Confused as to why there's a special menu flyer listed for a "buy 1 get 1 50% off" with drinks listed on there if it's not going to be honored? They were up in front of the register and taped all over the counter too. We ordered from the special menu list, and I thought it would be assumed we wanted the deal since we were looking at the flyers. But the total of the drinks still came out to regular pricing with 2 drinks totaling $14+. I was a bit confused since the lady even said that she can only put boba toppings in one of the 2 drinks. Oh well. I guess I should have clarified before payment but it did shock me when I looked at the receipt and saw the promo wasn't applied. Ordered the watermelon passion oolong tea. Sadly it was undrinkable. I didn't like it at all and no one wanted it from me. The store doesn't allow refunds or exchanges so I had to toss it. Waste of 6$. Sad stuff. Won't come again. read more

I go here all the time and the service is so incredibly nice and professional, the boba balls are always perfectly cooked, flavors on point, and the atmosphere is, while small, clean and nicely decorated. If I could leave zero stars I would. Made us wait till every single person in the room had placed their order to start making ours. That took more 20 minutes due to the 5 people after us being unsure of what they wanted. I'm excited to welcome Sharetea to the Palmdale area. They are located near Blaze Pizza and Dog Haus at the Antelope Valley Mall. If you haven't tried Sharetea before, you are truly missing out. Sharetea originated in Taiwan, and have been branching out to the States. I can't believe they are now here in the AV area. They serve some absolutely delicious drinks and their tapioca pearls (aka boba) are so chewy. The menu is broken down into 4 sections-- their popular milk and fruit tea, ice blended tea, and their tea mojitos. I am a huge fan of milk and fruit teas so definitely make sure to try. Today my friends and I came to take advantage of their BOGO deal during their Grand Opening. We tried the following drinks: * Peach Kiwi Tea With Aiyu Jelly - Has a more fruity flavor, and the kiwi gives it a nice sweet and sour taste * Taro Ice Blended With Pudding and boba - Can't go wrong with Taro flavor drinks. One of my absolutely fav flavors * Strawberry Ice Blended With Lychee Jelly and Ice cream - Very refreshing in this heat. You can taste the mixture of strawberry and vanilla ice cream * Mango & Passion Fruit Tea and boba - Refreshing tea (FREE) Pearl Black Milk Tea with boba -- The classic and the one I can never get tired of it. Besides the drinks, the ambiance of the store is very nice. We got some gorgeous purple floral designs and a couple of small tables for sitting and hanging out. The only cons is that this is more of a hangout place for drinks, than an actual study location spot. They don't have outlets unfortunately. I do not write reviews unless I had a bad experience more than once. With that being said the first time coming here was alright matcha drink was ok nothing great, my sister got a Thai tea we asked if they can put milk in it and they said no. Is it that hard to add milk? Anyway today I went again although I didn't like the last experience. We got there right when they were opening and my daughter was going for the door to open it, at the same time the lady was unlocking it and walks away? Instead of opening the door for us I also had a stroller and struggled to get in. Not a big deal just rude and bad manners. On top of that we got the strawberry fresh milk boba drink it was 99% milk and 1% strawberries. Train employees better on how to treat and greet people. Friendly People except their Asst. Mgr Andrea! Been coming in this location pretty much everyday sometimes even twice a day to get my drink because I work next door. Told all my co workers about it and they also started a habit of getting boba drink from this place. Andrea was not friendly at all. She was swiping on her phone while ringing me up ans I was the one initiating a conversation asking how her day is and that she's working alone that time. Doesn't acknowledge to welcome me or just say "Welcome back" she puts way way less of toppings in my drink than what they usually put. I tried to order a lime mojito and asked not to have the lime slices blended in due to the taste of the peel overpowering the flavor and this dumb kid that was working there who had curly black hair on 10/17/23, at 3 pm said they cannot make it without blending the lime in it because that's how it is made. So I asked him to not put the lime in at all and again he stated he cannot make it for me because that's how it is made and had an attitude. This kid takes his job to serious. They can make drinks without boba, and with 100%, 80%, 50%, 30%, & or no sugar , but they can't leave the lime out. Makes no damn sense!!
