So I'm usually a fan of Jamba since their smoothies are pretty good and healthier than other food establishments in the area. Well this morning made me kind of regret paying 5 bucks for a small smoothie. I just finished doing a fitness boot camp and thought I'll grab a smoothie before work as a treat for my hard work in class. Well online and on the store window it says they open at 06:30 am. Not today I guess. I stood in front of the store and waited 10 minutes for them to even open the doors. I'm not invisible people the employees obviously saw me standing there and nothing. Ok I digress, so then the girl with the long braids unlocks the door and doesn't even open it for me just looks and me and keeps going. Ok a bit rude but hey maybe she's tired? It's early not everyone is a morning person. I walk in and the chairs were still up on tables the floor wasn't even swept and as I was walking in I said Good Morning to that lovely lady and she rolled her eyes and kept moving. The worst customer service ever!! I'm actually even irritated I ordered anything. I should of just left, but the Berry Upbeet Smoothie was good only drank half since it has 40 g of sugar for a 16 oz. However today I came and the girl that made my drink had a horrible attitude banging on the containers aggressively, screaming out names with a attitude and not even placing all the drink in the cup with like 1/2 inch or more missing with a obvious amount left in the blender that she threw out. This Jamba Juice has a monopoly in Lancaster being the only one. It is good for its smoothies. They always seem to be training new people though. They must have a high turn around for new hires. My new favorite is the Orange Karma with fresh carrot juice banana and mango. I like it because it is one of the only smoothies that doesn't have apple juice as a base. I also enjoy their strawberry whirl on occasion. The staff has always been fast and courteous at this location and I would recommend it as one of the few cool drink places in the hot AV desert. read more

Walked into jamba juice ordered two drinks and was rung up by Melissa. While ordering she was extremely inpatient. I've given him chance after chance before writing this review, even attempting to make small talk with him but this guy is just a dude with an attitude DWA. Yet, he wants to be the first at the register to take orders, where he offers no greeting. He just stands there as if he's annoyed to be alive. He either needs CS training or just needs to go. Diamond is the sweetest person I've met! I had stopped coming here back in September because one of the employees told me she was on leave but I went out on a limb and stopped by the other night and she was there! Issue right off was when trying to pay. They don't accept any US Currency more than a $20. No sign saying as much and the only explanation from the gal was Jamba policy. To me any business in the US should accept our currency. I sure would like to know the explanation??? Why is this an issue you ask? Because when summer really hits here in So Cal, this place gets packed. This is so upsetting. I love coming to this location. I have been coming almost every other few days due to me being pregnant and I crave Jamba Juice. I also get a large with any of the drinks and always get EXTRA pineapple with any I get. So with that they give you the large cup and put the extra smoothie in a kids up. They always do this. And I've never asked for them to do that, they just do it because you pay for the extra fruit in your drink. Well!!!! Don't bother calling in your order. I tried to call in for one smoothie and I was told they couldn't take any phone orders because of how busy they were. Totally understandable, so I drove to their location and found NO ONE in there. 5 employees and not a customer in sight. Wtf? I was only a few minutes away! There was another time I tried to call In an order of 5 smoothies, and I was told they only took a max of 2 smoothies per phone order, and that I would have to call back and order them 2 at a time. On top of that it had taken several phone calls just to get someone to answer the phone. Only reason why I am not giving this place a 1 because we love going to Jamba Juice. This one in particular just did not impress. The employee that help us had a very condescending demeanor to him. We received a 10% off coupon via txt stating "if we were playing a certain game that we would receive the discount" so we came in and showed (Anthony) the game. He gave us a very un-welcoming look and told us there were conditions to the game. We needed to show him a certain part about the game or it would have not been honored. The coupon only stated to show if we were playing the game. I just felt that this situation could have been handled a little bit better. (On a side note... Just about every morning Monica and I would call in our order to Jamba Juice for our fix we decided to go the other day in the (afternoon) we ordered our normal drinks however instead of mixing the correct amount they overfilled the blender, we added energy shots which are extra money per shot. I asked them if they could add a half of one shot of energy to my glass? They did not. I was told the person making the drink was new.. I ordered a small there still would've been left over in the blender if I ordered a large . I Left and in my car I took a slip from my tropical green it was so disgusting I couldn't even drink it. Was told my order was coming up so I waited and saw everyone come in after me get their order. My husband I used to enjoy going to Jamba Juice. The staff they had was amazing with great customer service skills. Now they have all new staff and not so pleasant attitudes. We just went and it will be the last time that we ever go to this location. The staff had been playing very offensive music with curse words. It is a place of business, not your friend's house where you can play whatever music you want. A great way to drive out customers, especially those with kids. Very sad. read more

I come in and there are two customers sitting down waiting for their orders, there is one worker making them and then a different worker takes my order and once she takes it she goes to the back.
