Food is amazing and their menu is great as well. However, my issue is with the staff that answers their phone calls, they rush to take down your order, speak fast and as soon as they give you the minutes for you to pick up your order they just hang up. No "bye" no "thank you" just complete silence because they have already hung up. read more

The drinks are incredible so are the açaí bowls. The service was spot on, when I was having a hard time on deciding they were very patient and didn't rush me and even gave me some recommendations on which they liked the best. This place even if you don't see people inside is very busy as they take orders online. They have an extremely large selection of food items and drinks. Guaranteed that you will find your favorite! I came here as I saw they have ginger shots and I urgently needed one. They are freshly made daily. I ordered a ham panini, my feedback would be that it should be toasted bread and not use the machine to just mark the lines. Other than that it was good. The green juice was delicious! I come here every other day and spend a lot of money it's getting to the point that lately I've been getting bad attitudes from the ladies, as if I'm not welcomed here! I see them treating other customers nicely. I'm not here to cause problems, I have a good heart and just want to be treated fairly especially when I'm spending my hard working money. How can I trust them to make my food when they give bad energy and have bad attitudes. My smoothie was watery very disappointing. Then their back there laughing around while my order just sits on the counter. The lady with the short hair cut is always sweet. she always gives great customer service and she has a happy spirit. To be honest I've had some positive experiences going to this spot early on going and honestly lately it's been very negative these visits for the past couple of months. I'm not quick to throw the race card, but sometimes when I go in this establishment if someone is working in the front and speaks broken English and I don't understand them they look at me like I have feces on my face, or even when I order things now they try to add different surcharges to my order if I make substitutions. I love supporting small businesses but we all can tell when we are treated differently so hopefully they change their attitude on different minorities coming to support their business. I had to walk out of here a few different times feeling totally uncomfortable wanting what they bring to the table for the AV but not wanting to support a business where I don't feel appreciated .
