Service sucks. They won't acknowledge you when you walk in. They'll ignore you while you're standing at the register ready to order drinks and then they'll be upset when you take pictures to show to their boss, how inadequate their employees are. I even asked the girl Cynthia her name and she laughed. I hope it's funny when you continue not to have any customers and then don't get a paycheck. I even called her boss at the other location to let them know the reason why their shop is empty because of customer service like that. if you hire employees that don't even greet or even take orders, how do you expect to keep going or stay open? Can't say the food was great or anything, but the store was completely empty. The service sucked. It looked clean, but other than that I can't say much. read more

Cute little tea shop! The drinks were good but the popcorn chicken was my favourite here.

I came in looking for a winter melon with black tea I added aloe vera jelly it's hard to find winter melon in this area. The tea was refreshing the jelly was really good, service was exceptional very welcoming. read more

The two women who work here are fantastic. The way they make tea is such a joy and a surprise every single time I have it. It's floral and so beautifully done. I always feel safe and known when they're there. The area can have some sketchy people but that's the AV. If the man is there honestly don't bother. He's kind but he doesn't know how to make tea like the girls. His tea is burnt or over concentrated and bitter vs smooth and fragrant. Much love to him and he's trying but the women know how to brew tea and handle it with such grace and gentility. Every time he's there my heart kinda sinks. I came here for the first time the other night to get a taro smoothie with boba. The service and ambience were nice enough. This place had cute decor inside, but the smell was a little overpowering. I even had the smell of this place on my clothes when I got home and I was only in there for a short period of time. They have a huge variety of hot and cold teas, smoothies, and various other juices. I ordered the fried shrimp combo. It was 9.99 and I upgraded the drink for 1.25 to a Thai tea. The Thai tea was bland, not sweet or milky. The fried shrimp was delicious! The fries had no salt and also was lacking flavor. I'm not sure if I would come again. It's closer to the house so I was hoping it would be better than it was. read more

First, it's about time this area had a boba spot that let you choose how sweet you want the drink. There's a ton of options, both for drinks and food. We ordered a blackberry marble, cherry blossom green tea, and a taro smoothie (the ol' reliable if you're testing a new boba place), all at half sugar with boba. Things didn't take too long to arrive, and the drinks were cold but the boba was still warm when it got to us. Flavors were good and the texture of the boba was just right- not tough and not too chewy. The drinks were still pretty sweet, even at half sugar, so I'm curious about how sweet the full sugar flavors are. As for the inside, it's cute and not too complicated. Tables seat four, or five if you drag a chair to the open end. Single gender-neutral bathroom was clean. In short: cute spot, and I hope it takes off. I look at different shops for Thai tea all the time and this one was what caught my eye the most. The ordering system through Yelp was super easy to use and I got exactly what I wanted!! This was the first bubble tea shop that I went to that had the biggest cup I've ever seen. Inside was super cute! I would go back again if I'm in the area. read more

Do not buy anything from this place if you want to avoid food poisoning! I came in to buy popcorn chicken and literally watched this young male employee grab the popcorn chicken from the bag with his bare hands! Mind you that he was wiping the counter with a dirty cloth with a Clorox spray prior to this. He had no gloves nor any hand hygiene! After throwing an old batch of popcorn chicken and touching the trash can, I witnessed him claw his bare unwashed hands in to a brand new bag of popcorn chicken. It was so disgusting to watch. I asked him if that's how he normally handles the food there and he responded with something unrelated to my question. I asked for a refund and left the disgusting popcorn chicken with him. I will for sure never come back here again. How does this place even have an A from the health department if that's how they handled their food?! read more

First impression : it is empty. I wonder why? As soon as we entered, instead of being greeted the barista rudely mentioned that they were NOT serving any kind of food or hot beverages (keep in mind that this is an hour and 15 minutes before the shop closes). She didn't hesitate to let us know a couple of times. Also, I had some questions about their drink menu and she was of no service and it seemed as if she was annoyed to answer any questions. The barista had no customer service whats so ever. needless to say that this was our first and very last time we will ever come to this place. what a bummer too since I had been excited to find a small business shop near home, where I could become a regular, but NEVER again. we didn't even bother ordering. If I were the owners I'd let go of employees like these that tarnish my business in any way. read more

Don't waste your money, I spent $40 on 3 teas and 2 orders of popcorn chicken. My Thai tea tasted like there were chemicals in it. It was so gross that after I took the first sip I spit it out.
