Long wait and mediocre drinks. I was initially excited to run across a Dutch Bros while in Lancaster. I went in the drive thru line manned by 2 staff members taking orders. However line moved super slow. When we finally got our drinks which was the ice blended ANNIHILATOR. I couldn't really taste the espresso or the chocolate macadamia nut. It was pretty blend. My friend ordered the same drink with an extra shot of espresso which tasted a little better. The staff were pretty friendly but when handing our drinks got the drinks mixed up. We realized that the darker one was the one with the extra shot of espresso but she told us the other way around. In any case, will probably not go back, at least to this location. read more

I absolutely love this coffee shop and more specifically this location. The drinks are never made incorrectly and hearing the music/laughter inside always keeps the positive vibes contagious. I always leave so happy with the service and their drinks. I had an order that wasn't quite what I ordered but instead of getting upset with me they remade it for me quickly! For a fun tip - many of the drinks can be made sugar free! Best shop to offer such a thing! :) read more

I received the best service from Q and Kamry! I visited Dutch Bros for the first time and wasn't sure what to order. Q was very patient and explained all of my options. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the first drink I ordered. Kamry the shift manager was so kind to offer to remake my drink! I loved my second drink and would definitely recommend coming to this location. You'll receive great customer service! read more

I went to this location last night and i must say the girl was completely rude at the window. I ordered a blended sugar free strawberry vanilla rebel, and was told the sugar free flavors dont mesh well sometimes. I explained Im diabetic and have no choice but given i order at least 4x per week at the Avenue I location to just make it anyways since thats how i have to order it. Ive been coming to Dutch Bros. On Ave I for over a year now and have never had any issues with ordering as a diabetic. I will be only visiting the Ave I location in the future. read more

These ladies and gentlemen sure know how to make your mornings! I love coming to this location they are fast, respectful and make your drinks the right way the first time. Wish i could give this 0 stars. Pulled up into the empty drive through at 9:55pm just to wait for 10 minutes until 10:05. Then this pink haired chick pokes her head out the window and said sorry we're closed even though i was waiting in line for 10 minutes with no service. What is the point of a store having business hours if they do not serve customers for all those hours.?? Super frustrating and a waste of time. Spend your money elsewhere! read more

Line wasn't that long and my order was taken quickly. I ordered the double rainbro iced rebel and it was a little too sweet for my liking. They had music playing in the drive thru which was chill. read more

The only time I visit Dutch Bros is when I'm in Vegas. There is no location within a 35-mile radius from my residence so I was pleasantly surprised to see a location while visiting one of the car dealerships in the area. I decided to get a drink for my drive home. Luckily, the drive thru line wasn't that long with only a few cars in front of me. However, I did have to wait a few minutes for my order because they mistakenly gave my drink to another customer. No biggie, I wasn't in a hurry. read more

The wait is ridiculous and you can always expect a line of cars. Go to the location on "I"....faster service.

I absolutely love Dutch bros. This location was great upon initial open, however the frustration they have imparted based on lack of following their own basic processes leads me to leave this 2 star review. Beyond maybe the first or second time coming, I have not had a single instance after where their line coordination/funneling is working properly or being paid attention to, even actively sabotaging it themselves. One example - Their sign literally says to choose the shorter line... car pulls in front of me in shorter line... I pull in behind them because their line is still shorter line... waiting while they order... 2 minutes pass and different car pulls in other LONGER line (further back then I am)... car in front of me finishes ordering, order taker then goes to car that pulled in after me, in the other longer line. Why provide a direction of go to the shorter line if you are not going to follow it yourself? This is not an isolated example, and every time I choose the opposite of either the shorter line or line that did not have the last car enter, they seem to be doing the opposite that day. If y'all are not able to handle following your own basic process, then why even have two lines? It would be fine if it was once or twice, but this is a very common recurring event - no matter which option you choose (shorter line vs one that didn't just have a car fill) it seems to play against you. I asked the associate why they served the other car first, they responded that they were going back and forth between lines this time - which would be contrary to their instructions of going to the short line. YES, it is a small thing... but it is legitimately every time and clearly depends on the associate that day as to what will happen and if I'll actually be served in the order arrived... and id just rather not deal with that. I will literally drive two extra miles just to not. It is a breakdown in process and y'all need to have it as a point of emphasis on training or simply go down to one line. Lost a customer at this location because of it. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly frustrating. The wait time at this Dutch Bros last night was way too long, clearly understaffed, and the line barely moved. It shouldn't take that long just to get a drink. That being said, I do want to give credit where it's due, there were two girls working who had the BEST attitude the entire time. Super friendly, patient, and kept things positive even though it was obviously chaotic. They're the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Management seriously needs to fix the staffing situation, because it's not fair to customers or the employees trying to hold everything together. read more

Attended an event nearby so decided to visit afterwards on my way home. The drive thru line was backed up to the entrance so I parked and walked up. Several beverages on the menu such as coffees, energy drinks, and lemonades. I ordered the Caramelizer, a blended coffee mocha with caramel mixed in. It was flavorful with a good boost of energy. There was music playing while you wait and a small bench. The wait was a bit long for the order but I was satisfied. read more

Very slow service. The staff is friendly but it's not fun waiting 20-30 mins for a latte. Just not worth it. I did come around holiday season so it was super busy. Ordering ahead online in app doesn't make a difference since your order is never ready when it's indicated. read more

Don't ever come here between the hours of 5 - 9am. They're all incompetent. Took an hour to get my drink! I lined up at 5am didn't leave till 5:56am. Now I'm late for work & they wouldn't do anything to acknowledge how fucking inconvenient it is to be stuck in a line for an hour. To top it off once I get to the window these idiots are all plunging a sink right next to a bunch of drinks they had made while water is shooting up onto everything. I'm not going to drink this shit but of course there was no solution. It was just a "ohh I'm sorry, I can't give you anything for the inconvenience but here's your drink covered in water shooting out from our sink" disgusting. read more

Slow beyond imaginable. It doesn't seem possible how bad it is. I'm at a loss for words. I hate being the person to complain about wait times but good god. Make sure you don't have anywhere to be and plan on waiting for a minimum 20 minutes. You could probably put in a mobile order at the Ave I location, drive there, pick it up and be home in the time it takes to get a simple cold brew here. 2 stars because I love Dutch Bros but this location is seriously not worth it. read more

When living in Arizona e were introduced to Dutch Bros coffee. Since being back in California we have definitely missed it. Now won't the new establishments being brought into our area we don't have to miss it anymore! Even as busy as this place gets the staff is still all smiles and great attitude!! Employees don't pay attention to when people got in line and my son and I ended up having multiple people helped that arrived long after us due to employees not caring. My son wanted to try this place and he downloaded an app on my phone and he went to a picked up window. He ordered an iced latte and I ordered a hot one. Service was decent he said. The taste of latte reminded me and tasted exactly like a Wawa gas station in Virginia. With that said, I will never come back to this location or any other franchise stores. I would rather brew my own illy in my mokapot. Yeah, no thanks. Not for me. But my son said his was ok. Another over priced gas station coffee. read more

this location is terrible. all those young kids in there think everything is funny. They work slow. They cleared out their drive through line and I still waited 20 minutes for my drinks. If I could give a zero I would! I went the other day employee took my order was okay seemed a little irritated but understandable because it's hot outside. I waited in line for over 20 minutes for three simple drinks. I tried my drink and it tasted completely different than normal it was also the wrong size so I complained. I talked to one of the girl managers who was very passive aggressive and just seemed to not care at all!! This experience ruined it I'm not returning to this one. read more

OH MY GAWD!!! THE SLOWEST DUTCH BROS EVER!! I'm pretty sure they were having a bad day but it ruined the whole experience for me. I WAITED 30 minutes for two drinks and mine wasn't even made CORRECTLY!!! All the fellow patrons were flabbergasted. The only reason I went here is because I got a gift card and not only was I late to an appointment..I had to drink something that wasn't made correctly.
