I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a bagel and was charged extra for multiple add-ons, but when I got it, there was barely anything on it. To make it even worse, it wasn't even made with the correct toppings I ordered. When I politely asked if it could be fixed, I was met with a terrible attitude instead of an apology or any attempt to make it right. The customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Paying extra for add-ons and not getting what you ordered is frustrating enough, but being treated poorly for asking them to correct their mistake is unacceptable.
