I love this place. Great food. Great staff. Great ingredients. Everytime I order it never disappoints and always feels freshly made. It's a place I crave every weekend haha!!! Try the smoothies and sandwiches. The portions are great and worth the price. The place is small and cute I don't usually eat there but when I do it's nice and there's lots of plants. read more

This has been my to go place for a while now, this review has been past due ! Their food is amazing, with just the right amount of flavor in just about anything you order. Not to mention they're fresh drinks, at this point i've tried just about everything on the menu, and it's all been so good (i'm pretty picky). No matter what time of day you go, even when the manger isn't there, the service never changes, it's been great ! Definitely try this place out never time, way better than any fast food place around by a mile, all at a really good price! read more

Food is amazing and their menu is great as well. However, my issue is with the staff that answers their phone calls, they rush to take down your order, speak fast and as soon as they give you the minutes for you to pick up your order they just hang up. This place even if you don't see people inside is very busy as they take orders online. They have an extremely large selection of food items and drinks. Guaranteed that you will find your favorite! I came here as I saw they have ginger shots and I urgently needed one. They are freshly made daily. I ordered a ham panini, my feedback would be that it should be toasted bread and not use the machine to just mark the lines. Other than that it was good. The green juice was delicious! The place is full of plants that decorate the space and makes you feel welcome. Will be back! read more

I come here every other day and spend a lot of money it's getting to the point that lately I've been getting bad attitudes from the ladies, as if I'm not welcomed here! I see them treating other customers nicely. I'm not here to cause problems, I have a good heart and just want to be treated fairly especially when I'm spending my hard working money. How can I trust them to make my food when they give bad energy and have bad attitudes. My smoothie was watery very disappointing. Then their back there laughing around while my order just sits on the counter. The lady with the short hair cut is always sweet. she always gives great customer service and she has a happy spirit. She wasn't working today. I didn't get a chance to get her name, if I knew her schedule I would only come when she's working. read more

I've had other items like their breakfast burritos, which are very delicious, plus I love the fact that they give you jalapeños on the side. To be honest I've had some positive experiences going to this spot early on going and honestly lately it's been very negative these visits for the past couple of months. I'm not quick to throw the race card, but sometimes when I go in this establishment if someone is working in the front and speaks broken English and I don't understand them they look at me like I have feces on my face, or even when I order things now they try to add different surcharges to my order if I make substitutions. I love supporting small businesses but we all can tell when we are treated differently so hopefully they change their attitude on different minorities coming to support their business. I had to walk out of here a few different times feeling totally uncomfortable wanting what they bring to the table for the AV but not wanting to support a business where I don't feel appreciated . God bless and I hope management sees this and make corrections. read more

When you walk in this place you can tell the employees greet who they want to greet as in they only speak to people they wanna talk to . I feel every customer should be greeted with happy faces and happy spirits. The women are always mean looking and get upset when they have to remake items they messed up on. They ALWAYS act like they don't understand common sense or act like they dont understand. They are always in the kitchen laughing or lagging around which causes items to be wrong. I use to get GREAT customer service from them until I started to send back things that needed to be remade. It's like they catch attitudes for having to do their jobs which is honestly crazy . The lady with the short hair in glasses is ALWAYS welcoming and never gives off bad vibes. I will no longer buy anymore things from here because the employees don't give welcoming vibes. read more

I just feel like if you go somewhere to spend your hardworking money you should receive great customer service. There should be no reason for employees to get upset for having to remake items they messed up on . I spend lots of money here and the women who work here don't give welcoming vibes at all . I'm always very polite and never try to cause any problems even if my order is not right. Great customer service would bring in more customers, but the way they act I will not be returning . The place is small but super clean and staff is always welcoming as soon as you walk in, asking if you've been there before or have any questions. This is my favorite spot for beverages because they're are all so refreshing and delicious! My current favorite are the coconut clouds because they're creamy along with refreshing. The burrata avocado toast is also really yummy. I mean, you put that much cheese on something and how is it not the most mouth watering thing ever? Overall, everything always tastes fresh and great!

I asked to upgrade my drink to a 24 oz, but they declined due to "ingredient limitations," which I found a bit surprising. In my experience, this type of request is usually accommodated in LA. The drink itself was delicious, at around $8 it felt comparable in price to Starbucks. Overall, I think there's a balance to be struck between building a distinct brand identity and maintaining flexibility in customer service, as being unable to accommodate simple adjustments can affect the overall experience. The ambiance felt similar to a typical teen-oriented or tween-focused hangout spot.

I even asked the girl Cynthia her name and she laughed. I hope it's funny when you continue not to have any customers and then don't get a paycheck. I even called her boss at the other location to let them know the reason why their shop is empty because of customer service like that. if you hire employees that don't even greet or even take orders, how do you expect to keep going or stay open? Can't say the food was great or anything, but the store was completely empty. The service sucked. It looked clean, but other than that I can't say much.

Additionally, I wouldn't go here for boba, I think that the drinks are a bit watered down. If you want boba, it "gets the job done," but I wish the drinks and the pearls were prepared better. I was thankfully reassured that it was pretty straight forward, simple and to the point. I'm referencing another experience I had at a similar poke spot in Palmdale that has all of these fancy toppings- like it was a Pink Berry, or something. Anyway, the two young women behind the line were nice and pleasant in their overall interactions with me. We had a small chat about the business as no one was in line and I didn't feel rushed, or pressured, to make my custom poke bowl. As I'm eating it now, it's very tasty. I also thought it was reasonably priced considering everything that I put on my bowl. I will definitely be back. Note to all current and future business owners of Lancaster: Give the people want they want! What they crave! What they desire!
