The tissue he used kept getting flipped back and forth whenever he would grab a new donut making it basically useless for keeping a barrier from his hands and our food. Busy times in store shouldn't be an excuse for poor food handling. We didn't see this employee wash his hands after touching his face/hair, the register screen, etc either. Greedy franchise owner. Their few ounce avocado spread cup had a recent price hike of nearly ~200%. Absolutely ridiculous. Went from $1.78 to $3.58, or nearly $4 with tax. I can buy an entire 6 pack of avocado spread cups at Target for $3.50. Even competitors like Starbucks (known for more expensive pricing than Dunkin) charge only $1.20 for their avocado cup. Consumers do not appreciate corporate franchisee greed. Especially when the economy is doing so poorly. Please reconsider your price change. Great service and great staff. I stopped to get an iced coffee and right now they have a deal on the app $5 iced coffee and 2 wake me up wraps! What a deal. I ordered an original iced coffee with cream and 1 pump sugar free vanilla and hazelnut. It was so good super yummy and the coffee taste was excellent. The interior is super nice and well kept. I went into Dunkin' and ordered a dozen donuts. The maple logs were apparently an up charge but what they forgot to mention was that up charged was $3.09/per donut. So, for 4 maple logs I paid $12.36 on top of the $19.99 I paid for the dozen. When I asked the worker about it she said that the up charge means that I really pay the full price for the donut. I told Ok but then she owed me 4 additional regular donuts for the dozen since I paid full price for the maple logs outside of the dozen. She didn't agree. That dozen donuts cost me $32.35! Funny thing is - I also had an apple fritter (not in the dozen) that was only $2.49. I should've gotten all apple fritters and no maple logs. Most of the staff at this Dunkin location are friendly, but there's one barista who really stands out for the wrong reasons. She consistently fills large drinks only about halfway, which is frustrating. When I brought it up recently, she arrogantly insisted that they don't fill latte cups to the rim to avoid spills. That excuse didn't hold up for me since I'm a regular and have seen other employees fill drinks properly. A year ago, I had an incident where I needed a refund and the workers clearly ignored me. The store manager reached out after my complain and I could sense her sincerity, determination, and remorse for how I was treated while she was away. Stopped going and now a year later, gave it a try and my Mom was ignored, order was wrong 3 times and there's no point to go back to a place where the service is low and sour. I usually get donuts from Krispy Kreme, but I was thinking of giving my man a break from driving so I opt in for Dunkin. It was evening and I never bought a donut from Dunkin only their savory items. Happened upon the store while driving. Purchased a dozen donuts as I grew up on the East Coast and fondly remember Dunkin Donuts. Upon getting them home (10 miles from the store) found 10 of the 12 donuts were stale and inedible. In my communication I explained how I purchased the donuts and within an hour of purchasing them Tuesday afternoon at 2:40pm purchased and 3:35pm writing Customer Service about the fact they were stale plus uploaded video of the stale donuts (banging them on a butcher block to show how hard they were) to the Dunkin Donuts Twitter account. 2 days later they got back to me saying they can't do anything as all stores are individually owned and operated and they needed my name, email address and phone number and they would pass that information on to the Lancaster store for them to contact me. Why don't they say that upfront so I wouldn't have to explain what happened again? That's all they could do was pass my information on. Any refunds or replacement would be at the discretion of the outlet. Horrible customer service, stale products and got the runaround. I wouldn't recommend this outlet. read more

I was finally able to pay Dunkin Donuts a visit for a quick snack. Here is how it went....... He got the bavarian doughnut. He said it was ok nothing great My daughter got the strawberry sprikles. She loved it but then again what kid dislikes doughnuts. Right? I got the toasted coconut. It was very moist, right amount of coconut and not over powering of sweetness. We also tried the caramel iced coffee. It was very refreshing. Later in our visit my daughter got some orange juice. Customer service was ok. The guy needs to be a little bit friendlier. When I went back to get my daughter some orange juice we waited a bit. My daughter was a little impatience. The floor was a dirty. It looked like someone sweep and left the dirt on the side of the restaurant. Place needs to be keep a bit cleaner than it was when we were there. Overall I give them 3 stars. Sometimes I go here because It's cheaper than dunkin. Their drinks are super sweet so you'd have to tell them not to add sugar because the syrup Flavor is already sweet. They were nice because I ordered without cream and it was bland so I told them to add them. It was no problem. Would return!! read more
