Fast and yummy service. This is a quick drive thru for your caffeine needs. Not only do they have coffee, but they have: Hot coffee Iced coffee Smoothies Frappuccinos Boba Juices Breakfast sandwiches Lunch Sandwiches Muffins Soooo much to choose from! I have food allergies, and the language barrier between me and the employees made it difficult to understand my options. If you are an adventurous person with no limitations, the menu would be fun to explore. It is quite extensive. I ended up just ordering iced coffee with oatmilk to be safe. It was OK, but it wasn't worth 6 dollars. read more

Liquid Bean Coffee House is a small, cute coffee shop with a calming environment. They have a drive-thru, and there are outdoor tables if you'd like to sit outside and enjoy your drink. I also appreciated that the trash can is located inside the building, which helps keep the outdoor seating area clean. It seemed like they were a bit short-staffed during my visit, but the staff were still welcoming, friendly, and worked hard to provide good service. The drinks were good, though how much you enjoy them may depend on how strong you like your coffee. They are other types of flavors too. The sandwiches were also pretty good. It's not a very welcoming place. This is my first time trying it and last. No bathrooms for paying customers, it's primarily a drive thru but then that should be posted. It is overpriced but in that case service and ambiance should balance it out- it doesn't. Skip this place. The food and coffee is subpar at best. read more

Stopped by Liquid Bean Coffee and really appreciated the friendly, welcoming staff--they were genuinely nice and made the visit pleasant. Unfortunately, the drink itself was a bit underwhelming. I'll admit I'm a bit of a coffee snob and tend to seek out family-owned spots that go a little over the top with quality and craftsmanship. While the coffee here had a nice, drinkable flavor, it didn't quite stand out or wow me. Overall, it wasn't bad by any means, but given a choice, it wouldn't be my first pick. Great! And by great I mean I am so happy to have found this gem here in Lancaster! I had the Vietnamese ICED Coffee and let me tell you it hit the spot. Came in early and got a pistachio iced latte, got home and took a sip and never finished it tasted so artificial and I thought maybe all the syrup was on the bottom and I just needed to mix it. NOPE it still tasted like straight up medicine. I took it back and lady was like sorry there's nothing I can do, I said I literally took a sip and couldn't even drink it but she went to talk to some Asian lady(maybe the owner) and she came out and just stared at me until I said "ummm can I get this switched" , she said " what's wrong with it" I proceeded to tell her and she's like "have you ordered before" and I said no and she said next time I can't refund or change it, I can't let you sample the whole cup, I don't think she understood but whatever she changed it to a Vietnamese coffee for me with a attitude. Like I understand you're a small business but come on now, at least try to take the constructive criticism and try to fix it without the attitude. If I pay $7 for a coffee I hope to like it or get it fixed to how it should taste . All in all don't get the pistachio iced latte you will regret it. read more

I bought an iced pistachio latte. $6.25 for 20 ounces. I also bought 2 chocolate chip muffins. Total was $12.00. First of all the drink was so horribly bitter I dumped it down the sink after my husband and I drank a sip each. My husband also thought it was terrible. The muffins were not good either. Very odd texture and tasted really weird. We ended up not eating them and in the trash they went. I won't go there again. read more

What could improve? EVERYTHING! From rude employees to overpriced products! I'm going deaf, wear aids yet when people mumble, I have to ask them to repeat. If they reply with mumbling again, I ask them to repeat again. Getting rude and telling me to pay attention and listen to them does not show customer service! Wow. Just fantastic...My husband and I needed a quick breakfast on the road. We had an iced white chocolate mocha latte, cream cheese bacon avocado bagel, and sausage egg and cheese bagel, all for $21.75. Excellent service, great for on the go, scrumptious sandwiches, solid coffee, for an awesome price. We were looking for a specialty coffee place and didn't expect much tbh, but turns out to be pretty solid coffee. If you don't like super sweet drinks ask for less sweet. Food is amazing ! We keep going back! We've tried there fresh ham and cheese croissants with fresh tomatoes , lettuce ,red union and avocado ! 10/10. We have tried there breakfast bacon , egg & cheese croissant delicious I added avocado 10/10! My wife tried there cream cheese and bacon bagel breakfast sandwich and added avocado 10/10 ! But by far my favorite 20/20 is there sausage , egg cheese croissant with avocado is my all time favorite so far !! Ask for hot sauce (tapatío) chefs kiss !! There taffy Knut latte (hot) amazing ! 10/10 . And the service is amazing sweet lady taking your order is so sweet and friendly and is a pro at taking your order! The ambiance is your cute little drive in and you can also walk in there's two little tables outside a shaded area , all orders are freshly made on the spot worth the wait ! 11/17/24 10:15am: Wasted espresso shots in both drinks purchased :( Nothing is worse than expecting to have great coffee from great reviews only to be let down and both the latte and mocha had wasted shots. Not drinkable. Either the machine needs to be calibrated or the baristas need to be taught to pour milk in immediately after the shot is done pouring. read more

Starbucks could never! I'm OBSESSED with their Matcha Lattes but I've also tried their chai latte which is equally delicious. The service is impeccableand they're super fast with their order. The Liquid Bean coffee house is a wonderful shop owned by Scott Evans and Laura Bradford. Their passion for coffee lead them to purchase the business in December of 2014. They have enjoyed creating job opportunities for young adults in the AV. The supervising manager, Rose, has been in the coffee business for over a decade. She says that the best part about the Liquid Bean is the customer service. "When at the Liquid Bean, you enjoy the best customer service in the AV. We do our best to fulfill every request from the customer and really enjoy making their day better."

There was a tiny kids kitchenette that my daughter really liked playing at. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and if I'm ever in the area again, I'd love to try something else on the menu.

Even the frozen bananas and Carmel apples were a hit! Didn't get a lot of pictures, everyone was busy munching!! The server came on time for set up, super friendly and nice and helpful. VERY attentive to the hosts and birthday girl, and the set up was cute! We just opted for the standard setup, but it was still great! Also got 5 desserts at the end for to go as the hosts! If we have the chance to book again, absolutely will!! Before this, I had no idea something like this existed, and it's an amazing party favor in my opinion! No more gadgets and plastic toys/erasers in a bag, kiddos and adults can enjoy some delicious ice cream at the event!

Not only is the coffee AMAZING, but the service EXCEEDS my expectations. I am a regular there and I always receive my coffee just the way I like it every time, no exceptions! Who needs the larger chains and their trendy commercialized products! I'll take the EXCEPTIONAL service any day of the week over the over-rated items at other places! I visit this place with my finance to for a coffee. I love this place a lot. They have lots of option available with them. If you compare this with Starbucks you will get the same quality in less price i must say. They have special offers and deal every month going on in the their coffee house. Their staff is so gentle,calm and polite. Always ready to help and serve your order in minimum time. Best quality and less dollar. Every drink I have ever had here has been awesome. The baristas are extremely talented at preparing drinks and provide amazing customer service.. Whenever I go to Starbucks, I feel as though the barista really does not care about the drink they are preparing. The baristas at the Liquid Bean always seem to have a sense of pride in the drinks they make. The Liquid Bean has a lifetime customer in me. read more

It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. Do try the turkey and Pesto croissant as that's the only that tastes amazing each time I get it!

After finishing our drink, she noticed she had a little extra and instead of wasting it, she kindly gave my daughter a small cup of her own. That completely made my daughter's night and made her so happy. We thanked her and told her how sweet that was. She was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely went above and beyond.
