I really like the convenience of this Jamba Juice location. It's right by all the big stores, so it's in a perfect spot whenever I'm in the mood for a mango smoothie or an açaí bowl. I also love Jamba Juice's turmeric and ginger shots. They're my favorite especially when I start feeling like I'm about to catch a cold or the flu. This location is generous with their portions, and my açaí bowls always come out great. I love ordering mine with Nutella, strawberries, coconut flakes, blueberries, and honey drizzle. The staff here are great as well. They acknowledge customers when they walk in, and they're quick to take orders. Id say this is a solid Jamba Juice location. I brought my grand daughter to get her favorite juice! August 16th 2919 at about 4:30 pm I gave Luis a $20 bill ( I specifically remember that because I was looking for a $10 and i had only $20s). I love Jamba Juice but every time I come in I hope the nice crew is there because some people are so rude and not nice. If you're reading this it isn't to late and you should go work somewhere where you don't make things for customers or interact because no one wants a sour attitude when getting a dam smoothie. I love the açaí antioxidant it's so delicious, I wish online orders can be fixed so I can substitute from any option of liquid to water. Everyone here is friendly! Since it is newly opened it is always packed but I have never waited over 5 min no matter how busy this place is! My drinks are always correct and fresh tasting! The flatbreads are to die for, they always come warm, fresh, and crisp. Dont like a particular fruit in your drink? No problem they are more then happy to switch it out for something else! The matcha shot is super good too! Dont be afraid of it! it comes with soy or ornage juice (i have only had it with soy) and they shake it in a shaker making it wonderful and cold! This location sucks. I came in last night and ordered 2 drinks they took forever to make it matter a fact they did make it and "someone else took my order" HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? . Went to this Jamba Juice twice tonight. First time, Albert made me two Strawberries Wild smoothies and they came out amazing. Thank you, Albert. Came back later to get a Peanut Butter Moo'd and a Chocolate Moo'd for family. This time, a girl with shitty attitude took my order after standing behind the cash register for a few minutes with her earbuds in. She didn't even use her own code; she had to ask Albert for his. She made my drinks and then yelled, "They're ready!" with her dry attitude. To top it all off, I didn't notice until I got home that she put the banana in the Chocolate Moo'd when it was supposed to go in the Peanut Butter Moo'd. So, now I've got a watery drink that tastes like peanuts and a thick, mostly banana "Chocolate Moo'd." Next time I come here, I'll be sure to make sure this girl doesn't make my drinks. Before I left, another customer asked about if honey was extra charge on the bowls. This worker must've been too lazy to get Albert's code again that she just gave the customer extra honey for free after making a big deal of it being an extra charge, as of walking to the register was a big inconvenience. This location is the ONLY location in the AV I do business at. The girls here are phenomenal, they all call me by name & they all make my drink perfectly. Sometimes they even start it right as I walk in the door! I'm not going to say any names but I do have three favorite girls lol. I prefer to go in the day time because the entire vibe is different as opposed to the night & night staff. The manager is always around, always working, and always available if I need her or if they need her.
