Haven't been to this Starbucks location in a long time. I stopped by the other day otw home since my local location is under construction. This store is in the corner of the whole foods plaza on Foothill and Rosemead I mobile ordered a drink and it was done way quicker than I had expected which was nice. I was looking time. Parking can be a bit tricky but it wasn't too bad considering all the stores that are there Be sure to utilize your mobile app so you can earn points and rewards and also be able to mobile order your food and drinks. I tend to be impatient rather have my items ready and then have to wait there bordering. The process is very smooth and easy and I was in and out in there in a matter of seconds. read more

Let's start with the chairs. Don't think you're coming here to sit down and meet with friends over a warm cup of coffee or sip a cup of tea and browse the Internet on your phone for a while. The Starbucks does not want you here. They do not want you to sit and stay. This Starbucks wants you to spend your money and get out. Seems to be a reoccurring theme. I've been to several other Starbucks that had renovations and this was the result. Starbucks just doesn't want people in their establishment anymore. Back to the chairs. The ugly wooden chairs resemble something you would see in a high school classroom. I personally couldn't sit more than five minutes before my back started hurting. The only other option are their hard, uncomfortable stools. Now onto the food. It is Standard Starbucks fare. No complaints on the food. The help was friendly, even if it did take them two minutes to notice I was the only person standing at the counter. Still that's normal for California. Amazing service! I came to see if I could still claim my bday reward (I had a headache on my bday and needed to lie down so I couldn't claim my drink and was devastated). After 9 years of not coming here I have this location another chance. And yet again they still don't have it together. I ordered through the app a tall soy latte. App said for pickup by 848. I went in there at 855. I went to the pickup order shelf. My drink wasn't there. So I approached a lady behind the counter asking where it's at. They said they remembered just making it. 11/29/2018 Next door to the AT&T store right in the corner is this Starbucks. It's convenient location to the freeway is good but getting into the parking lot is not. In the morning, there is a bit of a challenge to find a parking space. Otherwise, you would have to park just a little bit further. Since I am next door, out my name on the waiting list. I thought I would grab a cup of coffee. I like the dark roast more for the flavor. However, the dark roast are not brewed after noon. So they offered pour overs in the afternoon. Not sure if you all can see this Starbucks in this plaza but it's located in the corner, right next to Ross. I come here when I'm near the area. There aren't that many tables here and might look a bit odd because of the booth. There is a booth against the wall, where only one person sits on the booth while the other person sits on the outside, which sucks because people would walk behind you. Customer service so far so good. This place can get pack during the weekends. On weekdays is usually okay. You would be able to find an outlet somewhere during the weekday. During the weekends, you would gotta be there before 10am because it'll get pack. Make sure you get there early in the morning, else you will end up being :( like I did one weekend. read more

Usually come here to do homework, study, etc. Nice staff and all. Came in on a particularly bad day when I had to do around 4 hours of work but got comfortable quickly. Felt particularly bad because of other bad things happening, but was uplifted after I realized that the staff had been playing Taylor Swift for most of my stay there. Of course they probably had no idea she is my fav, but the dynamic and friendliness of the staff made me feel just a bit better. Instantly became more productive and finished all my work in 3 hours. Review 71 This starbucks is located in a busy shopping center, it can get very busy with wait times of 15min early morning. I recently tested the app during the morning rush and was so happy to walk in and out with 2 drinks and hot sandwiches! The staff is really friendly here, they take the time to make your drink and rarely have they made errors. Hot drinks are always hot and extra hot when requested. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, lots of electrical plugs for charging electronics and free WiFi. Plan B I only submit 5-Star reviews, if I post a review it's cause 'hat's off" I recommend the establishment and will return for another experience. I don't feel the need to submit a review with less than 5-Stars, regardless if I check in, submit a picture or tip. I know, writing a review for Starbucks is sorta like writing a review for McDonald's. This location is just like most others; it has that cookie-cutter, corporate, paint-by-numbers feel. But it is clean and the staff was friendly and competent, and my vanilla latte was fine. I'm not a big fan of their coffee but was waiting to meet someone here. The tables and chairs are not very inviting - I guess they don't want you to stay very long. Parking is tight. I usually stop in before or after work for a caffeine filled pick me up. I've only been frequenting this location for about two months so it was surprising to see a familiar faces from another store location behind the counter running things at this store. Mary, who I assume is the store manager, does a great job at making sure things are in shape. I can tell because the overall look of the store isn't a mess and the bathroom isn't trashed either. The other staff members there seem to appreciate their customers and serve orders promptly. Joni especially provides excellent customer service and is great at remembering my usual order. I usually just get a simple vanilla iced coffee with half & half which this is probably the only location that gets the perfect amount of sweet in my drink right. For eats, I'm boring and usually do a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I do enjoy their $8 power lunch deal when I'm too indecisive about what I want to eat for lunch.Their chicken with quinoa salad really does satisfy an empty stomach and tastes really fresh. read more
