I stopped by Dunkin' early in the morning, and Mateo,, took care of me. I'm sorry if I'm getting his name wrong, but he was very friendly and made sure my order was prepared to perfection. I really appreciated the great customer service and positive attitude first thing in the morning. The only thing I noticed this visit was that the coffee tasted a little different compared to other Dunkin' locations. It seemed a bit more watered down than what I'm used to, so I hope they can take a look at that. Other than that, everything was pretty good! I'm also happy to have a Dunkin' here in the Antelope Valley. There's ample parking, and the drive-thru is a great convenience, especially when you're on the go. Overall, a good experience, and I'll definitely be back! read more

Dropped by in the early afternoon to grab some munchkins (donut holes), and they hit the spot. I don't know any donut spots that offer a variety of donut holes so this is my go to spot! I love getting their blueberry flavor the most; however all the other munchkin still hit the spot-- I got strawberry jam and chocolate flavor. They ran out of the sugar coated one but nonetheless the employee was nice to give me an additional munchkin. Wish Dunkin had more deals for their donut holes because that would get me in their store. Right now these are just guilty pleasures I get 1-2x a year. read more

Great service and great staff. I stopped to get an iced coffee and right now they have a deal on the app $5 iced coffee and 2 wake me up wraps! What a deal. I ordered an original iced coffee with cream and 1 pump sugar free vanilla and hazelnut. It was so good super yummy and the coffee taste was excellent. The interior is super nice and well kept. I will definitely be back for more. Shout out to the tall gentleman that helped me today he was super cool. read more

Greedy franchise owner. Their few ounce avocado spread cup had a recent price hike of nearly ~200%. Absolutely ridiculous. Went from $1.78 to $3.58, or nearly $4 with tax. I can buy an entire 6 pack of avocado spread cups at Target for $3.50. Even competitors like Starbucks (known for more expensive pricing than Dunkin) charge only $1.20 for their avocado cup. Consumers do not appreciate corporate franchisee greed. Especially when the economy is doing so poorly. Please reconsider your price change. You have many loyal customers that don't appreciate the extra cost. read more

Sweetest people ever, amazing service. Leilani was super friendly and Alicia handles situations with stellar discernment and professionalism

These donuts were the worst I've had. Ask for two donuts with chocolate icing and NO SPRINKLES of any kind, and donut holes. The holes were hard enough to hammer a nail in the wall. Two cars in front of me and two behind me. 9 minutes sitting in park . AWFUL. Service was great, kind and professional. Product is a 0!!!!! read more

Most horrible drive through ever!! Took almost 30 min! The employees were just laughing and playing around. Horrible service.

Been coming here for a good minute with the same coffee order. Literally the same coffee order. Starting to notice a decline in quality. I get it, it's Dunkin' Donuts not a café. But it just sucks because it was our go to, now we definitely won't even look that way. read more

Most of the staff at this Dunkin location are friendly, but there's one barista who really stands out for the wrong reasons. She consistently fills large drinks only about halfway, which is frustrating. When I brought it up recently, she arrogantly insisted that they don't fill latte cups to the rim to avoid spills. That excuse didn't hold up for me since I'm a regular and have seen other employees fill drinks properly. What made it worse was that she filled my large coffee to the brim just fine-so clearly, spilling wasn't the issue. When I called her out on it, she said she could fill the latte to the rim with milk, which felt more like a half-hearted justification than a real solution. Compared to other coffee places that genuinely care about customer satisfaction and will remake your drink without hesitation, this experience was disappointing. Honestly, her attitude is a big reason why I won't be coming back to this Dunkin read more

Ordered something through the app and they couldn't fulfill my order. Told to request refund through the app and it is not giving me the option. Tried to call thr store, the number isn't working. Tried to find a corporate number and it's out of service. I'm very disappointed that they couldn't cancel the order on their end and now I have to go chase my refund. They should have the capability to cancel the order on their end. I'm very unhappy with this customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. Such a shame since I like DD. read more

This is my go to for coffee and donuts on my way to work. Sometimes I get courtesy items when the wait is too long, since I am a loyal customer. However, I've noticed the decline in quality and timeliness of service. I honestly think since there's only 1 location in the AV the staff get overwhelmed with orders. read more

I went into Dunkin' and ordered a dozen donuts. The maple logs were apparently an up charge but what they forgot to mention was that up charged was $3.09/per donut. So, for 4 maple logs I paid $12.36 on top of the $19.99 I paid for the dozen. When I asked the worker about it she said that the up charge means that I really pay the full price for the donut. I told Ok but then she owed me 4 additional regular donuts for the dozen since I paid full price for the maple logs outside of the dozen. She didn't agree. That dozen donuts cost me $32.35! Funny thing is - I also had an apple fritter (not in the dozen) that was only $2.49. I should've gotten all apple fritters and no maple logs. When did a maple log become a specialty donut and when did they become $3.09/per donut? Needless to say I won't be back. And, to top it all off - the donuts were stale. Worst donuts I've had in a long time. read more

Been coming here for years never had a problem with customer service...the heavier set employee with glasses who is at the window was rude and not very "dunkin friendly" she purposely messed up the order which didn't contain my whole order...thought it would be funny to add one hot sauce thinking that would teach me a lesson on calling her out on her bad attitude lol ...talk about bad customer service and I see there's been complaint about that kinda behavior from her before...called my bank I'll be getting a refund... read more

A year ago, I had an incident where I needed a refund and the workers clearly ignored me. The store manager reached out after my complain and I could sense her sincerity, determination, and remorse for how I was treated while she was away. Stopped going and now a year later, gave it a try and my Mom was ignored, order was wrong 3 times and there's no point to go back to a place where the service is low and sour. I hope there is an improvement on service, worker selection and, and overall store quality. I already know a handful of people who stopped going becasue they have received the same treatment. Totally unsatisfied and don't want to step foot there! read more

I usually get donuts from Krispy Kreme, but I was thinking of giving my man a break from driving so I opt in for Dunkin. It was evening and I never bought a donut from Dunkin only their savory items. Apparently dine in was closed because of limited staff so we did drive thru. The drive thru menu is awful you can't even see what it says. My man asked if by chance they had a chocolate twist donut, the lady said "a Christmas donut?" We asked if they only had circular donuts and she said "we don't have chocolate donuts". He then asked "do you have a chocolate donut?" She responds with "we have a double chocolate donut" and we told her no do you have one with just chocolate icing and she said yes but it comes with sprinkles. We told her we would take it and the bagel bites. When we get our food, the donut stale like it's been sitting there since the morning. When we bit into the bagel bites they were cold inside when they're supposed to be warm. I have eaten these bagel bites before and they were always hot and warm in the inside. Drive thru disaster! So this morning I decided to go to Dunkin' Donuts for a cup of coffee before I spent my day at work. I don't know what happened, but somehow I didn't see the actual box in which you place your order. So this put me at the window. I have apologized to the young woman at the window for not getting the positioning, right. And unfortunately, she refused to assist me. Her excuse was "I can't do it. " Well, I disagree with that. I went to this store 4/19 at 8:40am and the window girl was so rude when I was trying to open the Dunkin app to pay. She was rushing me and then to find out that my food items weren't even ready yet. She preceded to not make eye contact with me after she had handed me the last food item. read more

Highly frustrated with this location and their lack of customer service. 1) this location didn't post any special abbreviated hours for Thanksgiving. 2) that when I checked hours via Google it showed open until 8, not 2 pm. 3) when I arrived at 2:15 pm the worker said we're closed rather than helping the loyal customer. I see several missed opportunities here. Corporate customer service via app was the last line of defense and failed to offer any consideration to me as a loyal customer. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past few months and don't feel valued. How difficult would it have been to offer even a $5 or $10 courtesy for the inconvenience? read more

Service here is horrible. They were like 15 people working behind the register just running their mouth and didn't even bother taking my order until I asked who was going to take my order. Then they missed my order, I don't know how and when I asked what happened to my coffee they all looked at each other and then it was prepared. Worst place ever. The food was ok, the donuts are very good, but the service was not so great. I ordered ahead through the app. When I got there my dozen donuts was great but I also ordered donut holes, a muffin and a roll, those last items were all thrown together in one bag. Happened upon the store while driving. Purchased a dozen donuts as I grew up on the East Coast and fondly remember Dunkin Donuts. Upon getting them home (10 miles from the store) found 10 of the 12 donuts were stale and inedible. In my communication I explained how I purchased the donuts and within an hour of purchasing them Tuesday afternoon at 2:40pm purchased and 3:35pm writing Customer Service about the fact they were stale plus uploaded video of the stale donuts (banging them on a butcher block to show how hard they were) to the Dunkin Donuts Twitter account. 2 days later they got back to me saying they can't do anything as all stores are individually owned and operated and they needed my name, email address and phone number and they would pass that information on to the Lancaster store for them to contact me. Why don't they say that upfront so I wouldn't have to explain what happened again? That's all they could do was pass my information on. Any refunds or replacement would be at the discretion of the outlet. Horrible customer service, stale products and got the runaround. I wouldn't recommend this outlet. read more

DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WASTED $25 Well first I want to say I am from New York City, originally... So I kind of grew up off of Dunkin' Donuts... However, I don't remember them tasting this bad .... I think that a visit to Krispy Kreme would be your best bet as you could never go wrong with a fresh batch of original glaze hot and ready donuts...... Anyway, Tonight we ordered two dozen of assorted donuts... These donuts taste like a thick loaf of bread with a little frosting or sugar coated on them. ... I think I can safely say Dunkin' Donuts donuts taste like bricks....They are just horrible.... However, the strange thing is... Dunkin' Donuts sells my favorite donut on earth which is the French Cruller Donut ..... so I ordered three separate French Crullers ....sadly my expectations were dashed just because a lack of frosting and they were a little on the hard side. $25 Down the drain Yes I will visit this place again in hopes to buy a fresh French Cruller but nothing more I cannot recommend any other donut in this establishment... However I do recommend a visit to Dunkin' Donuts to experience a fresh French Cruller, if you can get one read more
