I love this place, but more importantly, my kids are crazy about this place! Every time I ask where they would like to go for a dessert treat, Yogurtland is almost always the response I hear. It makes me happy to see my kids get giddy about a fun experience like this. We have visited this particular Yogurtland on multiple occasions, enough so that I've finally formed an opinion worthy to be posted on Yelp. Along with this review, I've also posted several photos, so be sure to check them out as well. This particular Yogurtland is in a great location, smartly located adjacent to several great places to eat with friends and/or family, so it's convenient to stop by here for a nice dessert after a great meal. Some of the nicer restaurants immediately nearby include Applebee's, Chili's, Don Cuco's, Blaze Pizza, Rubio's, and The Habit, among others. Every time I have visited this Yogurtland it has always been extremely clean and well-organized, and the employees here have always been friendly and professional. They've got a great selection of different flavored yogurts to choose from, and it is really fun to sample them and try a bunch of different new flavors with each new visit. In addition, there are also a plethora of yogurt toppings to choose from, and this is where my kids usually go crazy! In summary, this is a great place to bring your significant other, to bring your kiddies, or to just go someplace special to treat yourself. Sure, you could buy cheaper desserts at your local grocery store, but coming here is really more about creating a fun experience with the people you care about most. I've been coming to this yogurtland for the past three weeks, and every single night they've been out of tart. Every. Single. Time. It's honestly ridiculous -- if you're going to advertise something as part of the experience, at least have it available. It's supposed to be one of the classic flavors so you should always have it available feel careless and frustrating. And it's so crazy. There's these crazy disgusting flavor that are stocked to the brim. And the staff are always so over it I keep hoping they'll get it together, but after three weeks of the same issue, I'm just over it. read more

am writing this to share how disappointed I was with the service my family and I received on 1/24/26 between 7:50 PM and 8:00 PM. We came in as a group of seven along with several other people and it was clear the cashier had been mopping the floors before we walked in. I went out of my way to apologize for walking on her freshly mopped floor and thanked her for the sample cups but instead of a polite response she just gave me a mean glare and looked me up and down. As a manager at a food establishment myself I completely understand that employees want to get ahead on preclosing tasks like mopping so they can get home on time but that should never get in the way of treating paying customers correctly or making them feel unwelcome for coming in before closing. The situation did not get any better when it came time to pay. My five and six year old children had built their cups with their aunt and asked for a spoon after their yogurt had been weighed. The cashier again looked us up and down and told us we had to pay first. We literally had our payment in hand and were waiting to be rung up so there was no reason to treat us like we were going to run off without paying especially when dealing with small children. The least she could have done was give them the spoons instead of shooting us nasty glares and making us feel like a burden. Coming from a management perspective customer service is everything and making sure guests have a good enough experience to return is what keeps a business going. I never even got a welcome in or a simple acknowledgement. From now on I will be taking my business only to the Yogurtland in Palmdale where the cashiers are actually friendly and welcoming. I hope this is addressed because guest experience should always be the priority regardless of what cleaning tasks are being done. read more

Unfortunately, Reyna failed to wash her hands or change disposable gloves after wiping down high-chair and cleaning the door and outside windows. When I respectfully reminded her and suggested she do so, she was very rude and dismissive! Horrible service from a young girl working the night shift on Wednesdays. Usually the staff is friendly but this girl was very rude. She seemed annoyed and gave me and my kids a nasty look. The Girls always tell me they're out of Nutella so before I served my yogurt, I wanted to make sure they had some so I went up to the associate with the nametag jasmine with the messy Hair ( anyone that works with anything edible. I have been living next to this location for almost three years and there has only been a handful of times that they have had the flavors that are good. Every flavor are those that you have never heard of as being a yogurt. Not only that but the majority of the flavors have been there for over a year. *Yogurtland located near Target in Lancaster, CA* Shame, I was refused a cup of water. I'm 76 and I was very thirsty, it was 98° today. "It's policy" they said. Even after I explained, they refused again, "policy". I was a regular customer up to today and I was about to pay when this happened but, I left Yogurtland explaining that, to refuse water to an old lady on such a hot day is inhumane. Allowing such a basic kindness would have meant I would remain a happy customer but, I will not be returning and my friends will know why. Recently I went to yogurtland and I got a little bit of sticker shock. Also the point system and the computer wasn't working. For three ice creams with one topping it was over $47. It's worth mentioning because sometimes I don't spend $47 on . Even though customer service was okay she was sitting on the ground while customers got their ice yogurt. When I asked her to please put this first ice cream in the freezer she said there was no room. A little inconvenient, ice yogurt melted a little. After I was finished she told me the computer was down and I wouldn't get my points I felt like that should have been disclosed immediately. Love frozen yogurt. This location however isn't my favorite. Workers are nice, no complaints there. My biggest complaint would be that they rarely change their yogurt flavors. I go to menchies usually and they typically change their flavors weekly. I've been coming here for months just because it's close to home but they have not changed their flavors. And the one flavor they DID have that was new was that chocolate lava cake which tastes like straight cigarettes. just horrible. not any of the workers fault, and i'm not sure if management has any say in flavors. but yogurtland as a company should maybe branch out a bit more. get new flavors in there. yogurt still good though. they also happen to run out of spoons from time to time. so that's another downside but not the end of the world. read more

Today April 14 2023, I came into the store and the team member (Dylan) did not properly greet me. I asked the team member how they were suppose to greet customers his response was we don't change our flavors as much anymore and we don't have to say it. I told him I haven't been here in a long time so I don't know the new flavors. After sitting for a min the manger comes out and say rudely do I have a problem with his employee I told him no I was just asking a question. The manger catches a whole attitude and started to go back and fourth with me on how I was treating Dylan stated that I was harassing him and I asked how, for all you know I am a secret shopper. The manger responds saying that's good for you if you are a secret shopper. As a previous worker at yogurtland I know how customers should be greeted and the questions they should be ask upon paying for yogurt. I found it very disrespectful how the manger was talking to me and his responses. Making me uncomfortable and not wanting to stay and enjoy my yogurt with my family. Came here the other night with my sister. We got there maybe 30 mins before they closed. The girls there were very nice and greeted us right away. We sat inside and ate our yogurt. What i liked is even though it was close to their closing time i never felt rushed. There was many people that showed up after us and very close to closing and everything was still fully stocked. I've been to places where once its a certain amount of time to closing there inventory starts to get put away. So this was a definite plus. The reason i did not give 5 stars is because none of the fruit looked fresh or good for that matter. The mangos looked discolored, the strawberries looked mushy and old, and the bananas were brown. I don't frequent frozen yogurt establishments, never really been a fan. I received an invite of sorts in the mail for a grand opening at Yogurtland. So I decided to finally give up my froyo v-card and give them a try. I attended their grand opening. They were giving free yogurt to anyone who showed up. I had the intention of purchasing an additional yogurt for a family member. I saw a few people doing the same as they had bigger cups as well. When I noticed the cup area was empty I requested one from an employee. I kind of got a bit of 'tude for doing so. When I got to the register, I informed the cashier I was paying for one. I again received the same attitude. The cashier said, "Well, I need to weigh both of them anyway." I was confused. I ended up not being charged at all so I can only assume I was receiving the odd behavior because they thought I was trying to get away with an extra free yogurt? Had I known they weren't planning on accepting money, I wouldn't have bothered asking for an additional cup. I went again today to see what it would be like outside of a major event. It was better. The cup area and toppings were all well stocked. The biggest plus: I was able to get through the line without having to wait an annoying amount of time for the employees with rags and brooms to get out of the way. I understand keeping the area clean is a top priority when it's busy but they were quite slow and holding up the line during the grand opening. I still got a bit of a cold shoulder from certain employees which I've become used to as it's pretty much a standard anywhere you go in the AV. Oh well. Four stars because the frozen yogurt is good and the deals they offer make it worth going. Not bad seeing as how they just recently opened. I just hope the service improves over time! read more

Great yogurt options, always polite and friendly. 1 hr before closing however and more than half of the units are out of milk and the flavors they have are not as good(could be why they didn't run out of milk for those) just saying...love the place but this is the first time I get to their location an hour before they close. I could understand being limited on options 15 minutes before they close (don't want to seem unreasonable but 1 hour before?). Update: Definitely a change in personnel. This place is usually a hit or a miss, came in today for a $6 unlimited cup the cashier yesenia did not ring it up correctly, bought two small 16 oz cups for $16 instead of $12, I was pretty disappointed in the service today, to say the least. There are also times when the fruit does not look fresh, but on the days it is fresh it is excellent. But other than that the yogurt is usually pretty good and we come here often. read more

I actually really like that this opened up here specifically because it's open later than the surrounding froyo stores. It's just so unfortunate that I got my hopes up tonight when searching to satisfy my sweet tooth. Came up to the doors just a few minutes after 10:30 to see all the chairs flipped and doors locked. To make sure I wasn't losing my mind I glanced over at the store hours and saw that there is a piece of tape covering the "11pm" close time with "10:30" handwritten on top. I'm not going to give this 1 star because I DO like yogurtland and I completely understand that sometimes businesses may need to close down a little early, but this just broke my heart tonight. Even on Yelp it still said "closes soon" so I made a trip across town only to be disappointed.
