my order: 2 impossible sandwiches with no cheese and a matcha green tea latte with oat milk. paid the $19 and was handed a matcha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and one sandwich. i get it, mistakes happen. informed the barista about the missing sandwich and that the drink was incorrect. second sandwich was magically found within seconds but the drink was still wrong. had to inform them that i am lactose intolerant and can not have the foam. third time was the charm i suppose. sidenote: this was one of the rare times there wasn't a 30 min line for the drive thru, so i cannot just chalk this one up to them being busy. thought to give this starbucks a second chance after a mishap with a mobile order. learned my lesson and won't be returning. i don't see the point in wasting the paper that gets placed on the orders if no one is going to read them in the first place. read more

Easily my favorite Starbucks location in the AV! Drinks - you have to be living under a rock to not know that Starbucks is synonymous with great tasting coffee. They have a huge selection of cold/hot drinks so take a gander and try one if you haven't done so, weirdo! Jk hehe. Food - a variety of quick breakfast, lunch, and snack choices. You can ask them to warm up your food also. Customer Service - this is the biggest reason why this location gets 5 stars (woot woot)! The baristas are always so nice and friendly, doesn't matter if it's 5 am or 5 minutes before their 10pm closing, their customer service is always top notch. They even offer substitutes for drinks if they happen to not have all of the ingredients needed. Drive-Thru - Service is great just as I stated above. This is my favorite Starbucks drive thru! Location - quiet corner of the supermarket shopping center, clean, lots of parking available, convenient - right by the stop light. Come through and maybe I'll see you there :). read more

First of all I have never had the most horrible experience in a Starbucks store than this one. Not only was the woman interrupting me with every order but she kept leaving her head phone on and I could hear her talking to the customer before me. She also got my order wrong because she wouldn't listen and when I told the other girl there that it was wrong she was just as rude. I had to keep an eye on them to make sure they didn't add anything that didn't belong in my drink. I would rather drive to the Starbucks on Lowe's Drive than this one. They definitely need to train them to be kind and greet everyone with respect, even if you're having a bad day or too tired, when working with people face to face as a barista you put on the kindness face you have to everyone. I normally tip my baristas but the vibes I was getting from them was not welcoming at all. read more

I only go to this Starbucks. They are always friendly and get my order done correctly. I have been to several other Starbucks and by far this one is the best! If there is a long line, it typically goes quickly and it is because other customers probably feel the same way I do. They know where their drink will be made the way they have asked for it. Usually when I come here it's for a quick drink that is of high satisfaction but not high enough that I would continuously come here for the same drinks at the same quality. At most it is a step below the Starbucks in Barnes & Noble. The most recent drink I got here is a St. Patrick's Day promotional matcha drink, in celebration of the green holiday. At the moment I have wrote this review, I have ordered exactly three matcha frappuccinos since the moment I have seen the advertisement. A while back in the summer, I want to place called Midori Matcha Cafe. I'm not usually a fan of green tea anything, so I was surprised the matcha green tea ice cream I tried from there is the opposite of bitter and slightly sweet. That is then I realized matcha is delicious compared to its leafy tea variety. It's of higher quality that you can usually taste. Now back to the present times, I can get a sense of a similar sweetness and enjoyability of the matcha experience in the matcha promotional drink. I'm not one for writing a review based off of one experience, but I think it's a noteworthy step for Starbucks seasonal drinks. I like it enough to try it again, and hopefully it stays longer than Saint Patties day's passing. Keep the creativity coming Starbucks. read more

We just drove over to the store, and after we were in line (with no way to back out), we saw a handwritten sign saying ' We are out of ALL holiday drinks.' Annoyed, we ordered two other drinks and when we got to the window we were told that they were sorry, but they were now out of those drinks. This is the THIRD time in 2 months when we've gotten into line and been told they were out of items - caramel, peppermint, caramel brûlée, etc. In my opinion, this is an extremely poorly managed location, with ridiculously slow service. I'm done with this joke of a location. I would rather drive out of my way and go to Lancaster than spend one more cent here. Yet as they trade out the people for new people customer service has gone down tremendously. The baristas give attitude, don't pay attention for anything. I went here at about 9:15 pm. They close at 10. They already had the doors locked. This was annoying because I needed to use the restroom. Then in the drive through he informed they were out of their white mocha. At the window he informed me they didn't have whipped cream which I had already ordered and he didn't inform me when I ordered. My mocha was made wrong and they had to remake it. No matter where I go Starbucks always comes through with the perfect mocha. If I don't like what they make they will always correct it.

Caleb is the best! No matter what time of the day he is the most friendliest person and you can tell he's smiling when he's taking your order. I'm actually a huge fan of this location--it's extremely spacious, lots of outlets, a great place to get some work done. My regular order is matcha lemonade, which admittedly is not the most popular drink but it is an official item on their menu & according to the Starbucks website is an option that is still being served at all locations. I ordered a great matcha lemonade at this location before, but my experience today greatly disappointed me. I waited 25 minutes with no sign of the drink, though I did spot a green tea latte. I eventually realized the miscommunication and told the bartender I ordered a matcha lemonade and not a green tea latte. He then proceeded to ask me if I meant a matcha lemonade as in "just matcha, lemonade, and water." I said yes as I don't know exactly how the drink is made. When I finally received the drink a full 30 minutes after I ordered, I got an extremely watered down drink that has only the slightest lemon flavor. I'm aware that there was just a miscommunication but I do expect Starbucks baristas to be aware of all the drinks that are offered and how they are made, rather than just throwing together a watered down drink. read more
