Visited this Baskin-Robbins location a few days ago and had a great experience. Customer service was 10/10. I ordered the Dubai ice cream bar, and it was absolutely phenomenal--easily a 1000/10. The outer layer was perfectly semi-sweet, and the pistachio ice cream filling, combined with the signature Dubai flavor, made it the best Dubai-inspired dessert I've ever had. When we cut into it the cake was white and the ice cream was cookies and cream. My son was pretty disappointed, even though the cake tasted good. The actual staff are nice, and I was surprised to see this place still open 3 days after the Eaton fire started. Usually, it's kind of crowded, and the line goes by quickly. The service was horrible. When I entered the shop there weren't any other customers. An employee was talking on his cell and when he saw me he turned his back and kept talking. There was another employee frosting a cake so I asked her if she could ring me up but she said that wasn't her area and I need to work with him (as she pointed to the other employee, who's still on his cell but obviously heard her). He then looked at me and said, "I'll get to you!" He came over to the register with an attitude and then some.
