She…read moreenjoys using the online ordering system and I have been able to quickly go in and out whenever I do come by to pick up an order. Last weekend, I came here at 8pm with my brother and told them the name of the order we were to pick up. The place is clean, bright and cutely decorated for the holidays. When the guy comes back from the back and presented the order.. we were so surprised and laughed aloud! All I knew was that my mom ordered a turkey ice cream cake.. The way I imagined it, it was the kind that had a turkey face doodled ontop of a brown cake with feathers peeked on. But not this one!! This one was actually presented and appared to be an actual turkey plate served for Thanksgiving. We got home and it even shocked my dad, who my mom got it as a surprise for, to celebrate their anniversary. He thought it was a plastic turkey. The cake ended up tasting delicious, with the caramel glaze layered ontop crunching with the sweet cookies n' creme ice cream filling underneath. After waisting almost an hour they said the order wasn't made at all. Now I'll have to wait a few days to get refunded, hopefully. I received no sort of confirmation email that I would be refunded.
