I've only ordered from this coffee shop off of door dash , my husband will go on my DoorDash and order for me and in the past all the orders have been fine and the drinks are very good. I ordered a drink myself one time and it came with no whipped cream so I called them up and asked why. They told me I would need to order whipped cream on it with the customization. I'm not sure why it would show whipped cream in the picture intending that is what comes. I tried to add the whipped cream to the drink myself and put it together and it just ended up squirting all over my kitchen counter. I tried to call and ask for a refund because at that point I really couldn't even enjoy my drink and door dash was only comping me $1 but the manager Georgie told me there was nothing that they could do to give me a refund or to comp an order for me. read more

I went to Coffee Bloom for the first time with my daughter, and it was a really nice, relaxing place. I ordered a vanilla bean (no coffee), a banana and strawberry smoothie, and a Funky Monkey coffee. All three drinks were really good. I was trying to find some good matcha in the Lancaster area and came across this place. When I got inside it was a little grungy looking and dark inside. The reviews and pictures looked good so I was excited to try it. I received my drink and took two sips of it, then threw it away. The flavor of the matcha wasn't good and I can't explain the taste but I did not enjoy it. I'm sad because I had high hopes for this place. Some of the staff are pleasant... However, I'm just going to have to support a different local coffee shop from now on. If you have a point system with them, don't ever count on getting to use it. I've been coming here for nearly 6 years. Within that time frame they've changed their points system 3 times and I've NEVER EVER been able to receive a reward from them. First they used pinch cards. I got to the very last two when they told me they were changing it to name and number on receipts. I got down to ONE MORE till freebie and then they told me they changed it AGAIN. Now, this time you have to spend $50 to get a reward. I got down to it telling me I had $8 more to spend when I went to pay they said I ALREADY USED IT, WHAT??? There used to be really friendly staff but now they act bothered when people come in, like we're interrupting their time lol. I know they don't care if I go somewhere else, I'm just another complaint, but that's why Dutch Bros across the street will eventually put them out of business. read more

I've always seen this place was tempted try out so I did first thing i walked in the vibe was not it there was no joy in there it was very sad and dark wasn't greeted vs when you walk in you want to be greeted, you want there to be light you want there to be joy from making your coffee anyways my coffee literally had no ice and I got an ICED COFFEE it was so sugary I just two sips for it and throw it away I expect way more from this place at this point I just take it as I donated lol read more

I had their strawberry matcha and it was horrible. the milk tasted spoiled and the matcha didn't even taste like matcha. the strawberry syrup and the strawberry foam tasted so disgusting i was appalled. definitely not worth the 9 dollars read more

The pastry case never has anything more than a croissant, apple fritter, and maybe one muffin. Pictures on here are deceiving. I've been multiple times and never ever ever seen the pastry case filled or even have anything other than the mentioned above. read more

I wanted to love this place and make it my coffee shop but there are a few girls in there with the worst attitude and horrible customer service. My coworker and I went in the morning of August 16 and the 2 girls there seemed bothered we even walked in, one girl did acknowledge us but then other did not who has been rude before when I've been there. I wish I had names but I've only been going a couple weeks. When I went to grab my drink, the girl working the bar gave me a dirty look and I decided I'd never be back. There are a couple girls there who are really nice and I wish I knew their names and when they are working cause I would go then. The place is already kinda run down and the areas is sketch, constant homeless and trash outside but the drinks are really good so I wanted to keep going but I won't now. read more

I came in today when it was busy and the two young ladies who was handling both taking orders and making drinks we're superb when it came to taking my order and how quickly they made my drink.
