My brother ordered a 6 pack since it's Crumbl's birthday. The 6 pack costs the same as a 4 pack. The flavors were birthday cake ft Oreo, strawberry biscoff, pink sugar cake, chocolate chip cookie cake, and cake batter blondie. It was 3 minute wait. The employee was nice and apologized for the wait. Crumbl was clean. It was well-lit. The birthday cake ft Oreo cookie was delicious and reminded me of Oreos. The frosting was sweet. Came here to get their free cookie today thanks to their CEO. There was only 1 staff member but she was helpful. There are a total of 3 iPads to order but 2 are out of order. The one that is at the "register" is open and you order by yourself. The free items/promotions still need to be ordered through there. It was fast and quick! Parking is free and I was happy they opened at 9 am. read more

I am a little late to the game, but finally tried these viral cookies. I have to preface this by saying I do not have a huge sweet tooth, but I do enjoy a great chocolate chip cookie, and any unusual flavors. I heard they change their cookie flavors out regularly so was hoping for a selection of customer favorites and some creative flavors. The store decor and concept is adorable. Very clean and modern. I was happy with the self ordering tablets and friendly service. I originally wanted to try the mini desserts to taste more but they ran out of the flavors I was more interested in. I got one full sized skillet cookie. It was a thick chocolate chip cookie with some vanilla cream and chocolate sauce drizzle on top. I just tasted a bit of the cream because I am lactose intolerant. It was delicious with a creamy and light texture. This is mostly personal taste - I prefer some crunchy edges or outside on cookies. These cookies are soft throughout and crumble if you try to break them. The ingredients seem to be top notch and it is way above average in freshness. I believe I saw them appear in Shark Tank many years ago and am happy to see how successful they are. read more

Horrible experience here tonight. To even look at this "cookie" and think it's okay to give to a customer is insane, this looks like oatmeal that was made with oil. Absolutely disgusting. The cookies were piled on top of each other and the frosting on the sugar cookies looked as if a five-year-old decorated them. Yes, these cookies are expensive, but they're delicious! Ordered a three-pack through one of the big delivery services and it came in a nice, classy-looking carton. The shop is in a large strip mall over in Hastings Ranch. Not a high-visibility area as it's kind of hidden out in the back. Anyway, I believe most of the cookies have the same base, but with different toppings. The cookie itself is delicious! It's not crunchy at all, but chewy and has the texture of dense cookie dough. Not too sweet at all. And they came a bit chilled, so the toppings held firm. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's like a cookie version of a cupcake. Flavors change every day, it seems, so check the website. Of the three I ordered, the mint chip ice cream was the best by far. Nice minty flavor and tasted like ice cream. As stated, not too sweet at all. Menu is full of different, interesting toppings, and worth exploring for sure. read more

The shop is clean and the worker was super sweet and friendly. I ordered my cookie on the kiosk and it was ready in a few minutes. I opted for the Buttermilk Pancake and it came out warm and toasty! Loved the buttermilk syrup and dallop of buttercream on top that really took the "pancake" to the next level. The packaging is super cute as well with the pink and an individual box for the cookie! Their cookies are definitely on the expensive side at $5 each individually, but they're huge and the weekly rotating menu is so much fun. There are plenty of parking spots in the plaza as well. It was my first time ever inside a Crumbl store on Halloween. They have tablets up front for you to order. Once you pay, they are pretty quick to fulfill the order and call your name. My son was very excited to see how ginormous the cookies are. We got the regular chocolate chip, which had a tad of salt on top. While not my preference, it complemented their cookie pretty well. Be very careful with cookies from here! I tried the flour less cookie and two bites in something cut the inside of my mouth. There was a large piece of glass in the cookie. The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the delicious and warm smell of freshly baked cookies. The staff was currently battering up fresh dough too! This was around 930am on a Friday! The cookies were deliciously moist and the chocolate chips were still melty. Service is quick. Store is clean. Staff is super friendly. A++ customer service and I didn't think a cookie place could make such good cheesecakes especially the biscoff cheesecake which I had to go the next day again to get another one before the new flavors started. The staff also had a poll if soda and carbonated water was the same thing. I say No! The manager was correct so he gave me a prize for agreeing with him. What a fun store. read more

This is, by far, the worst Crumbl we've ever been to! We tried to order through the app, but that wasn't working so we just headed straight to the store. When we walked in there was a small group of three young ladies waiting for their cookies and two employees. Neither of the employees welcomed us and just left us standing there. We are used to Duarte and Rosemead, both of which will welcome you and ask if you need any assistance ordering. We tried to ask questions about the two cookies that the app said they were sold out of, but couldn't get either employee to help us. If it had just been for us, we would have walked out, but we were grabbing cookies for a gathering. Actually, we wouldn't have entered the store in the first place since they have a sign on the door saying they are cash only (cash currency is supposed to be accepted everywhere - but hey, if they want to pay the credit card fees.........) The three customers ahead of us seemed to be growing impatient and we heard one mumbling about how long it was taking. The older employee yelled over at us (didn't walk over and speak in a normal voice, which would have been the professional thing to do) that they didn't have one of the cookies that we ordered. We said that it wasn't listed as sold out. She yelled back that they had just sold the last one, so what did we want instead? One of the options that she listed was one of the cookies listed as sold out. When we mentioned that, she just shrugged her shoulders and asked if that was what we wanted. Whatever! When we finally had our cookies we went to leave, but ended up running into the door when it would not open. Note to the manager - by law BOTH doors MUST be unlocked! read more
