Good smoothies but dam only having 1 person run the whole thing in the morning is criminal! Also very inconvenient for us who are in a time crunch! Great staff tho! Just whoever running it need to put 2 people at least read more

Overpriced for mediocre açaí honestly. It does the job to hit the spot, but it was just mid. The service was nice. The place inside was kinda small, it only had one table so we had to share the table w random people. I don't think I would come again honestly. read more

We were in the area visiting since our daughter is playing in a softball tournament near there and we needed our juice fix. Wow - we got there a few minutes before close but they still made our juices - thank you so much! First timers and would definitely recommend. We tried the Evergreen which was so delicious! The guy who made our drinks was very kind. Thanks again! read more

I didn't know that we had a juice bar like this in the west side of Palmdale , and I've been pleasantly surprised that they offer cold pressed juices and not just smoothies. I haven't gotten the opportunity to sit inside but it looks clean and relaxing . Customer service has been nice and helpful as well . read more

What more can I say besides this picturesque beauty. Perfection. Açaí bowls are the perfect guilt free dessert of breakfast however you want it. Plenty of fruit topping such as pineapple, mango, bananas, berries and don't forget all the extra coconut, chia, granola you can add. Highly recommend Juice it up! Just beware the brain freeze specially on chilly days read more

Another Evening at work on a Thursday, Another food adventure with my Coworker Katia. She didn't wanna be eating anything unhealthy so she chose to have a smoothie and I tagged a long to have a Açaí bowl which I use to get all the time when I stayed in Northridge we had one on campus and it got me right EVERY time! So I went ahead and ordered one and it was my absolute favorite ! I love how cute they are with the presentation because like me it matters! I knew the moment I seen it I had to take a nice picture ! I forgot to get a picture of my Coworkers drink but she drank it in like 5 minutes. It was a kale green looking smoothie and she loved it. We decided this may be a tradition from now on ! read more

Asked for two açaí bowls. Didn't check the bag, came home and no granola. Called and Veronica said if you don't ask for it, why would we put it? Is this a joke.. poor customer service and they take forever to get you anything! Take your business elsewhere.. I sure will. read more

My sister and I do not eat a lot. We ordered a large bowl. We ask the employees to slit it into two bowls. She gave up a hard time about it. She said yes. But then said no. I normally go to Valencia location. They always do it for us. I don't understand why they couldn't do it for us. read more

This store has amazing customer service. They by far have the best smoothies and their açaí bowls are made with perfection.

They are fast and friendly employees were attentive and helped me pick a drink since I was indecisive.

Got the PB mocha coffee smoothie and a protein acai bowl and they were incredible!!! The large size is very large. The fruit was fresh and the service was great and fast. They need more seating inside though. read more

Recommended to everyone. Get the lucky lemon punch, and melon madness. I tried it once and now I'm a regular

I went in this morning around 11:30. I felt very uncomfortable as the attitude from the cashier was unpleasant. She unfortunately seemed upset that she was there and had to take my order. Very quick with her responses and not interested in helping at all. My drink was very tasty but I'm extremely hesitant to return if that is the attitude that their employees give customers. read more

Smoothies are very refreshing definitely not your same old smoothie place. It is fresh light and not overly sweet. My favorite is the Ever green smoothie! Check the app they have deals like buy one get one and rewards for free drinks. And online ordering a breeze if you are in a hurry and need to pick up quick! I have tried the acai bowls and they're tasty too if thats your thing! read more

I went in the other day, as a first time customer the Cashier whose name is Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. Delicious and fresh veggies and fruits. The açaí now was bomb and the green juice hit the spot.

Joanna was very nice, great customer service, definitely my favorite Juice it up location! (:

Service is terrible. It was happy hour, and it is supposed to be $1 or $2 off between a certain hour. I wasn't aware because I don't go there often, BUT the cashier knew. When I asked to get the $1 off, I was told you have to ask before they ring it up. In Chili's and other places that have happy hour, you automatically get the happy hour price you dont have to ask. I canceled my order and left. They weren't very business like anyway for as high as their prices are!! I had another incident while I was there, and when I asked about it, they weren't honest. This place ruined the rest of my day. I was livid but had to pray about this situation. If a customer is paying $8 + for a medium drink, which is outrageous, you should be treated better and more respectfully. Not pleased At this place, the customer is wrong??? I thought the customer was right or at least treated fairly. Smh, not here at the Juice It Up in Palmdale on 10th west next to Subway and Little Ceasars. read more
