I don't know if it's the ingredients or the oil they use to fry them, but for whatever reason, I never have that problem with Tasty Donuts. Their donuts always taste fresh, and they never bother my stomach. The customer service is another reason we keep coming back. The lady who works the counter is always so friendly, welcoming, and happy to see us. No matter what time we come in, she greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcomed. And I have to mention the coffee! Even if we stop by around 3 p.m. for a little afternoon coffee and donut, she'll brew us a fresh cup of coffee instead of giving us coffee that's been sitting around. That really says a lot about their customer service. They also have fresh-pressed juices, including options like beet juice and carrot juice, which we've gotten a few times and really enjoy. The shop is always clean, the donuts are fresh, the coffee is made fresh, and the service is consistently great. We come in at all different times of the day morning, afternoon, even for a little midday treat and we're always greeted with the same friendly service. Definitely one of those local spots we're happy to keep coming back to.

To make it even worse, it wasn't even made with the correct toppings I ordered. The customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more disappointing. Paying extra for add-ons and not getting what you ordered is frustrating enough, but being treated poorly for asking them to correct their mistake is unacceptable.
