It started out with me being a little hungry early in the morning about six 6 AM so I got on my Uber app and it said something about donuts so I thought OK I'll get a couple donuts and stupidly, I pondered the breakfast burrito and I thought to myself I'm kind of hungry so I'll go with this breakfast burrito but let me tell you I couldn't feel worse right now and more than one way starting with my stomach, the most. Well, anyways, it said something like 375 $3.75 more by getting the steak so I thought OK maybe this is gonna be good because it's a little extra and they probably have some good steak. Very wrong. I'm gonna take a picture of the steak so you can see for yourself how appetizing it looks. Very wrong. The steak was so bad. It was old. You could tell when steak is bad , and when it's bad when it does not smell good? You throw it out meat. Does not good anymore that stuff should've been thrown away three days ago if not more. On the app, it didn't say anything about this place being McCoy fish shack anything about fish but if this was that bad, boy, I hate to try some of the other stuff. Now this is where it gets good too. It was a thing called insanity. You know what I mean when you start to hope against hope it's gonna get better. I was trying to eat around the steak, but that couldn't have been a smart move because whatever was in there was was total garbage. Look if I had a dog or a doggy I couldn't have given this to the dog because that would be shameful wouldn't be right. This is the first review I've ever really left. I've read many yelp reviews but just experience was so bad I couldn't couldn't resist the urge. I'm getting to the picture right now, but no, they should've not have given this to the Uber courier to give to me especially If they seen that this guy wanted steak. They never should've tried to pass that off as proper something that might pass muster. no doubt very wrong and this could've ended up putting me going to the hospital because my stomach right now is not doing good at all and I'm not kidding. Went to McCoys to purchase my usual two donuts. Cash in hand three dollars. Surprise, would only accept Tap n Pay - would not accept my hard earned $3 bills. Guest they must have changed the cash policy. I could understand if I were paying with a 100bill, 50bill, 20bill...but three 1 dollar bills and they refuse the sale. Don't have to tell me twice will take my cash somewhere else! read more

Well, can't tell you about the service or how good the donuts are because they are always closed when we go there. It says here on Yelp that they are open until 7pm every day but on their door it says 6pm during the week and 1pm on weekends. We went there on a Tuesday at 4:30pm and they were closed. Thought maybe they closed early for a good reason and thought nothing of it. The next Thursday we were there around 5pm and they were closed yet again. Obviously, not going to try again as who knows what their actual opening and closing times are. Will stick with Winchells in Lancaster. read more

Truly truly truly was amazed by this little mom and pop shop. They have donuts, and lunch items. I have yet to try. However we take my son here for sweet rewards for good behavior or just because they have the tastiest and most fresh donuts and pastries. They offer a vast variety of cookies, croissants, bagels, and of course Donuts! We go in often enough the staff has my sons order down! Pink sprinkle donut. We love coming here totally check them out... I'll post a new review the next time I have a chance for some lunch. :) read more

I went today to the shop and saw that they have a good variety of doughnuts. I saw that they offer a bacon donut so I ordered it cause they make it for you when you ask for it cause it's not in the case. I was a little disappointed that they make it bye heating it up in microwave it was ok I rather it be fresh but hey what you gonna do. I paid about $2.75. I'm not sure if it was worth it. read more

Stopped here this morning for the first time and I'm only upset I haven't tried this donut shop sooner, since I live so close to it. But anyways, I'm so glad I did and I'm hooked. Very friendly and patient owner I believe who attended me at the counter. I had a hard time deciding since all donuts looked so mouthwatering, let's say I fell in love with the pink sprinkled donut which was so soft and warm and the icing wasnt overpowering or anything but the perfect sweetness. Strongly recommend this donut shop if you're in the West side of Palmdale. read more

I love the quality of the donuts and the coffee. If you're up early, try this place. Work starts at : 6:50a? Grab some donuts for the AM shift. Personally, I go for the breakfast croissant. (Egg, ham and cheese) The prices are competitive too! read more

Last time I was here the donuts had a strange taste it was so bad I couldn't eat it I threw the whole batch out it was 10 dollars I wasted because they are a ways away from my house I thought I would try it again still strange taste from the oil they fry in I don't know what else would make it taste like that and on top of that the supposed glazed donut was like it was dipped in sugar water I will post a picture I hate to say it but you really need to try your own cooking this is not worth eating read more

Stop by my favorite doughnut shop before heading out to orientation for my daughter's new school year in August. I notice they have sandwiches for lunch. I came back again to get a pastrami sandwich. He didn't care for it but I did. He said it wasn't bad and he wants to try the other ones. I got to taste the pastrami and it was very delicious. Not sure where they get the meat but it was moist not dry like other places. That being said I'm glad they added more to their menu. It's nice to stop by and pick up a sandwich, coffee, and some doughnuts all in one stop. Can't get better than this. read more

Good donuts, bad fish and chips. Greasy fish, not one napkin provided. Too thick batter, and did I mention greasy? And unfortunately, the batter wasn't done, so I had gooey parts on both pieces. It was all just terrible, even the zucchini and shrimp. The service is good, and the donuts are fresh and soft, so stick to that. There's so much going on menu wise, there's no attention to detail. Went to the place this morning, stick to ordering donuts, I ordered a bagel, big mistake, it was old, moldy and tasted funny, they put tons of cream cheese to hide the old taste, it was gross, I end up throwing it away. For a reputable donut place you shove more considerate as to what you serve your customer. read more

Probably best donut shop in the AV, better than Krispy Kreme. Great service! Very friendly and helpful. We ordered a jalapeño ham and cheese croissant with egg, avocado, lettuce and tomato! Most delicious breakfast sandwich in town. They would give kids a free donut hole when their parent bought doughnuts. Got to make the same memories with my daughter. We went yesterday because my son is finally old enough to eat them and my jaw dropped to the floor seeing the sign gone and windows covered up. We both ordered the spicy pink sauce bow tie pasta with chicken and Caesar salad. The pasta was a little bit more spicy than I remembered it but still very delicious. The salad initially looked overdressed but when I tasted it, it was perfectly seasoned. The owner was super friendly and gave us great service. The restaurant is located inside the country club looking over the golf coarse so we had a great view. They did mention they will be looking for another location and moving in the near future. But I loved their food so much, I'll be sure to track them down again the next time I'm in the area. Hope they continue to have the same great menu. I do miss their lemon bars!
