Juice It Up is honestly my go-to place whenever I'm craving protein smoothies. I've preferred them over Jamba Juice and wish there were more Juice It Up's in the area. Their Protein Blast is my usual favorite, although I sometimes switch it up with The Zone depending on what I'm in the mood for. Both are consistently good and actually filling without tasting overly heavy or artificial. I've also tried their açaí berry bowls a few times and they're surprisingly delicious for the price. Definitely a good option if you want something lighter but still refreshing. The store itself is always kept clean, and the staff has consistently been polite, attentive, and efficient every time I've gone. I didn't know that we had a juice bar like this in the west side of Palmdale , and I've been pleasantly surprised that they offer cold pressed juices and not just smoothies. Service is terrible. It was happy hour, and it is supposed to be $1 or $2 off between a certain hour. I wasn't aware because I don't go there often, BUT the cashier knew. When I asked to get the $1 off, I was told you have to ask before they ring it up. In Chili's and other places that have happy hour, you automatically get the happy hour price you dont have to ask. I canceled my order and left. They weren't very business like anyway for as high as their prices are!! I had another incident while I was there, and when I asked about it, they weren't honest. This place ruined the rest of my day. I was livid but had to pray about this situation. If a customer is paying $8 + for a medium drink, which is outrageous, you should be treated better and more respectfully. Not pleased At this place, the customer is wrong???
