When the store hours say close at 10pm does that mean they will close 15 minutes early so the employees can leave at 10 or does that mean that customers can come into the facility until 10? I'm just a little confused. I got to this location at 9:45pm they had all the ice cream covered the door locked and were mopping the floors. Then they turned off the lights at 9:48pm. We stopped at this Baskin-Robbins location on our way home from a road trip. My wife called to my attention that one of the store employees was dressed inappropriately. She had on a T-shirt with no bra, and one could see her erect chest area. After eating our ice cream, she noticed that the employee's T-shirt was now wet around the same area and it didn't seem to concern the employee. The customer service was very poor, with zero regard for customers after taking orders. Also, the one of two open restrooms was not stocked. On our next trip. I asked the employees working what's one of the most popular items and they told me it was the Reeses Pieces sundae, it was absolutely delicious i loved it. Third time visiting this BR location and have to say the staff are always quite pleasant . Icecream is good, good variety of flavors.. I opted today for the NSA pineapple coconut and NSA caramel turtle truffle. Cakes in the display look nice and seem reasonably priced, some of the prepacked flavors seem to have a bit of freezer frost..but probably the ones that haven't sold and been sitting in there awhile. Tables inside slightly dirty with Icecream from previous customers... Opted to sit outside.. One bin was overflowing with trash.. Although there was another bin on the other side I walked to to throw mine away that had plenty of room.. So not their fault people couldn't walk the additional 8 ft to throw their trash. Rating is 3.5 stars for me... I much prefer Berrystar for gelato or Froyo , but my bf loves his Icecream sundaes. Icecream is good.. Staff is nice, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. read more

Always drive a little further to come to this location because of the friendly staff but today I observed an employee that starts with an S and ends in a Y and has the letters AMM inbetween. He continously ignored the female customers questions and when she ask him his name, he looked right at her then turned to walk in the back without answering her question. I enjoy Baskin Robbins all-year round and like to visit often. Today was my first and last time at this location. Tables were sticky, looked like they hadn't been cleaned for idk how long. At the time of paying I asked an employee named "Nora" to please write on the ready cake but for whatever reason she willfully declined saying it was a custom order and I needed to order a custom cake 24 hours in advance. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. Needless to say I walked out empty handed, frustrated but still in need of an ice cream cake. Who isn't a fan of Baskin Robbins. This place shares a place with Quiznos so it can get a little crowded but the workers are very nice and sweet. With all that yummy ice cream I would be sweet too!! You know, I used to love Baskin Robbins. Now....Not so much. The ice cream is good, but their measuring system SUCKS! When I order a "Pint" of ice cream, I want a "Pint" of ice cream! I remember the good old days, when they would put as much ice cream in a pint as they could. They even had trouble closing the lid sometimes. NOW, they gotta measure the damn thing. God forbid, they give me an entire pint and it goes over their precious 16 ounces. One of two things needs to happen. They either need to give me what I paid for OR they need to change their measuring matrix. So the next time, if there is a next time, I go in there, I wanna see 16 ounces, 32 ounces, etc. That way, when they put it on a scale and measure it, I know I'm ordering 16 ounces and I'm paying for what I get. Either make the darn containers smaller, or fill up my damn pint! read more

I had originally placed a cake order at a Lancaster location but they had lost the order the following day when I had called to make some changes. I was obviously very upset, but I decided to give this company another chance. I called this location and spoke to Daniel, who listened to my situation and took my order down and made sure to review everything to make sure it was right. He was very understanding and stayed positive the whole call, even though I was very stressed out over this.
