Long wait and mediocre drinks. I was initially excited to run across a Dutch Bros while in Lancaster. I went in the drive thru line manned by 2 staff members taking orders. However line moved super slow. When we finally got our drinks which was the ice blended ANNIHILATOR. I couldn't really taste the espresso or the chocolate macadamia nut. It was pretty blend. My friend ordered the same drink with an extra shot of espresso which tasted a little better. The staff were pretty friendly but when handing our drinks got the drinks mixed up. We realized that the darker one was the one with the extra shot of espresso but she told us the other way around. In any case, will probably not go back, at least to this location. read more

I absolutely love this coffee shop and more specifically this location. The drinks are never made incorrectly and hearing the music/laughter inside always keeps the positive vibes contagious. I always leave so happy with the service and their drinks. I had an order that wasn't quite what I ordered but instead of getting upset with me they remade it for me quickly! For a fun tip - many of the drinks can be made sugar free! Best shop to offer such a thing! :) read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly frustrating. The wait time at this Dutch Bros last night was way too long, clearly understaffed, and the line barely moved. It shouldn't take that long just to get a drink. That being said, I do want to give credit where it's due, there were two girls working who had the BEST attitude the entire time. Super friendly, patient, and kept things positive even though it was obviously chaotic. They're the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Management seriously needs to fix the staffing situation, because it's not fair to customers or the employees trying to hold everything together. read more

I absolutely love Dutch bros. This location was great upon initial open, however the frustration they have imparted based on lack of following their own basic processes leads me to leave this 2 star review. Beyond maybe the first or second time coming, I have not had a single instance after where their line coordination/funneling is working properly or being paid attention to, even actively sabotaging it themselves. One example - Their sign literally says to choose the shorter line... car pulls in front of me in shorter line... I pull in behind them because their line is still shorter line... waiting while they order... 2 minutes pass and different car pulls in other LONGER line (further back then I am)... car in front of me finishes ordering, order taker then goes to car that pulled in after me, in the other longer line. Why provide a direction of go to the shorter line if you are not going to follow it yourself? This is not an isolated example, and every time I choose the opposite of either the shorter line or line that did not have the last car enter, they seem to be doing the opposite that day. If y'all are not able to handle following your own basic process, then why even have two lines? It would be fine if it was once or twice, but this is a very common recurring event - no matter which option you choose (shorter line vs one that didn't just have a car fill) it seems to play against you. I asked the associate why they served the other car first, they responded that they were going back and forth between lines this time - which would be contrary to their instructions of going to the short line. YES, it is a small thing... but it is legitimately every time and clearly depends on the associate that day as to what will happen and if I'll actually be served in the order arrived... and id just rather not deal with that. I will literally drive two extra miles just to not. It is a breakdown in process and y'all need to have it as a point of emphasis on training or simply go down to one line. Lost a customer at this location because of it. read more

OH MY GAWD!!! THE SLOWEST DUTCH BROS EVER!! I'm pretty sure they were having a bad day but it ruined the whole experience for me. I WAITED 30 minutes for two drinks and mine wasn't even made CORRECTLY!!! All the fellow patrons were flabbergasted. The only reason I went here is because I got a gift card and not only was I late to an appointment..I had to drink something that wasn't made correctly. Every time I've been here unfortunately it's always been less than good service. Every time I've stopped by I feel like I'm bothering the employees, especially if I'm ordering at the window. The most significant visits I remember was when I walked up to order (during New Year's Eve or day, one of those) I guess they had closed early and stopped taking orders which completely fine if the employee at the window had told me this. He was speaking to a friend that was behind us and waiting for their order and not once did he acknowledge or inform us they weren't taking orders anymore. We stood at the order window like idiots for about 5 minutes before finally a manager let us know. Nothing wrong but the employee could've let us know they were closed. Another time I did mobile ordering on the day of a sticker launch and when I arrived, they informed all of us with mobile orders that they would not be making them because they had too many orders to do. It would've been nice had they shut down the ordering system so we would be aware. Not to mention drinks always taste watered down. I definitely think they need more training. read more
