Lady who answered the phone to take an order wasn't very helpful. Told her I was parked right outside with kids in car. I asked her if ai could order through phone since I already know what the kids wanted and can't leave the kids by themselves in the car (5 and 7yr old), wife was next door picking up food for the road trip for a work schedule. Lady who answered the phone said you can go order on the app. Kinda dismayed on that type of attitude in the food industry. I never did purchase because of this reason. I never leave reviews for places but last nights visit deserves it! I took my toddler in for a quick treat and were immediately greeted by the workers. Nathan helped us and he was very friendly and patient! Brenna was also very sweet ! We will definitely be back as the other coldstones in the area are hit or miss. read more

To start let me say that the service is great and the staff is always super helpful. I've been coming to this location for about 5 years at least once a month if not more. Within the last 2 years the prices have gotten higher and higher after every visit. Tonight my love it (large) chocolate shake was $9 and my like it (small) was $8. The $5 reward they give out used to cover my an entire large ice cream and now it doesn't even cover a small one. I've compared prices between another locations and this is the most expensive location in the AV for whatever reason. read more

Employees on their phones!! I walked in and found 2 employees sitting in the doorway, on their phones messing around recording each other. I waited patiently at the front counter while neither of them looked up at me for a good minutes. I was in plane view, good thing I wasn't standing where the line starts or I'd still be there!! To top it off, we get home with our pickup order and the 2 chocolate creations don't have labels so now we don't know who's ice cream is who's?? What a failure!! Manager said the employees were on a break I don't know how a store can successfully run when you have 2 employees on their break and nobody working the front counter. So disappointed. We order from this location a lot since it's down the street from our house but the last 5 times we've ordered, our ice cream is never mixed right. We always get the Apple pie a la Coldstone and the Surrender to Strawberry. There was only one time from this location where it was mixed so perfectly that you got a bite of all the yummy ingredients with each mouthful. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the chap who made it cause his badge actually said "Tall, dark, and" something (I forget it now). We keep going back hoping this person or someone as good as him would make a perfect mix. NOPE! And this last one got me so frustrated because there literally was ingredients only on the top and bottom of the ice cream and a whole lot of plain vanilla ice cream in the middle. Look for yourself in the picture I added! Now, I know I could be making a big deal over ice cream, but after paying about $7 a bowl, you should expect a decent experience than that! Especially when I did ask if they could mix it well during the order! Anyway, beware. There's a possibility you'll be paying extra for less than mediocre ice cream. Some of my favorite cold stone flavors are birthday cake remix, peppermint and anything with cake batter as a base. Its definitely my favorite flavor. Chocolate with coffee icecream and roasted almonds and brownies is a delicious blend. Chocolate ice cream with cherry pie filling and chocolate syrup is also a great flavor. This location is usually fast and is the closest ice cream store on the west side. The parking out front is pretty cramped, and at times it can be difficult to find a spot. Make sure to use your punch card and the prices are on the expensive side. Take advantage of their special deal nights such as school ID discount, free waffle cones, and double punches on your card. I wouldn't recommend any of their pre packed ice creams, the flavor isn't as good as when its fresh and the combinations are mostly a bunch of different candy bars mixed with some vanilla ice cream. read more

I just left this location and I have mixed reviews. The young lady who made my order Jasmine was outstanding. She was bubbly and even though she was wearing a mask you know she was smiling. On the other hand.... The person who made my sister's order; Amaya was not personable, there was no warm greeting and she made the order as if it was coming from her kitchen. When we arrive home immediately after. My sister's ice cream was poorly made and melted. We live not even 5 minutes from this location. Even during my interaction with Jasmine she felt it necessary to interject and tell me that my additional mix-ins would be at an additional cost. As if I didn't already know that. I kindly advised Amaya that I was well aware of the additional cost and I am more than willing to pay the price. I want to extend a thank you to Jasmine for excellent customer service. I've been to this Coldstone location in the past. Never super impressed with the service. The folks that work there are nice enough, just seems like there is always a new person that doesn't know how to make the item being ordered, thus the quality of the final product is not as intended. They never remember to use the 10% off discount from a discount Community Card I have (even though the card is in their hands). On this particular visit the ice cream looked like it was melting in the freezer case. It's an interesting concept to mix in the varied toppings, however it makes for slow service and a longer than ever expected wait. Overall I like the ice cream at Baskin Robbins better. read more

I ordered a "Love It" of A cheese cake mix, 2 blue berries, 1 strawberry and a half scoop of graham cracker crust.
