I gotta say this is my favorite Yogurtland location. Always with the best flavors in stock. I am a chocolate and vanilla person. Standard frozen yogurt, ice cream, and dessert type of guy. Like if it ain't broke don't fix it type of person. The staff is always friendly on the way in and out. You are greeted on entry which is nice. And one of my favorite things is that at any Yogurtland you are able to try any flavor your heart desires. No double dipping! So grab a few extra mini cups located at the front and find the flavor of your choice! This location as mentioned is friendly and convenient. One thing I have noticed they have their 5 dollar filled cups in the refrigerator section ALWAYS FILLED. Which I must say I am very thankful for that since you get a 16 ounce portion for 5 bucks! If I'm not mistaken is 3 for $10! NO toppings just pure frozen Yogurt meaning no you can't add anything on top. I love that, so simple. So it's either chocolate or vanilla for me, but if I want some fruity time to time I grab something else. My wife's go to is plain tart, some cheese cake bits, mochi, some berries and can't remember the last thing but it's good. Everything falls together perfectly. I arrived at yogurtland on Sierra Madre Villa Ave in Pasadena, at around 9:15 PM. On May 13th, 2026. I noticed that the employee was already cleaning, but there was still a family sitting inside and eating, so I decided to go in and get some yogurt. This location is set to close at 10:00 PM. However, when I started serving my yogurt I noticed all the machines were pushed back, and the star,Nozzle caps were already taken off. The yogurt came out in a thick dense tube, like a solid mass. I proceeded to fill 3 regular size cups of the plain tart. The employee was still cleaning throughout this time. When I got to the register, I put the three yogurt cups on the scale, and then noticed she had left a windex bottle and used paper towel next to the yogurts. She proceeded to charge me $41.83 for the 3 cups. I was alittle surprised as I purchase the same thing every time, and the total is always around $30. I believe the yogurt will weigh more if the star nozzle is removed, because of the reduced air/density. I just wanted to point out, that this could have prevented if cleaning would have started once the store was closed. read more

Every time I've gone to this location, which is obviously franchised just seems to be the same member of staff there who is rude, disinterested, and lazy today I pointed out four of their flavors were not working. She came out, pulled down on the lever to dispatch flavors said they're not working and walked away I won't go back to this location because as I've previously said every time I've gone here I've had an issue really bad fruit selection fruit that's just not ready to be eaten over hard pineapple over hard melon or I've been here on one occasion the only fruit they had was blueberries. I have come to this location for years now with my family. But unfortunately in the past few visits there is an employee there now (Carlos) who has made the experience very disappointing. Paying $50-60 each visit to only be treated by someone who clearly does not enjoy interacting with customers. Carlos engages in ZERO conversations, yet a lot a simple "Hi" or "have a good night." This is a smaller location with 12 self-serve froyo flavors and toppings for $0.69/oz. I was happy to see the gourmet sauces, including chocolate shell. For toppings, they had fruit, popping boba, cookies, marshmallows, nuts, cookie dough, coconut, cereal, cookies, chocolate chips, candy, brownies, cheesecake, sauces, sprinkles, mochi, etc. Froyo and toppings are 69 cents an ounce. The green square tile wall has been replaced with a white tile wall. There was an empty freezer for take home treats. You can find the flavors on the Yogurtland app or website. I was excited to see that they have pumpkin pie froyo! My ancestors passed down lactose intolerance as my main inheritance so I really have no business being at Yogurtland to begin with, but I've got 4 kids and I like to walk on the wild side so naturally, this is our go to dessert spot They are the most clean Yogurtland I've ever been to. The tables are never sticky and the I've never seen any spillage in the dispenser area. The toppings all stay in their containers and are always filled to the top. The service is also great, the staff are friendly and professional when interacting, otherwise they leave you alone and don't make you feel self conscious about the concoction you mix up in the little cup. I also like that they have cute little themes. But that's all the Yogurtland spots. I enjoy visiting here with my family and am happy they are open relatively late! read more

I came to this Yogurtland location to get my birthday reward of $5 off a purchase. I opened my app which showed the reward and scanned it but the cashier said it didn't show up and so, I had to pay full price. I have always been able to claim my rewards and birthday rewards at all Yogurtland locations but the cashier informed me that policies may have changed since last year/years prior and that I may have to go to other participating locations. After trying the one on Las Tunas and running for the hills, I was nervous about this one. But it's flawless!!! The froyo comes out slowly, which is an indication that the mix isn't rushed then watery. Super thick creamy plain tart. The toppings are very organized, filled to the top, and clean! This is by far my favorite Yogurtland location however one of the employees is rude and totally unaware of customers. Two different days this week I went in to this location at different times of the day. This employee seems to always be standing in front of one of the yogurt dispensers with a rolling cart filled with empty cups. She's basically filling the cups with yogurt to put away in the small storage freezer they keep at this location. This causes the yogurt to be runny or worst of all to be out completely of that flavor because she's used it all to fill these cups. This is beyond ridiculous. She doesn't acknowledge the customers when they're standing there waiting to use the dispenser for yogurt, doesn't move unless you ask, seems annoyed she has to stop filling the cups. I should be able to purchase a yogurt that's not runny or completely out because she's filled 50 cups and won't move to let me get some yogurt! What can I say.... I'm a sucker for froyo and saw that this new location opened up. The store itself is on the smaller side so it can get crowded and it's a bummer there isn't much outdoor seating either. There are 12 flavors to choose from, and I always get plain tart with whatever they like to pair with it. The mango flavor just so happened to swirl with the tart, and I absolutely loved the two together. For the toppings, I always get mochi because it provides a nice chewy texture with the yogurt, but sadly the mochi here was so dry. Change your closing time on google and yelp please!! At the location is says a different time and google and yelp are completely different as well . I showed up thinking it was open but apparently you guys were closed. So I went back the next day after dinner and didn't get a good feeling of "good" customer service, I get it it's almost closing time and employees want to go home but to put away chairs and tables 15 min before closing is unacceptable. Do that when it's officially closed and the doors are locked and no customers are in the store. Makes us customers feel not welcomed and rushed.
