Came to Bundt cakes today they have a new flavor for spring banana flavor cake is OK. It's nice and soft nice vanilla flavor It doesn't have that much frosting and it has a very odd aftertaste. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be banana, but I don't think that that's banana and they charge you more than the regular Bundt cake just for warning I think I'm gonna stick to my old-fashioned banana pudding. I don't like to do this because their bundtini's are so good. But their policies and customer service is horrible. Add on top of their horribly expensive prices, I had to give them one star. I tried THREE times this week to get a dozen bundtinis, cause they taste the best and you can't get them in singles you have to buy the dozen. The larger ones don't taste as good their dried out more. The first time it was 3:30 and they closed at 3. Who has a business that closes that early? Whatever. The next time it was twenty minutes to closing and they told me I could only get their "signature" flavors which I do not like cause it was within thirty minutes of closing. Fine. I got the larger ones. Now today I go in, they don't close for 45 minutes. It's Sunday. And they say they can't do the assorted cause they don't have enough staff. So pretty much force me to get their crappy flavors I don't want. No thanks. I'm gonna go home, make myself some cupcakes and cream cheese frosting for 1/100 of the price. This is such a bummer because I love their cakes I first had them when I lived in San Diego. This specific one sucks though. It's no wonder they ain't making any money out here. read more

Lemon cake is one of my favorites so I visited Nothing Bundt cakes and bought a few to share with my family. I bought the lemon, red velvet and Oreo dirt cake. I chose the lemon for my birthday cake and had it with champagne. It was moist, lemony and the cream cheese frosting was perfection! It paired well with the champagne. I went today to pickup the order I had placed and paid for online 5 days ago, which included a gluten free bundtlet for my sister, who has a severe gluten allergy. When I arrived, I was informed that they were out of the gluten free and kindly offered my choice of substitutions. I asked how this was possible as I had pre-ordered and they should have been prepared for my pickup and no other substitution would be acceptable (obviously). Apparently, the staff is directed to prioritize walk-in customers and "when they are out, they are out." When I reiterated that I had already paid for my order, so selling my order to a "walk-in" was unethical, she replied, "it's complicated". They refused to refund my money and instead offered store credit at their particular store. However, as I do not plan to ever return, given their complete lack of business standards, I accepted a random regular bundtlet and now have to go in search of a gluten free treat for my sister. I recommend traveling to the Valencia store or purchasing treats from pretty much any other business in the area - or I guess you could walk-in to this store, with the confidence of knowing you'll have your pick of treats, including special orders. read more
