I didn't know Jamba made protein shakes but they do and their cookies and cream with banana, whey protein and cookies and cream cookies is so yummy and packed with 28g of protein, perfect for when you're feeling a little hungry or maybe after a workout. That's comforting, for me it's must of a neighborly staple to have in the community plus the healthy options it has especially nowadays. For the most part, I've had the best customer service here. I'm grateful they do their best to hear me out & accommodate my preferences as well as educate or fill me in on why things are a certain way etc. I found as long as you tell them in advance, not last minute, they'll be able to remember a certain preference like I.e. Easy ice or leave my smoothie lumpy (for me a little raw, the better). Ordered the smoothie pack 48 hours prior to pick up. Showed up and the clerk didn't know about the order. I showed the clerk my receipt and she still seemed confused. She checked her receipts and found my order. The clerk proceeded to tell me the smoothie pack will be ready within 30 min to an hour. She also advised me to order in advance. Keep in mind I ordered 48 hours prior to my pick up on the mobile app. I spent $75 on this smoothie pack and wanted this for my morning meeting. This was suppose to be a thank you gift for the employees at my job. Well, that didn't happen. It was very disappointing how the clerk handled the situation, no empathy and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering last minute. My advice to upper management, train your team. Ordered four jamba bowls to have it ready during lunch break. We ordered through the jamba app and received an email staying order will be ready by 1:02pm our driver got to the place and picked up our order our work is 0.8 miles away and got to us melted, watered down. Called the manager and wanted us to Come back return the bowls and they will remake it, our lunch is over by then. The manager is so rude and does not care about cusyomers. They need to fire Melissa the manager. Reported her to the corporate and we received a refund plus Jamba Juice gift card, that's how it should be done to not lose customers! The service here is subpar. The staff is never on the same page and if you pay with a debit card it has to have a chip otherwise they wont accept your payment. Ordered a Smooth Mango Talkin' Mango, should be called Chunky chewing Mango, it was definitely not smooth. Too chunky, it was more chewing than drinking. Needs to be blended better. Also, I ordered a Strawberry Surfrider, was ok, but towards the end it just didn't taste right, like the strawberries were not clean thoroughly. Left a bitter "dirt" taste. After reading some reviews, I think HQ need to do quality checks. Bet it NEVER will happen, too "costly" so they rather have people complain and not go back. Oh well... read more

All of the reviews from the last year are basically one star. It's that way for a reason their service is terrible and they somehow mess up the smoothies. Only 4 people in there and we all waited about 30 minutes for our drinks. One girl was moving like a sloth while messing up everyone's drinks and the other girl just rang up orders and washed the blenders.
