Super happy with the staff interaction at the branch today! In line, we were eying the different limited-edition KitKat donuts on display. However, I was thinking how I wanted to just get the original glazed because that's always been my comfort go-to. Had my Stumptown coffee in tow and couldn't pass up my rewards donut. Tried the new pumpkin glaze has a strong cinnamon flavor mostly I couldn't really taste pumpkin as I would like to. The donuts did get the job done for my coffee pairing but it wasn't as fresh as I would have hoped. Some other locations little bundles of joy just melt in your mouth but these just missed the mark by 10th of a second. I normally don't go to Krispy Kreme but on 05/09/2025 I decided to go for my wife. My wife loves them! Very disappointed on this trip and from now on I will go to the other donuts shop in my area. I ordered the a dozen "CHOCOLATER ICED KREME FILLED DOUGHNUT". What a disappointment. Just a drop of cream inside the donuts the size of a dime. It's bad enough the price heckling doubled for nothing. I would advise not to cut back on quality for they will start losing customers. I never go again. read more

Didn't have a coupon or any sort of deal, I was basing my order off the menu board posted in front: $15.49 for dozen original glazed, $16.49 for dozen classic assorted and $16.99 for dozen specialty. I told the employee taking mmy order I'm getting a dozen specialty and proceeded to order the firecracker inspired donuts but was told they were 25 cents extra for each piece. Huh? Doesn't the sign say $16.99 for specialty? To which she replied "specialty means you have to pre-order your special donut?" Special donuts like what?! Then she couldn't answer anymore. I felt like I was being rushed even though I was the only customer in there, no lines snaking out the door. Then she repeated the regarding the extra 25 cents per "specialty" donut, I heard you the first time. Finally chose my dozen and I was dreading the final price tag. You can order on your phone on their app or website and just pick it up so you dont have to wait in line forever! I went on a Friday when it was KK's birthday! They were having a promotion buy any dozen and get one dozen on the house with the promo code. Since my mom loves KK doughnuts, I wanted her to try the filled original glazed. It was a dollar more which came out to $13.99 and original glazed is usually $12.99 but they go on sale very often as low as $7.99. Anyway, got a free dozen with my purchase and I was in and out about in 10 minutes. My doughnuts came out a lot faster than it was promised on the app. The staff is very prompt and accommodating and my mom was very very happy with 2 dozens of KK doughnuts all for herself.
