Always great service! They welcome you from the moment the door is open. They offer not only donuts but also cakes, crème and puff pastries. A wide variety of drinks and breakfast and lunch items. I am a customer who goes to this donut place when I have donut craving, however my experiences have not been good so far in 2026. I don't know what happened but the customer service has tanked and is awful. Today I went to buy donuts and as a woman of color I felt overlooked and dismissed until finally I got help. A man tried to let me go before him but the woman behind the counter did not give me eye contact and asked him instead. Its sad and bummed me out. From my recent awful experiences at this place, I shouldn't have been surprised. I just don't understand this world of unkindness. I will no longer go to this donut place. I'm sure I'll find better customer service elsewhere. This place used to be good. Now I have noticed the the people working at the place don't look familiar to me, but each time I went there recently they have been inconsiderate. One time just this month I was at the register ready to pay as she told me its ready to pay and the woman then literally walked away to help another customer, insane. She was ringing up the cash register for me. Who walks away in the middle of a transaction, bizarre. Well, I just walked to the table and sat down in disbelief. She finally asked me yet again to let me pay for my order. The last time she had a kid looked like he was 7 to 10 years old or so ringing up my order as she was training him. I used to go to this donut shop all the time even though the prices are very high. I stopped going because the really old lady is very rude. I've never seen her helping customers before and that's probably because they know she's not good with people. When I order everyone else is very nice and they give free donut holes with my order. This time I placed my usual order of four large donuts and a couple croissants and she asked me did I want a dozen donuts. They have tiramisu and that one thing that looks like an ice cream cone with filling inside. My boyfriend loved it and the donuts were good :3 we came on a Tuesday night and they don't serve bagels after a specific time. Yummy Donuts? Let's hear it for truth in advertising! I was passing through Palmdale on a recent road trip to the Inland Empire and as luck would have it ran across Yummy Donuts. Who could resist a sign that so confidently announced its wares? Not I, so I pulled into the parking lot and headed inside. This place is very bare bones (not upscale at all) but was exceptionally clean and had a pretty decent variety of donuts displayed even for the late afternoon. The displays were brightly colored and cheerful and there were fresh flowers on the counter. When I first wandered in I couldn't see anybody working there, but when the worker wandered out of the back he was quite friendly and eager to serve me. I ordered a glazed donut for only $.75 and it was light and fresh and tasty. It didn't taste as if it had been sitting around in the display all day, and the frosting was sweet without being cloyingly so. I hopped back in my car and set off on my journey with a warm feeling in my heart and happy tastebuds. read more

Located on Palmdale Blvd in the DMV shopping center. I found this donut store based on good Yelp reviews. I really like their white frosting with sprinkles donuts. The maple bars are ok, but the pink, white and chocolate donuts are the best as well as the glazed. I like going to a non chain donut store for donuts and this place always hits the spot. read more

I understand that a language gap can make service difficult, but that doesn't necessarily stop someone from being able to display positive energy and emotion. Extremely light and fluffy on the inside, and crispy and buttery on the outside. The yeast donuts are perfect. They're exactly what you want in a yeast donut.
