and 2 ADA stalls. In the back, there are about 11 parking stalls. This is a handy spot on the busy Rosemead Boulevard. Note: The Los Angeles and California merchandise were very tempting! I saw a "Lakers" Stanley cup when I looked more closely... it was the last one on the shelf!!! I HAD TO get it!!! Yay!!! I redeemed 400 stars to get $20 off!

Constant issues with them taking the time to prepare these drinks accordingly. Its like they just tossed the matcha expecting it to just dissolve on its own. Whoever is making the drinks needs retraining. With 3 starbuck locations withing 3 mins of eachother, this location is always a miss.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and drive throughs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is a bit smaller than other Starbucks. There are parking spots in the front and back of Starbucks. Drink: I just ordered a hot grande vanilla latte. Nice and easy drink. I just love the taste of vanilla, so I had to get this drink. It came out nice and hot. The drink was not too sweet. It was just right. Perfect for a cold day. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

This is such a chill Starbucks compared to others I've visited. The baristas are great and super nice, asking questions on how we like our drink served and very informative. I've not been to this location too much, as there are several Starbucks locations in the area. The parking and entrance are rather tight, so pay attention to the signs for the entrance and exit. Parking is a bit of a challenge with this configuration, but can be done.

Visitation Rights: Twice Ambiance/Decor: Your typical coffee shop vibe with modern furnishings to sit, eat, drink, semi work (they have wifi, but there's no available outlet to plug in) and/or chit chat. They have some pretty cool artwork near the area that you pick up drinks and a teamwork section with pictures of all the baristas that work at this location. Soo coool! If you can't find a seat inside, they do have a shaded outdoor patio for you. Service: Service was really good. Ayla (barista) was friendly and very attentive. She remembered my name and knew what I ordered the last time I was here. Drink Of Choice: Been going out of my comfort zone and ordered a venti iced chai tea latte with ice on the side. It's one of my go to drinks when I feel like splurging. Food Of Choice: Been getting the plain bagel with cream cheese (Not all the time I get the cream cheese. I'm usually content with getting two butters that cost ZERO cents. Coffee Shop For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back again, but might just go back to my usual tall pike with 6 ice cubes or my tall passion fruit ice tea in a venti cup with no ice and sweetener, and extra water.

One of the many Starbucks locations on Rosemead Blvd. This location used to be a Del Taco if you grew up in the area. Same small plaza, hard to get in and out of. The location itself is really small. Very tight drive thru and very tight parking lot. They are usually pretty busy throughout the day. Ordered online and my drink was ready as quoted on the app. I picked up inside because the drive thru line was nuts.

    My favorite barista, Ayla!

It's a Starbucks, like the rest of them. But if you go in a not crowded time, it can be nice place to sit, sip and browse.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
