Today I was craving for a Apple Fritter and stopped at this YumYum Donut shop. It was an awful experience too. As I entered the shop I was met with the rudest Donut shop employee sweeping the floor. She didn't stop sweeping the floor even after I had her to acknowledge my entrance. She swept hard enough for the debris to hit my shoes and pants. I said, "my are you seriously trying to swept me outta the door? She wouldn't look up and kept sweeping. I knew than that I shouldn't order. I do enjoy a good Tres Luce anything. The muffin is stale and salty af. Their lemon filled donut was fresh and moist. Unfortunately, I will not be a repeat customer. I don't think anyone would enjoy someone sweeping trash onto them. Parking is horrible, you're lucky if you find a spot. They don't always have the doughnuts we're looking for and don't replenish when they run out. Customer service is hit or miss. The counter for preparing coffee is very dirty and messy, no napkins provided unless you ask multiple times. read more

The ladies working at this place are rude. We used to come here often and we never had issues. The last two times they forgot one to give me my coffee and they barely put cream cheese in my bagel. Manager told me they are only allowed to put 2 oz I explained the amount they put in all four bagels was 1/2 oz there was nothing in them. They charge $2.99 for cream cheese so why is it that they barely put any. All she said was that she was going to talk to the ladies. Nev going back. Very polite and kind people working there. All donuts are made every hour or so. You'll never get a stale one or dry one. Their bagel sandwiches are amazing!!! I always get chipotle or ranchero. Only problem is that when you are waiting in line to order and then having to wait to pay or wait for anything else than donuts, you'll come out of there and smell like food or like you were the one cooking. read more

I would give this place a 5 but a 3 because the one worker was so grumpy I had to encourage her to smile. I took the high road and started talking about how I loved the music playing in the background! She was surprised because I'm African-American who lovessalsa and bachata dancing!! I am always desperate to find a decent donut that is LIGHT & AIRY. While I have not tried all the shops in the AV, this Yum Yum Donuts is the only one I have found where the dough isn't super thick! Disgusting old stale donuts every time I would never go here again. They are cheap and dry like they are trying to put as minimal glaze on the donuts as possible. I asked for fresh and they refused. I super love this place until one evening that me and hubby decided to have a late snack. I got my fav donut and some cappuccino and so as my husband. We were eating our sinus when the cook making the dough for the donut caught my attention ...
