I can always smell Krispy Kreme while shopping in the area and eventually the delicious donut smell brought me inside. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and even with a long line Sunday morning they help everyone quickly and efficiently. The donuts are obviously delicious and fresh and I will be back! read more

Clearly states how much a dozen of donuts are and it says on the little sticker on the donuts inside the showroom and online too $.50 extra for each specialty donut unfortunately they want you to pay $4.50 each donut when it clearly says $.50 for each specialty donut when adding it to a dozen so they wanted $22.00 for a dozen with 2 specialty donuts they want to pay $9.00 making it $31.00 for a dozen read more

After our concert at the Palmdale amphitheater, Nana asked if we could go to Krispy Kreme. Who are we to argue? We got there about 10 minutes before they closed and went straight through the drive-through and got a dozen glazed donuts. I haven't had Krispy Kreme doughnuts in years. They were so light and airy, very delicious! Forgot to mention it was $21 for a dozen! 8/10/25 read more

Wish I could give a 0. Who is training these employees because they cannot be serious. Ordered 2 dozen 1 glazed 1 blueberry glazed, I get to the window with my receipt. Then they tried to tell me I ordered 1 dozen when I have the receipt, then say "oh we're out of blueberry" so the solution was to charge me for 2 hand me 1 dozen and hope I don't notice?! This place is a joke. read more

Super happy with the staff interaction at the branch today! In line, we were eying the different limited-edition KitKat donuts on display. However, I was thinking how I wanted to just get the original glazed because that's always been my comfort go-to. As we come up to the front, the guy asks us if we would like to sample the original glazed donuts!! To which I say yes!! He gave one out to both me and my boyfriend which I didnt expect! Super happy and ecstatic, we ordered one each for us now-- My bf chose the KitKat Crunch dont & I got the KitKat Salted Caramel Brownie donut! Eating our warm and free sampled donuts, it was interesting to note that my bf found his donut airy and delicious, while I found mine gooey and delicious as well! read more

They never consistently have the cinnamon rolls, and when I asked if there is a certain time or day I should look for them, the cashier says we never know when. They are going to have them. Why advertise something on your menu, that you don't have a majority of the time. Back to the mom and pops doughnuts shops read more

Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all costs if possible. Called to ask if special donuts were available. They said yes so I went 20 min later and they didn't have it. They said it sold out hours ago. Train your employees better. The manager was unhelpful and didn't seem to care. read more

I wish I could give them a negative 4 or 5 star every time I come here I get nothing but nasty attitude from the young Caucasian girls working here. They left me standing in line to giggle and talk to each other until a caucasian customer comes in now they're ready to serve them, but still leave me standing there. They don't have to worry about me. I won't come back ever and a doughnut dots are nasty. I want my $5.29 back. They're old, greasy and it taste like they've sitting on the shelf for five days, unfresh!!!! read more

Donuts are always stale! Every time I order either out or stale. Not coming back for donuts. The blended drink was good.

super good service , Elfis made my experience ever better ! Answered all my questions. Came to get the new Harry potter special editions and was amazed. Will come back with these amazing vibes. read more

Had my Stumptown coffee in tow and couldn't pass up my rewards donut. Tried the new pumpkin glaze has a strong cinnamon flavor mostly I couldn't really taste pumpkin as I would like to. The donuts did get the job done for my coffee pairing but it wasn't as fresh as I would have hoped. Some other locations little bundles of joy just melt in your mouth but these just missed the mark by 10th of a second. Still great service and great rewards on the app. I would definitely return. read more

Didn't have a coupon or any sort of deal, I was basing my order off the menu board posted in front: $15.49 for dozen original glazed, $16.49 for dozen classic assorted and $16.99 for dozen specialty. I told the employee taking mmy order I'm getting a dozen specialty and proceeded to order the firecracker inspired donuts but was told they were 25 cents extra for each piece. Huh? Doesn't the sign say $16.99 for specialty? To which she replied "specialty means you have to pre-order your special donut?" Special donuts like what?! Then she couldn't answer anymore. I felt like I was being rushed even though I was the only customer in there, no lines snaking out the door. Then she repeated the regarding the extra 25 cents per "specialty" donut, I heard you the first time. Finally chose my dozen and I was dreading the final price tag. Someone else helped me at the register and to my pleasant surprise I was only charged $16.99 plus tax. Donuts are good and sweet, employees and service not too much. read more

I normally don't go to Krispy Kreme but on 05/09/2025 I decided to go for my wife. My wife loves them! Very disappointed on this trip and from now on I will go to the other donuts shop in my area. I ordered the a dozen "CHOCOLATER ICED KREME FILLED DOUGHNUT". What a disappointment. Just a drop of cream inside the donuts the size of a dime. It's bad enough the price heckling doubled for nothing. I would advise not to cut back on quality for they will start losing customers. I never go again. read more

Fucking shit attitude the service was slow, and the place felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly all day. I expected a warm, fresh-from-the-glaze-line experience, but it felt more like day-old donuts microwaved to fake freshness. I'd take a local bakery over this any day. Total letdown. read more

Fix your freaking hours online!!! I had to drive all the way over here because it said they closed the drive thru at 10:30, was it opened? Nope!!! And y'all didn't even have the decency to finish speaking even though I kept saying "excuse me" "what was that" and the guy that saw us driving to the drive thru didn't even have the decency to look away from his phone to tell us that the hours listed online are wrong and I shouldn't have driven 25 minutes. All KK drive thru line is crazy long and this place isnt an exception. I am so glad theres online order. You can order on your phone on their app or website and just pick it up so you dont have to wait in line forever! I went on a Friday when it was KK's birthday! They were having a promotion buy any dozen and get one dozen on the house with the promo code. Since my mom loves KK doughnuts, I wanted her to try the filled original glazed. It was a dollar more which came out to $13.99 and original glazed is usually $12.99 but they go on sale very often as low as $7.99. Anyway, got a free dozen with my purchase and I was in and out about in 10 minutes. My doughnuts came out a lot faster than it was promised on the app. The staff is very prompt and accommodating and my mom was very very happy with 2 dozens of KK doughnuts all for herself. Well, I ate one, she let me :) read more

I placed an order online for their chocomania dozen and they only put two out of the four different style doughnuts that are supposed to come in this specialty box. They did not bother to try to call me to let me know that they didn't have the doughnuts before I showed up so I can choose different doughnuts or cancel my order altogether. My drive there was such a waste of time! I guess you have to go in the morning to get the doughnuts you want. read more

I just experienced racism in this store . A Caucasian couple husband wife & baby . Right in front of me order coffee no donuts the employe offered them free donuts. When it was my turn a single black male . she just asked what I want no free nothing not only that the scanner was down so I couldn't even use my rewards for a free donut . Was very disappointed in your service and management. Cause it seem to be a constant thing these one star reviews in a month read more
