My wife, who is addicted to this place BTW, recommended it to me, and it is great! It's usually pretty busy, but we're okay with that, as the place is worth it. There's one barista in particular, Madison, who is always super friendly and just makes it a joy to wait while the coffee is coming up. Definitely would recommend! read more

The customer service here is always great! You can order through the app, in person, or use the drive-thru. No matter what time you go, the employees are always friendly. They usually have great music playing, and you can tell they enjoy working there or at least have a great team atmosphere. The lines can get long during the mornings and at random times throughout the day, but they do a great job keeping things moving by taking orders from your car before you reach the window. Since it's a walk-up/drive-thru location, customers can't go inside the building. The menu is mostly drinks, but they also offer a few pastry options. One thing to keep in mind is their drink sizes aren't the same as most coffee shops. A small is 16 oz, a medium is 24 oz, and a large is 32 oz, so double-check the sizes before ordering. I also like how customizable their drinks are, especially the different soft top flavors. My favorite drink right now is the Cocomo with banana soft top. Definitely worth trying! Overall, it's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm craving coffee. They make my drink the same way every time, and that consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back. read more

Always had a positive experience here after grabbing some drinks. When I'm in the area, I look forward to treating myself with Dutch Bros because I know the coffee will hit me very hard and keep me awake. I always get the iced coffees here and find the Caramelizer to be yummy, but I like trying out the seasonal drinks to when I can. Sometimes there is a long line of cars, other times there is an okay amount. Staff walk up with tablets to take your order and payment to help make the process a little bit faster. So I recommend checking the menu out beforehand or knowing what to get. Staff are always very friendly and give upbeat service here. Looking forward to coming back again read more

Came to Dutch bros to try the golden eagle. The staff were incredibly friendly, full of energy. The Golden Eagle was so good! Perfectly made, delicious, and definitely hit the spot. Please train your YOUNG staff on customer service interactions. They do not have the skills to tell grown adults what to do and HOW. They were inappropriate and misbehaved children. Remind them that NO is an appropriate response and they should learn how to accept it instead of having an attitude. I wouldn't have needed to escalate the situation if the staff wasn't so young and UNTRAINED. If your young staff wanna act like clowns then us grown folks are gonna act like RONALD McDonald. Stop playin with us. LEARN FROM THIS DUTCH BROS STAFF. The coffee is great. The staff interactions aren't. read more

The staff is always very friendly and helpful whenever we come here. My partner and I both got the Caramelizer drinks, and the lady took extra caution of my note allergy on her tablet. The coffee we got was delicious! Always worth a drive to stop by here when we are in the area. Bless the two girls working outside to take our orders at the drive thru to keep things constant. It's super hot and sunny out!! Management should give them at least a hat, an umbrella, or some tents for shade.. Despite the heat and burning sun, the girl that took our order was still very upbeat and positive. So yes. Dutch Bros please take care of your workers who are working outside in 100 + DEGREE WEATHER!! read more

I visit this Dutch Bros every month to try their seasonal drinks, and I've loved every one of them. I wanted to update this review to say that the quality and service have only improved over time. This location consistently makes drinks quickly, even with a long line, and their customer service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and great at making small talk, which adds to the overall experience. Currently, I've been loving their new Brownie Batter drinks. While I've enjoyed past seasonal drinks a bit more, the Brownie Batter Freeze has been especially delicious. If you're not a fan of coffee or caffeine, I'd recommend the Shake version--it's much more chocolaty. The drinks are quite sweet, so if you're not into super sugary beverages, this might not be for you. But for anyone looking for a sweet treat to lift their spirits, Dutch Bros is the perfect choice. read more

Long lines but fast service & the same price as Starbucks! We got the vanilla protein iced coffee & the cocomo iced coffee. Both were really good flavor-wise and the protein one wasn't overly sweet because they use unsweetened protein. The cocomo was my favorite and has the perfect taste of coffee mocha and coconut. I honestly don't understand the hype around Dutch Bros Coffee. Everything tastes overwhelmingly sweet and very unhealthy. If you love sugar, this place might be for you, but it's definitely not for me. I ordered a matcha with no sweetener, but it was extremely sweet and didn't taste like real matcha at all. I thought maybe the sweetness was coming from the whipped cream, so I asked them to remake it with a different milk and no whip. Unfortunately, it came back tasting exactly the same and still had whipped cream on it. It felt like my request wasn't heard. In the end, I couldn't even finish it and had to throw it out. Disappointing experience overall, especially considering how popular this place is. read more

I always love coming to Dutch Bros for there Rebel drinks. Their customer service has always been good but today it was better than ever. My very first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee. We won't have any in the LA area but when I was in Texas few months ago I saw so many throughout the cities I visited. Never had the chance to try it there. This morning I was in Palmdale and saw this place. Had to try it out. I was thinking it's probably a Starbucks quality coffee but I think it was a bit better. I got a cold brew with milk and it didn't have that burnt aftertaste of the coffee like Starbucks. It was enjoyable on a hot summer day that's over 100 degrees. Customer service was very friendly and prompt. Drive thru only. read more

Tried Dutch Bros for the first (and last) time. The coffee was shockingly bland--even after adding two extra shots, it still tasted like flavored milk . Wait times were absurd, and for what they charge, you'd expect something closer to quality. Overhyped, overpriced, and underwhelming. Skip it. read more

Although, I did not like the Milkshakes. I returned to try the Smoothies and let me tell you... The smoothies are a delightful treat. I got a Mango pineapple it was really good. I also like the fact that you can control how much sweet syrup goes into your drink. Just request it when ordering. The workers are so polite and kind. And earn their tips by being great workers with positive attitudes. The Price is right I know my first review was not good but give it a try for yourself. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Mango Pineapple Smoothie. Delicious - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Palmdale, California

I've never written a negative review for Dutch Bros before, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I visited this location around 5:30 PM and had an interaction with one of the cashiers (not the drive-thru employee) that was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. My minor brother ordered before me, and we ordered the same drink. When it was my turn, I explained that I wanted my drink made the same way as his. During the conversation, it became clear that he had accidentally ordered it iced instead of blended. When I politely clarified that my brother's drink was supposed to be blended, the cashier became aggressive and dismissive, repeatedly saying, "Where's the guy? Where's the guy? He ordered it iced." I calmly explained that I was his older sister, that he was a minor, and that we had ordered the same drink. I even offered to pay the difference (which was only $1 for soft top) to fix it. She told me it was fine -- yet continued to act irritated. What made the situation worse was that she then walked off to talk to her coworker, and both of them stared at us and laughed, which made my sister-in-law and me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. When she handed us the drinks, she asked "Is there anything else you guys need?" in a very rude tone. I had to remind her that we never received straws for our blended drinks. I live almost two hours away in the valley, and I went out of my way to come to this location because every other experience I've had at Dutch Bros has been amazing. That's why this was so upsetting. I paid almost $50 for drinks, only to be mocked and treated poorly. If someone doesn't like helping customers, customer service is not the right job for them. Coffee is something people go to enjoy -- sometimes to make a bad day better -- not to be laughed at or talked down to. This was the first and only terrible experience I've had with Dutch Bros, but it was bad enough that it really ruined the visit. I hope management addresses this, because this behavior is not what Dutch Bros is known for. If i could i'd leave zero stars. lol. read more

Oh how I love this coffee shop! The last couple of times I got coffee here Danae took my order. She is so cute and has a smile that brightens everyone's day that orders there. I've been to this location a few times and they've done well. Yesterday, I pulled into a lane and a lady taking drink orders came to my car. The driver ahead of me called to her and she realized she'd skipped them. She quickly apologized to me and jogged to the other driver. When she came back, she took my order, I offered my card for payment, and then she said with a smile, "Your drink's on me, since I ran away earlier." Good customer service, especially keeping a good attitude in 100° weather! And, because of the "escape lane," I was in and out within about two minutes. My order: Large Rebel, strawberry/kiwi/pineapple. Delicious! Tip: Download the free Dutch Bros app to earn points from your orders for free drinks. Only "negative": On my first visit, the guy at the window was chatting up my wife and me while waiting for our drinks to be made. He looked like he was 14 years old, and sort of acted like it. He went from asking what we were up to for the day, to seeing our kid in the back and asking, "Thinking of having another one?" Look, you may be my broista, but you're not my BRO, so chill with the deep questions. But...I'll still give 5 stars overall. I'm sure I'll return to this location again! read more

Passing through Palmdale, on an extremely hot Saturday afternoon. The ambient temperature outside was 104+ degrees. So, it was an awesome sight to see a Dutch Bros that we couldn't pass it up since we still had a few more hours to drive. We needed caffeine! We ordered a cold brew & a Cocomo frost. These drinks totally hit the spot. I've had the Cocomo as a hot drink and a cold drink; however, this was my first time trying the Cocomo as a frost. Super refreshing. Totally appreciate everyone working that Saturday afternoon. Especially, the young lady & young man working outside taking the drive thru orders. It was super hot outside and they did not have an umbrella. They had hats but they were in the direct sunlight. Stay hydrated! So, a shout out to them! Thank you read more

5 stars isn't enough to explain how thankful I am for this location. I had a bad experience at the Lancaster Dutch bros. So I drove 18 min away to come to the Palmdale location and told them about the issue I had and right away they helped me out and even offered me a free drink for compensation even though they weren't the ones to do the mistake. I legit was having such a terrible morning. Whoever is the one hiring people you guys are doing amazing because both workers that were outside satisfied me to my needs. I came in on 8/30 at 8:40AM. I also noticed how they brought out drinks faster than Lancaster. At Lancaster there was a long drive thru line and I legit waited there 20 min for a double rainbro and double torcher when i ordered upfront on the window. A car that even got there 7 min after I did left before me lol. I'm definitely coming to this location now, and before you go to the Lancaster one, don't waste your time! Come to the Palmdale location instead if you don't wanna wait long and get your order incorrectly ! read more
