Wasn't hard to find parking. Store inside and outside appeared clean. Came on the weekday night. The line was short. There wasn't a lot of patrons inside. Got the large ice lavender matcha for $6.75. The order came fast. Tried to see hope many points I had, but the staff said I needed the Starbucks app otherwise she can't check. Drink came out fast. There wasn't a fan of the drink. I've always appreciated Starbucks for being a reliable spot to enjoy great coffee, study, or meet with friends. However, this location left me disappointed. While they had a large study table, there were no outlets available to charge my computer. For a coffee shop that markets itself as a go-to space for work, study, and conversation, this felt like a huge oversight. Lately the service has been lacking. Which is unfortunate because the Starbucks is close to my house and it's conveniently placed with all the stores, but this is literally the last Starbucks I like to go in the area because about a week and a half ago they messed up my whole order the drink the sandwich everything about it and then tonight at around 8:00 PM my wife, went and ordered a few drinks. First they got the wrong size when she asked for the correct size and the drink to actually be done with the right amount of flavor. They just literally gave her a Venti with almost a whole cup filled with ice. she was the only car waiting for over 10 minutes and two coworkers were just literally sitting there complaining about other coworkers rather than greeting her. It's not busy. I don't understand how they would mess up a drink and take forever to greet her. read more

Stopped in for some coffee en route to Mammoth for the weekend and service was pretty good. Our order was accurate, but the wait time was long for just standard coffee. The parking lot was also very congested and it is recommended to park a lil bit further away to avoid getting stuck in trying to back out of there. read more

Usually I love this spot as it's close to home and the workers are super friendly. Today at around 9pm the workers were as kind as always, but we received the drinks and they were all watery similar to if you were to leave it out for an hour. Pretty disappointing, my parents, fiancé and I all had the same issue with the drinks. Maybe the ice was melty today or a machine wasn't working properly. I'm not trying to be rude in any way. I'm pretty sure I just came at a bad rush hour and it wasn't thought of. My usual order from Starbucks is an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and this time I wanted cold foam on it. (I usually don't get this because I have a dairy allergy but I wanted to cheat). I am very used to how cold foam tastes, how the consistency should be, and the smell. I work at a coffee shop so I understand how busy times can make us not realize. But when I got my drink the first thing that I tasted was bad milk. The foam was maybe a day or two old and it was stinky. It made the whole drink taste bad and it was kinda upsetting. Starbucks is synonymous to Frappuccinos and Macchiatos. This one is small but very busy since it is by the freeway, near Palmdale's shopping areas, and is on the way to some of the biggest aerospace companies... NASA, Lockheed, and Northrop. Everyone is so nice. I try to order via the app to save some time. Parking lot is shared between other fast food restaurants so expect a wait even just to park during lunch rush hours. They don't usually run out of food/drink specials so this is a plus! read more

They always make my drink right and they know who I am because I order the same thing every day: Tall mocha in a grande cup with whole milk and extra whip and a bagel with two butters. Love you guys. Place is a joke. Don't bother using pick up in store they will make you go through drive thru to get your coffee. Even tho the app lets you choose "in store pickup" waste of 20 mins when my drink was already ready. Maybe don't allow in store pickup so people know ahead of time they can't walk in. Definitely won't be coming here ever again. Service is very slow as well. The Starbucks on K and challenger st is by far way better and they pump drinks/coffee/food out very fast. I've been to too many Starbucks places but this specific location is pretty much unorganized and dirty. It's quite a messy place. Spilled drinks... powder on the counter top... No one even tried to least clean up. The barista who took my order didn't even inform us that there's gonna be a wait for cold drinks. I understand they're probably busy?
