The service was excellent, the cashier was extremely friendly every time I head over the atmosphere is great Kamila went above and beyond to help me choose and recommended some great flavors! The only reason I can not give a five star is because the sheer amount of homeless people that like to linger and steal yogurt unfortunately I know the workers can't do anything but YogurtLand should definitely try and help with that issue. This was the worst yogurts and I have ever been to due to the employee, Deborah. I have never seen someone move so slowwww! It took 20 minutes for her to make 6 yogurts. She kept stopping to answer the phone and was talking forever and a line started building up behind me. She didn't seem to care or even make eye contact. 20 MINUTES FOR YOGURT!? That's insane. Yogurtland was my very first experience with froyo 10 years ago. Can you believe that this company is only about 11 years old? They started in Fullerton, CA. I may be a bit biased but other froyo just doesn't compare. I know most people can't tell the difference. From their original tart flavor to their newest flavors, you're always in for a treat! This location is very convenient, the staff is nice, and they're always fully stocked! My favorite toppings always include mochi, fruit, and the popping bubbles. Was in the area for work trip and wanted froyo so came across this location. It has ample amount of parking available since it shares a private parking lot with several other businesses. It has indoor as well as outdoor seating options. Place was kept tidy - no paper napkins or any trash visible, tables were clean and not sticky, yogurt was not dripping or anything. Worst customer service worst experience in my entire life. The sign said vanilla but clearly tasted bad or was coconut. My daughter is allergic to coconut. I asked the worker to let me sample and explained it tasted like coconut. She tasted and had another coworker taste it m. She said yes it's coconut not vanilla but did nothing and didn't tell me until til after 15 min I went back up and said well did you taste it? She said yes and so did my coworker and it is coconut not vanilla. But did nothing. I always get the "Toasted Coconut" flavor. 3) Their cups are huge....they're designed that way so you won't realize how much yogurt you're actually pouring....... until you get the counter .... then you're Screwed with a $4 or even $5 yogurt. 4) The best part about this location is that it's next to a Krispy Kreme, Habit Burger, & a custom Pizza Parlor so you have several options when arriving :) read more

The staff is friendly and welcoming and offer sample cups when you enter if you'd like to try any flavors or any new flavors they just added. Used to frequent Berrystar but love the Froyo selection here so much better and they change out the flavors more frequently! Love the more unique and different Froyo choices than the standard ones typically offered at the other place. The topping bar selection is great and they also have a cookie divider located next to the cups if you're wanting to separate out your choices. Plenty of different fresh fruit toppings, condensed milk, boba, mochi, granola, candy etc... They also have whipped cream (if you don't see it just ask.. They may need to make more which takes a couple minutes) The have a complimentary water station that has fresh strawberries in it (yum) read more

I use to go more often when it first opened .. the product selection is wonderful but I had noticed that the costumer service has gone down a little. Last night was no exception, I mean the girl working the night shift wasn't really rude but she didn't have to say "GET OUT" out loud to make my visit uncomfortable her facial expressions were clear enough. I would give this place more stars because their product is good, but I am not because they never have a flavor that I like. We came here almost every week during the summer and enjoyed it every time. But the last five times I have cone with my family they have had nothing worth eating. We love frozen yogurt! Unfortunately every time we go to the Yogurtland in Palmdale, half of their flavors are missing and there is only one person working. Because of the pandemic, the employees now have to serve you your yogurt, which is super frustrating because they always do it wrong and make it look so messy and unappetizing! Oh, and they tend to put away several of their toppings long before they are due to close and then claim that they "are out." We have tried contacting Yogurtland Corporate several times and have never heard back. Wow!!! I throughly enjoyed my visit to Yogurtland. From the greeting I received from a smiling Cass she was most friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, made my first experience a memorable and pleasant one. This location is so bright inviting with upbeat contemporary design . The flow of the room is open, minimal, very clean, and well organized, and has a great varity. I'm a repeat customer not only for the exceptional quality of the yogurt and selections but for the pleasant staff. I must say Yourtland has a true asset in Cass truly a bright, intelligent young lady with a great helpful, friendly, polite, a professionalism that isn't seen in most food service industries today. I sure hope that upper management takes notice and reviews it's yelp account. Say what, Yogurtland in Palmdale?! While I no longer live here (praise the Lord) I visit on occasion and when I heard they opened this I had to stop by during my stay. When I lived here I was subjected to Berry Star and Sweet frog, no bueno. I have frequently been to Yogurtland for years, second to Pinkberry but definitely the best when it comes to self serve fro-yo. Unfortunately there's just something about this particular location that was a bit disappointing, much like everything in this city. For one they didn't have the variety of flavors they normally do. (No Dutch chocolate, um why?) The line also moved SUPER slow. Weird vibe. 5 stars for Yogurtland, unfortunately it's still Palmdale.. So 4 stars will do. read more
