My go to place! I've always felt staff were friendly here. Lines can be long in peak hours but it takes time to throw everything together and make it tasty. Not really a place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream but I just take my dessert home ! read more

Service sucked. Place was supper loud and employees have no customer service experience. Didn't even have time to order due to bad management read more

Lancaster, CA Getting my BOGO deal before it expires. I come to this ice cream parlor every once in a while if I get a good deal. With the inflation now, coming to this places are a treat. For the times I have been here, they have always honored my coupon. Employees are helpful in suggesting flavors and what to add. I always get my coffee ice cream combined with cheesecake flavor mixed with nuts or graham crackers. It's good, creamy and rich. During summer time, this place is packed. It feels so cramped and not a lot to move around. Plenty of parking though. And a decent facility. read more

I had a disappointing experience at this Cold Stone Creamery location. I attempted to pay with a $20 bill that was later confirmed by my bank to be legitimate, but their machine incorrectly flagged it as counterfeit. Instead of handling the situation discreetly, multiple employees and a manager were called over while other customers were present. This made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially since the manager even acknowledged that the bill appeared to be real. I ended up using a different bill to complete my purchase, and later went back to my bank to confirm that the original bill was valid, which it was. While I understand that businesses need to take precautions, situations like this should be handled with more discretion and professionalism. I did receive an apology, which I appreciate, but no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused. I'm sharing this feedback so the store can improve how situations like this are handled in the future. read more

Ice cream was great not what I had asked for didn't particularly care for my order not being token correctly music blaring so loud employees couldn't even here what I had said This was my family's first experience and very sad to say it will be the last I really hope corporate or the owners of this establishment do an evaluation This business has potential I really dislike doing any bad reviews because I know how it can and does affect a business read more

I ordered on Uber eats a tube of ice cream and the ice cream was not blended in and huge pieces of candy where not even crushed it was not mixed as it usually is. When calling I spoke with Cayenne "like the pepper" so they said that is apparently the manager. They had attitude and said it was made correctly. Poor customer service and surprised how unprofessional the manager is. read more

Delicious ice cream, many choices of ice creams. Lots of delicious toppings. A great place to go when you have a sweet craving!

If I could give 0 stars I would for some reason this specific location doesn't let you mix flavors of different ice creams. I'm not sure if that's an actual rule or if the white male long blonde hair employee was just trying to give us a hard time. DONT GO HERE. read more

I had a gift certificate for years and we don't have one in our town. So I remembered if you sign up for the reward you get a free birthday ice cream and another for half off. This is the time they have our favorite Lucky Charms so it was a win win for all. Customer service was great and this location was clean. Make sure to sign up for rewards program. read more

Love that they have crunch bars at this location. Everyone was very nice and interior was clean.

James did such a great job attending us, and was very friendly. I accidentally ordered my ice cream but forgot to mention to add extra roasted almonds & he added more with no problem after already serving it but before giving it to me which is double the work but that was very sweet of him! Soo thank you!! read more

The customer service here is non existent. Walked in and 3 out of 3 workers not a single one greeted me as I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I was not even told thank you for coming we will be with you shortly/soon. I get the staff might be busy but you all need to work on your customer service skills even if you're having a bad day. Additionally, the ice cream counter looked messy so I decided to just leave. Never coming to this location again even if it is closest to me rather drive to Lancaster if I'm getting cold stone or go to Baskin-Robbins read more

Hello, Foodies & Friends w/ Cooties, So I ordered this so-called "Gotta Have It" through GrubHub, and this is what I received. Did the driver pull over and invested 2 minutes to swop out containers? I'm thinking people have more pressing things to do than switch ice cream containers. So with that being said, what the heck Cold Stone? I've been cheated as this ice cream cost an arm, leg, both kidneys and my firstborn. Make this right!!! read more

Great staff and good portion sizes! Cold stone gives you a coupon when you check in so bonus for that. Way better than zero degrees

I believe this is a sorry excuse for a milk and Oreo shake. Once I picked up my order I went to my car and once in the car I noticed it had no Oreo pieces in it. So I went back in and the manager told me that's how their new milk and Oreo shake is. So I took his word for it and went home with it. When I got home to drink it, it tasted like pure vanilla. That being the only thing I like from this place I doubt I'll ever be back again. read more

I mean, what's not to like about ice cream? The shop is nice, clean and the employees were very pleasant. Always a favorite.

Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 - # 16/100 They give you 10% off your purchase. As if I need a reason to get ice cream. I love watching them mix my ice cream on the cold stone. My favorite- coffee house crunch. Drooling and excited to wrap my lips around sweet and creamy coffee ice cream and crunchy heath bar. Service was fast and friendly. Parking is adequate, it shares with the other stores in the plaza. I've always gotten my loot to go so I don't know about the cleanliness of the restroom. read more

Rude people. Horrible customer service. Apparently they think it's acceptable to yell at customers when they get the order wrong and give you a melted green cake instead of the pink one you ordered. read more

What happened to the perky workers with good customer service? Everyone here is now rude af, when you walk in they won't even aknowlege you are there. A simple "we will be right with you" would be nice. & then when no one else is in line, they'll still ignore you while doing something else. This is my 4th experience like this. Cmon Cold Stone, hire better people and not these people who make you feel like your bothering them by coming in for ice cream. Uncomfortable to say the least. read more

I just ordered with DoorDash and I noticed it doesn't show the big tub option anymore. Also, I made a comment about mixing it well and getting what toppings I paid for. Walked in at 9:35pm and was turned away because they wanted to close 30 mins earlier. I guess scooping ice cream into a cup is that hard they don't respect their own store hours. read more

I hate leaving a bad review, however the management here needs to do some training on customer service. I came in last night towards closing so I can acknowledge that these employees were probably not excited that I came in so late and I saw one of them roll their eyes. But I did come in during business hours so I expect to be served. There were 4 employees present and not a single one acknowledged me or my fiancé. If anything, they actively ignored us, one was sitting on a counter and another was scraping ice cream off the work area. After 5 minutes of everyone ignoring us, I asked if we could order and was told I had two more minutes to order. I explained that I'd been waiting for them to help us. Then I was assisted.... Unfortunately I won't be giving my money to this store anymore, which is disappointing because I came here several times a month. read more

Best ice cream creations on the planet. My only wish would be the options for sundaes, hot fudge, hot caramel, strawberry etc. I love the coffee ice cream and any creation with it. If you haven't had the Founder's Favorite, it's a must have. It is pricey but it's such a treat!! Worth the calories. Service in our Clod Stone in Lancaster is not what it used to be and it makes me sad; if I could rate them separately I would so I would give them three stars so I gave an overall of four. The creators used to be happy and they would sing and carry on with the customers but not anymore. We used to live going in for that too and our tips are smaller if at all. They don't smile much, they just want you in, order, pay and out. (Ice cream 5, service 3) The location isn't as nice as the previous one closer to Big Lots. read more

Gal didn't know how to make a banana split! She had to ask other employees. Miss the old days when a banana split was in a boat not a cup!

Whatever happened to good customer service and "the customer is always right"??? I have been coming here for years (at least a decade) since our family loves the ice cream cakes. Appreciate the military discount and have never had a problem until today. Ordered the cake a week ago on line and went to pick up the cake in the evening as it was 102 degrees this afternoon and I live an hour away. The cake couldn't be found!! Birthday was the next day and it was already paid for!! I was made to think That I was at the wrong store (impossible since there isn't another one within 100 miles). So disappointed I called my husband who had ordered the cake to see if this was possible since he had placed the order. He sent me a screenshot of the order clearly showing that the cake was to be picked up that day, and that I was at the correct location. Returned to the store determined not to go home empty handed since I had already paid over $60 dollars for the cake and it was too late to get another. The cake was suddenly found but not until my husband had to call the manager. Sorry to say, after today I won't be returning. read more
