Haven't been to this Starbucks location in a long time. I stopped by the other day otw home since my local location is under construction. This store is in the corner of the whole foods plaza on Foothill and Rosemead I mobile ordered a drink and it was done way quicker than I had expected which was nice. I was looking time. Parking can be a bit tricky but it wasn't too bad considering all the stores that are there Be sure to utilize your mobile app so you can earn points and rewards and also be able to mobile order your food and drinks. I tend to be impatient rather have my items ready and then have to wait there bordering. The process is very smooth and easy and I was in and out in there in a matter of seconds. read more

I came in to get a couple of drinks for my family. The store was pretty busy. But at the same time, I could appreciate the level of cleanliness that was maintained. The woman at the cash register was very friendly, but did have a little difficulty in punching in my order on the register. I guess one of my modifications is not all that common. That's OK. No rush for me. I patiently waited and we had a couple of laughs. My order was made correctly and quickly. And all the other orders that I placed were also made quickly and without error. That's a big deal to me. A lot of times when I go to Starbucks, there is always something that happens or goes wrong. So, thank you for that. The store is spacious and has some sitting areas. If ever, I am in the area again, I would definitely trust this store with my order. I would return. read more

Let's start with the chairs. Don't think you're coming here to sit down and meet with friends over a warm cup of coffee or sip a cup of tea and browse the Internet on your phone for a while. The Starbucks does not want you here. They do not want you to sit and stay. This Starbucks wants you to spend your money and get out. Seems to be a reoccurring theme. I've been to several other Starbucks that had renovations and this was the result. Starbucks just doesn't want people in their establishment anymore. Back to the chairs. The ugly wooden chairs resemble something you would see in a high school classroom. I personally couldn't sit more than five minutes before my back started hurting. The only other option are their hard, uncomfortable stools. Now onto the food. It is Standard Starbucks fare. No complaints on the food. The help was friendly, even if it did take them two minutes to notice I was the only person standing at the counter. Still that's normal for California. Awesome Starbucks location to enjoy a cup of coffee and pastries while running errands. I was having a not so good start this morning but fortunately this Starbucks was right where I needed it to be!!!!! I was able to enjoy a yummy blueberry streusel muffin and caramel Brulée latte. Amazing service! I came to see if I could still claim my bday reward (I had a headache on my bday and needed to lie down so I couldn't claim my drink and was devastated). After 9 years of not coming here I have this location another chance. And yet again they still don't have it together. I ordered through the app a tall soy latte. App said for pickup by 848. I went in there at 855. I went to the pickup order shelf. My drink wasn't there. So I approached a lady behind the counter asking where it's at. They said they remembered just making it. Another lady said it's here. But it wasn't when I was there. Seriously get it together! I'm not coming back for a while. Hopefully some new employees will get it right in the next few years. read more

This happened 2 years ago lol but I ain't ever forget. Ok so it was new years January 1 and dead ass waited and was late to work to rite aid cos when I asked for my drink they assured me it was coming !! Waited 30 minutes almost idk But I said ok now I know this not right and then they checked and it was already made.... So this is busy location still maybe I imagine always make them check you order cos there are homeless plus dishonest people that already took your matcha venti. read more

11/29/2018 Next door to the AT&T store right in the corner is this Starbucks. It's convenient location to the freeway is good but getting into the parking lot is not. In the morning, there is a bit of a challenge to find a parking space. Otherwise, you would have to park just a little bit further. Since I am next door, out my name on the waiting list. I thought I would grab a cup of coffee. I like the dark roast more for the flavor. However, the dark roast are not brewed after noon. So they offered pour overs in the afternoon. I think it is very light when it's a pour over. Not as robust when it's a big pot of coffee. read more

Great location! The staff is always friendly and the drinks and food are always in stock and hand crafted to perfection. I normally stop here on my way to work and there's normally just a few people in there around 6am. Lately I've been getting a venti medicine ball with 5 honeys and it's soooo good. I work at Americas Best across from Starbucks and I usually head over there once a day. I don't usually write reviews but I thought this Starbucks was well worth mentioning. Leslie is the best, not only does she remember my name but my coworkers too. She's fast, makes good drinks, is helpful and nice! This Starbucks location can get very busy. It's located in a plaza and shares a parking lot with other businesses. Parking spaces are narrow and hard to find on a crowded day. ::Drinks:: My go-to drink is my Green Tea Latte (hot or cold) with sweetener and an extra scoop of matcha. The baristas make my drink quick and perfect! ::Food:: I like the Butter and Almond Croissants. When I order it, I request for it to be warmed up. The best Starbucks location I've tried!!! And I love Starbucks. I always go to this one on the weekends after I'm done at the gym and they are so incredibly efficient. The line for the drive thru is typically very long, however I think the longest I've ever had to wait is 20 minutes which is amazing! They have the sweetest team too! read more

Not sure if you all can see this Starbucks in this plaza but it's located in the corner, right next to Ross. I come here when I'm near the area. There aren't that many tables here and might look a bit odd because of the booth. There is a booth against the wall, where only one person sits on the booth while the other person sits on the outside, which sucks because people would walk behind you. Customer service so far so good. This place can get pack during the weekends. On weekdays is usually okay. You would be able to find an outlet somewhere during the weekday. During the weekends, you would gotta be there before 10am because it'll get pack. Make sure you get there early in the morning, else you will end up being :( like I did one weekend. read more

I usually stop by at different Starbucks branches for coffee and bakery items at leafy couple of times a week. This location is by far the most friendly and efficient Starbucks in Pasadena/glendale area. Staff are kind and helpful. They remember your name and what you usually order even if you go there every 2-3 wks. In the past 3-4 years this is the one Starbucks w not as many turn over as other locations. read more

Review 71 This starbucks is located in a busy shopping center, it can get very busy with wait times of 15min early morning. I recently tested the app during the morning rush and was so happy to walk in and out with 2 drinks and hot sandwiches! The staff is really friendly here, they take the time to make your drink and rarely have they made errors. Hot drinks are always hot and extra hot when requested. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, lots of electrical plugs for charging electronics and free WiFi. Plan B I only submit 5-Star reviews, if I post a review it's cause 'hat's off" I recommend the establishment and will return for another experience. I don't feel the need to submit a review with less than 5-Stars, regardless if I check in, submit a picture or tip. I suggest Yelp change it's reviews to a category scoring system, then is when I can be fair and review each place I visit. PM me if you like additional information. read more

Usually come here to do homework, study, etc. Nice staff and all. Came in on a particularly bad day when I had to do around 4 hours of work but got comfortable quickly. Felt particularly bad because of other bad things happening, but was uplifted after I realized that the staff had been playing Taylor Swift for most of my stay there. Of course they probably had no idea she is my fav, but the dynamic and friendliness of the staff made me feel just a bit better. Instantly became more productive and finished all my work in 3 hours. I know, writing a review for Starbucks is sorta like writing a review for McDonald's. This location is just like most others; it has that cookie-cutter, corporate, paint-by-numbers feel. But it is clean and the staff was friendly and competent, and my vanilla latte was fine. I'm not a big fan of their coffee but was waiting to meet someone here. The tables and chairs are not very inviting - I guess they don't want you to stay very long. Parking is tight. Someone slammed their car door into my vehicle and scraped the paint while I was here. :( read more

I like going to this location vs some of the other locations in pasadena.... plenty of parking and easy to get in/out of the plaza. Great that they share the same plaza as wholefooods so that i can stop by the market to pick up a few things. location is very spacious inside and the ingress/egress of patrons don't make you run into each other. great layout. baristas are very good here. very friendly, speedy and efficient in getting orders out. read more

Great WiFi junkie/study spot. Lots of seating (shared/wall bar tables) with outlets. Very friendly staff. One co-ed restroom. Seating: Long table with outlets underneath fits 8 people. Long wall table with outlets fit 5 people. 3 Floaters bar tables (tall tables) fitting pairs. 2 tables fitting pairs are near wall outlets. Parking might be tight, super compact and packed shared lot. No handicap parking in front of Starbucks. Not handicap friendly with such tight parking spots. read more

Funny and Real Story: The Hispanic Cashier breaks the only drink-ware that the lady in front of me spent a good chunk of time contemplating whether or not to purchase because she liked the design. One thing to note: it can get pretty loud inside when it's busy, mostly due to the acoustics of the room. So if you're looking for somewhere quiet for an intimate conversation, this probably isn't it. If you can snag a table outside, though, that helps a lot.

You definitely cannot beat their prices. I got a cookie butter latte for $4. It was a pretty solid latte, especially for the price point. Most of their drinks range from $2.50-$4 so I will be coming back to try more! They also have delicious muffins for $1.50 with flavors such as ube and matcha. Their ham and cheese croissant was only $2.50 too! The man that was helping me out was also extremely friendly. Luckily I went during a down time (1pm) and was the only one there. You can park on the street in front of the shop or the side street. It's a pretty small place, perfect for a to-go coffee.
