The girl with red braids who took my order this morning around 11 was not very welcoming or friendly. She needs to speak up so we can actually hear her. I normally would leave a tip but because of her unpleasant nature I declined and most likely will not return to that location. They have an attitude problem, get your order wrong and don't bother with making sure your points are accurately redeemed. Go on Tuesdays. Came in during a visit to the city of Lancaster as the weather was extremely hot and we were looking for something refreshing to drink. Initially we were told it would be a 25 min wait however it took about 10-15mins. Don't bother ordering online. My fiancé went to pick up my smoothie for me and the workers acted like he was stupid asking if he ordered to the right place even after he showed them the oder confirmation showing their location. Then got told well they cant make it until it shows in their system regardless of the order confirmation. I called the store shortly after and it was magically in their system the whole time. The workers could have handled the situation a lot better and need to work on tone of voice. Do you enjoy rock hard chunks of who knows what in your smoothie? If so this is the place to go! I am extremely thankful that my little nephew did not share this smoothie with me because some of these pieces were big enough to choke on. I reached out and waited a month for a response before posting this review to see if they would have some kind of explanation, they never even responded! Luckily as soon as I got one piece that nearly broke my tooth I simply poured it through a strainer to find the rest. We ordered bliss bowls via DoorDash and were a little nervous how they'd deliver but we took the risk. They arrived beautiful and cold and looked just like the picture. The fruit o too was perfectly ripe and in appropriate quantities- I think next time I'll just add extra grand old since these are so big! Overall a great job by jamba and our DoorDash driver. Review for only the Mega Mango drink. The Peach Perfection drink is excellent. The mega mango drink was quite sour that me and my partner were taken aback by how it tasted in contrast to the drink we got earlier that morning. I understand they're busy, but I suppose don't use unripe fruit or soured fruit. :'( I could barely finish the drink and it hurts me to waste it. 1. 40 minutes for an orange/carrot juice, yes, not a smoothie or multiple items, one medium size juice. 2. Staff not wearing masks appropriately, only covering mouth, I saw 3 employees in this situation. 3. Customers not wearing masks and staff did not offer a disposable cover for them, one of those customers went into the restroom multiple times, hope he does not have COVID, or else, you have a serious problem with your RR. Overall terrible experience, staff very disorganized, one person blending and doing all the serving while 2 cashiers are standing around checking their nails. SAD! read more

I watched for 30 minutes as they struggled to take and fill orders. There was a huge line of backed up customers waiting for their drinks and a line forming. I think it would be very beneficial to have one person designated to taking orders, another to making drinks, and another to cleaning the blenders. There was no structure here at all. The two girls at the front seemed miserable (one angry the other like she couldn't care less) trying to keep up. After half an hour waiting on my drink, my order got skipped and then I heard one girl say to the other that she didn't think the person was here anymore and the other girl replied call her name out. Of course it was me so I walked up and she said oh, uh we will get started on yours now. At this point the line is almost to the door because no one is taking orders anymore. I did appreciate that I got the left overs of mine in a children's cup since I paid for a boost, and the drinks were delicious but they need some help figuring out a flow here.
