When I'm in the area, I look forward to treating myself with Dutch Bros because I know the coffee will hit me very hard and keep me awake. I always get the iced coffees here and find the Caramelizer to be yummy, but I like trying out the seasonal drinks to when I can. Sometimes there is a long line of cars, other times there is an okay amount. Staff walk up with tablets to take your order and payment to help make the process a little bit faster. I visit this Dutch Bros every month to try their seasonal drinks, and I've loved every one of them. I wanted to update this review to say that the quality and service have only improved over time. This location consistently makes drinks quickly, even with a long line, and their customer service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and great at making small talk, which adds to the overall experience. Currently, I've been loving their new Brownie Batter drinks. While I've enjoyed past seasonal drinks a bit more, the Brownie Batter Freeze has been especially delicious. If you're not a fan of coffee or caffeine, I'd recommend the Shake version--it's much more chocolaty. I honestly don't understand the hype around Dutch Bros Coffee. Everything tastes overwhelmingly sweet and very unhealthy. If you love sugar, this place might be for you, but it's definitely not for me. I ordered a matcha with no sweetener, but it was extremely sweet and didn't taste like real matcha at all. I thought maybe the sweetness was coming from the whipped cream, so I asked them to remake it with a different milk and no whip. Unfortunately, it came back tasting exactly the same and still had whipped cream on it. It felt like my request wasn't heard. In the end, I couldn't even finish it and had to throw it out. The staff is always very friendly and helpful whenever we come here. My partner and I both got the Caramelizer drinks, and the lady took extra caution of my note allergy on her tablet. The coffee we got was delicious! Always worth a drive to stop by here when we are in the area. Bless the two girls working outside to take our orders at the drive thru to keep things constant. I've never written a negative review for Dutch Bros before, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I visited this location around 5:30 PM and had an interaction with one of the cashiers (not the drive-thru employee) that was unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. My minor brother ordered before me, and we ordered the same drink. When it was my turn, I explained that I wanted my drink made the same way as his. During the conversation, it became clear that he had accidentally ordered it iced instead of blended. When I politely clarified that my brother's drink was supposed to be blended, the cashier became aggressive and dismissive, repeatedly saying, "Where's the guy? Where's the guy? He ordered it iced." I calmly explained that I was his older sister, that he was a minor, and that we had ordered the same drink. I even offered to pay the difference (which was only $1 for soft top) to fix it. She told me it was fine -- yet continued to act irritated. What made the situation worse was that she then walked off to talk to her coworker, and both of them stared at us and laughed, which made my sister-in-law and me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. When she handed us the drinks, she asked "Is there anything else you guys need?" in a very rude tone. I had to remind her that we never received straws for our blended drinks. I live almost two hours away in the valley, and I went out of my way to come to this location because every other experience I've had at Dutch Bros has been amazing. That's why this was so upsetting. I paid almost $50 for drinks, only to be mocked and treated poorly. If someone doesn't like helping customers, customer service is not the right job for them. Coffee is something people go to enjoy -- sometimes to make a bad day better -- not to be laughed at or talked down to. This was the first and only terrible experience I've had with Dutch Bros, but it was bad enough that it really ruined the visit. I hope management addresses this, because this behavior is not what Dutch Bros is known for. If i could i'd leave zero stars. lol. read more

My very first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee. We won't have any in the LA area but when I was in Texas few months ago I saw so many throughout the cities I visited. Never had the chance to try it there. This morning I was in Palmdale and saw this place. Had to try it out. I was thinking it's probably a Starbucks quality coffee but I think it was a bit better. I got a cold brew with milk and it didn't have that burnt aftertaste of the coffee like Starbucks. It was enjoyable on a hot summer day that's over 100 degrees. I've been to this location a few times and they've done well. Yesterday, I pulled into a lane and a lady taking drink orders came to my car. The driver ahead of me called to her and she realized she'd skipped them. She quickly apologized to me and jogged to the other driver. 5 stars isn't enough to explain how thankful I am for this location. I had a bad experience at the Lancaster Dutch bros. So I drove 18 min away to come to the Palmdale location and told them about the issue I had and right away they helped me out and even offered me a free drink for compensation even though they weren't the ones to do the mistake. I legit was having such a terrible morning. Whoever is the one hiring people you guys are doing amazing because both workers that were outside satisfied me to my needs. I came in on 8/30 at 8:40AM. I also noticed how they brought out drinks faster than Lancaster. At Lancaster there was a long drive thru line and I legit waited there 20 min for a double rainbro and double torcher when i ordered upfront on the window. These drinks totally hit the spot. I've had the Cocomo as a hot drink and a cold drink; however, this was my first time trying the Cocomo as a frost. Super refreshing.
