The person I gifted it to was ecstatic. If you take a look at each picture printed and cut out perfectly, the teacup molded to the perfect size, each colored detail intricately placed, absolutely every single thing done with prose and care. It seemed like there was an extra layer in the middle, almost like the top was baked separately and then added on..? Surprisingly, that gave it an interesting texture, with a soft, sponge-like layer that balanced out the harder crust. But I still appreciate this place for their consistent quality, and maybe another pie or cake may better hit the mark next time.
