Ordered the smoothie pack 48 hours prior to pick up. Showed up and the clerk didn't know about the order. I showed the clerk my receipt and she still seemed confused. She checked her receipts and found my order. The clerk proceeded to tell me the smoothie pack will be ready within 30 min to an hour. She also advised me to order in advance. Keep in mind I ordered 48 hours prior to my pick up on the mobile app. I spent $75 on this smoothie pack and wanted this for my morning meeting. This was suppose to be a thank you gift for the employees at my job. Well, that didn't happen. It was very disappointing how the clerk handled the situation, no empathy and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering last minute. My advice to upper management, train your team. We ordered through the jamba app and received an email staying order will be ready by 1:02pm our driver got to the place and picked up our order our work is 0.8 miles away and got to us melted, watered down. The service here is subpar. The staff is never on the same page and if you pay with a debit card it has to have a chip otherwise they wont accept your payment. Ordered a Smooth Mango Talkin' Mango, should be called Chunky chewing Mango, it was definitely not smooth. Too chunky, it was more chewing than drinking. Needs to be blended better. Also, I ordered a Strawberry Surfrider, was ok, but towards the end it just didn't taste right, like the strawberries were not clean thoroughly. Left a bitter "dirt" taste.
