The best place to get agua fresca. My favorite agua here is the pepino limón con chía. It is a super refreshing drink and for the price you can't beat it. Omg this a public notice to everyone that goes here I saw a trail of ants coming from the storage area. I also noticed that they don't properly clean utensils such as cream scooper, spoons. And their knive they use to cut fruit they also USED it to cut the cueritos. And not to mention their long line, their was two out of three workers actually working with the customers and the other one was just standing at the cashier area and walking back and forth into the back room. Oh it's so nice to have this location open close to my work! It just opened, it's clean and spacious. Very well organized and plenty of employees to help customers. There were three other customers in there when I went in the middle of the week around 1 pm. They have a lot of ice cream options! You will find something good here. I got the esquite (corn with butter and chili) with no mayo and it's delicious! They have a lot of options and the menu has pictures and prices so you know what you're getting when you place your order. They're in the Vallarta shopping center that you can miss the location but it's in the corner. There's plenty of parking. This place is awesome! Deliciousness! I got the mango thing (I could look up the name but I'm being lazy). It was made fresh to order and so fantastic! My daughters had cones one had a single scoop the other had a double. The best flavor for them was coconut and a caramel type. Total was between 15-17 dollars. I've been craving it ever since I had it. I think it's important to point out that this place is located in an older and not so great area of the city, however the store itself inside was modern and exceptionally clean . Really disappointed. Was looking forward to coming here with my family. Had 6 people total with 1 toddler. Showed up at 1050 not realizing it didn't open till 11. So we waited with the kiddo getting amped up at the prospect of icecream. 11 comes and goes. 1105 now the toddler is getting antsy. 1110 we knock. Two people inside and no acknowledgement. We just wanted paletas but they wouldn't even open the door to give us an update. I get needing to prepare to open but at least follow your posted store hours. Had to leave with a toddler crying as he didn't understand why he wasn't getting icecream. read more

Large menu + delicious snacks. I paid for pepinos preparados, tostilocos, and paletas. The store has markers where you stand if you're waiting in line. If all the markers are taken you must wait outside until a marker becomes available. This wasn't an issue for me as it is for our safety (control the # of people inside the store). Service was pretty fast. They had a special on paletas. Parking is shared with other businesses but there was ample parking when I went. They truly do have everything you're looking for here (especially during the hot summer!). They have a bunch of ice cream flavors to chose from. Employees are super nice and patient. If I remember correctly there is a rewards program that you can join- definitely worth it if you come often. Only thing- the store needs better AC. HOT TEMPERATURE MAKES THE ICE-CREAM MELT BY THE TIME YOU GO PAY ... -BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: I questioned how they were preparing my desserts and server got upset , I was not rude, promise you ! during my visits I order an ice cream float and the young girl making was probably new because she was not making it right and when I ask why she was making it different than the picture and the way the previous server had made it to another customer, her response was " THIS IS THE WAY I WAS THOUGHT HOW TO MAKE IT " responded with an attitude . -ALso signs that they hand write with notes to customer are not customer welcoming. Ex: " Make sure you give us your order right or you will have to pay for the item and we won't remake it " ... Based on my experience I decided just to order that item and did not order anything else I was afraid they were not going to make a right and still make me pay for it. Hands-down, this is my favorite spot in all of AV! They are open late and are always well staffed. The staff is very knowledgeable with their menu and quick to service customers. They carry a huge selection of ice cream and are always stocked. Horrible experience and food. This is the last bad experience we have and we will go twice the distance to another Michoacana. "Owners Daughter" makes up some random rules about how you have to order three fruit in a dish instead of two. Even if youll take less fruit or pay more money you have to have the third fruit added to your dish. Makes absolute zero sense and I only hope as a local business owner that my Daughters dont act so privileged that they can be rude to customers and force them to eat whatever food they demand. Awesome treats! Super delicious but it is the most painfully slow service I have ever received. Once they speak to you they are nice, I don't expect extremely friendly service all the time wherever I go but at the very least polite which they typically are. Except for the male cashier who always has a stand off attitude. He's never rude just always seems like he's always having a bad day. Every time I go it's always packed and they walk around so leisurely, if you are paying them a visit for the first time, make sure you are not in a rush, you'll be there at least 15 minutes just to put your order in even when it is a slow day for them. read more

This place is ok. I wish they had better choices like "raspados" (snowcones). They sell only ice cream choices, fruit snacks, or corn snacks. The last time I was there (I've only been there twice), I spent $25 on 2 popsicles, one corn snack and one fruit cup. I thought that was pricey because in reality, some of these snacks you could actually make yourself or find them cheaper somewhere else. The first time I heard of this place, I was very excited. But, now that I've been there it isn't all that fantastic. My biggest complain about this place which is why I gave them 1 star instead of 4 stars, is because the ladies that work there are not very friendly with their customers. They look like they don't really want to help the customer with their order. They have so many popsicle flavors to choose from, that I literally saw the girl roll her eyes at me because I wasn't quick enough to make my choice when it was my turn to order. It wasn't like there was a line or it was too busy. In fact, there was nobody there, but 2 guest eating at a table and me ordering the counter... So I decided at that moment when she did that to me, never to return. The snacks here are good, but they require time to make. My son ordered a bionico which is fresh cut fruit with cream on top. When he ordered it, the girl let out a big sigh like it was a bother for her to make it. Why sell it if it is such a problem and why make customers feel bad about ordering something on YOUR OWN menu??
