I was finally able to pay Dunkin Donuts a visit for a quick snack. Here is how it went....... He got the bavarian doughnut. He said it was ok nothing great My daughter got the strawberry sprikles. She loved it but then again what kid dislikes doughnuts. Right? I got the toasted coconut. It was very moist, right amount of coconut and not over powering of sweetness. We also tried the caramel iced coffee. It was very refreshing. Later in our visit my daughter got some orange juice. Customer service was ok. The guy needs to be a little bit friendlier. When I went back to get my daughter some orange juice we waited a bit. My daughter was a little impatience. The floor was a dirty. It looked like someone sweep and left the dirt on the side of the restaurant. Place needs to be keep a bit cleaner than it was when we were there. Overall I give them 3 stars. Didn't like seeing sweep dirt on the floor, stood there waiting to pay for orange juice, and the guy needs to be a little friendlier. Our total was $5.19 plus $2.19 for orange juice. read more

Stopped by today and asked for a dozen of sorted donuts. They did not have a complete menu available. Woman said they only had leftover. I did not buy leftovers. I buy quality, not leftover. read more

Sometimes I go here because It's cheaper than dunkin. Their drinks are super sweet so you'd have to tell them not to add sugar because the syrup Flavor is already sweet. They were nice because I ordered without cream and it was bland so I told them to add them. It was no problem. Would return!! read more

Waiting in the drive through for over 10mins for a freaking cup of ice coffee. There's nothing fast about this. Also many of the employees don't know their own.menu. I'm from the Midwest and Dunkin Donuts is everywhere service an selection isn't the same. So sad Tthe AV doesn't have more quality options to choose from. read more

The employee that assisted us touched our donuts multiple times. The tissue he used kept getting flipped back and forth whenever he would grab a new donut making it basically useless for keeping a barrier from his hands and our food. Busy times in store shouldn't be an excuse for poor food handling. We didn't see this employee wash his hands after touching his face/hair, the register screen, etc either. Please invest in gloves or use some type of serving utensils like tongs. read more

Dunkin' Donuts - Donuts Near Me - Lancaster, California

Employees are always so friendly and nice. Always up selling with a smile. And I love their coffee

Best donut shop in the entire Antelope Valley. Fantastic staff, excellent food and the best coffee and donuts ever. I give Dunkin Donuts a 10 Plus rating read more

I don't have any complaints really. I went in at 8:30pm on a Friday, they were not out of anything. The girls were very courteous, and polite. My only critique is they didn't really try to explain the menu or give me options. The menu was kind of confusing. Call me crazy but this is the very first time I ever had Dunkin Donuts lol. The Donuts were great, the coffee was good. All in all 5 stars read more

The customer service is not good today. They overcharged me and can't do anything because they didn't give me a receipt. Needs to be organized better. read more

Slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to. Waited 30 min in drive thru for an unshaken drink. Guy with tattoos dope and super friendly though!

I'm not sure why this place has such poor reviews but this is a wonderful Dunkin'. I was in the area for work and I wanted a delicious iced coffee. I was helped by Alejandro and he was super courteous, super friendly and knowledgeable. My coffee was wonderful and the price was excellent when you factor in the high quality of the coffee. Also this place has a drive thru! What's not to love? I will be back next week to Lancaster so I will be coming to this location again. 5 stars all the way! THANKS ALEJANDRO! read more

First time coming into a Dunkin' Donuts and my experience was awesome. Brandon helped me out and he was patient with me and helped me out in choosing what I wanted to drink and what donuts I should try. Best service I've had out in the AV in awhile. The drink that was made which I ask him to surprise me was delicious! Overall wonderful experience and Brandon was the best part of it all! Give This man a raise! read more

So being that I created the location I'm also the first review. I'm not sure how long they've been open but the service was AMAZING. We were greeted as soon as we walked in even though there was about 5-6 customers ahead of us. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts which consisted of 2 blueberry glaze, a strawberry with sprinkles, a Boston kreme, a coconut, a chocolate filled, 2 frozen chocolate drinks, and 1 chocolate/caramel frozen drink. At the time of this post I've only eaten the blueberry and the strawberry and both are delicious and not overly sweet like Krispy Kreme. The frozen chocolate drinks are similar to a milk shake and just as delicious. Considering I've NEVER been to Dunkin' Donuts prior to today but I will drive 10 miles to return. Keep up the good work!!!! read more

These people absolutely suck they can't even open their lobby like a normal business I don't care if it's Covid why don't you pay your people more so people will actually go in and work this is a real problem with the business having to wait in drive-through for 30 minutes read more

We were helped by a girl named Champagne who was having some kind of problem, maybe high or just slow? She wasn't listening to what we were saying, and just to get a drink order was almost ten minutes. Getting donuts was not much better. We walked out of there fifteen minutes later but we didn't get exactly what we want because we were tired of explaining it to her. The drinks we got were not good. I'm sad because everyone I know raves about Dunkin' Donuts coffee and these were all sugar. I should have gone to Starbucks. The donuts we got weren't bad at all so that was a plus. I probably won't go back though. I can get a pastry from Starbucks warmed up and be on my way in half the time. read more

it's basically my routine at this point to come to this Dunkin' donut spot for my caffeine fix. The team members are friendly and courteous. They are very prompt and efficient no complaints here. read more

The coffee here is really delicious. The storefront is super fun and stylish. It's worth stopping by to enjoy a good ole donut and coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts suck now, they took out a lot of good donut flavors like the butternut. Finally we got dunkin here but come to find out they don't have the donuts you like. Pffft read more

I have to say I only go through the drive thru, and now that I've come in to the store I have to say that I'm impressed. The workers are quick, efficient, and so friendly. It's also clean and a nice place to just sit and relax indoors. read more

We Love the donuts, and the kids like the ice drinks. The employees are always very friendly. The place is welcoming and clean. Thank you!

First of all the young lady that was serving tonight was very very helpful and polite. So 5 star for her. First time I came to this establishment and boy the first thing I noticed is that it's very warm. And it's around 65 outside. I can't imagine these kids have to work during the summer. Hey owners check out your place these kids are suffering from heat I can see their perspiring. Not to mention that they're pay must be minimum wage. Also donuts are not that good like it's not fresh. that's why I'm giving it a 3 star. read more

They were very welcoming to our AVDFA ()Deaf club) we held a dessert night in this new store. GM was awesome, very helpful, great tasting donuts, beverages cold, or hot depending on what we ordered. Not problems what so ever. Even had a boy that knew little bit sign language. We loved it all 35 of us, and will return again for a dessert night. read more

I just love Dunkin Donuts as a brand. The donuts are delicious, airy, and consistent. They always have a large variety to choose from and the prices are average. They have a lot of coffee drinks to chose from, but I don't drink coffee so I am not sure how they taste. The service was great. Super fast and super friendly. The woman at the counter offered two separate bags for my boys, which was very kind and thoughtful. Great DD location to visit. read more

Horrible wait! My kids wanted donuts so we drove on over to Dunkin pulled into the drive thru and waited. We waited and waited and the cars moved ever so slow. My husband was even able to get out walk into Blaze order a pizza come back and realize we were still in the drive thru 3 cars away from ordering. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru unable to even get out. The car in front of us only ordered 2 drinks and we only order 1 dozen mixed donuts. We finally get the window to pay and the cashier is charging us for someone else's order. She then takes another 5 minutes to go box the donuts. There were no customers inside the restaurant another worker leaning up against the counter on the phone. The management here really should be present and look into why it's taking so long to get people's orders pushed through. It's a drive thru no one should have to wait 45 minutes not even at In n Out do you wait this long! Sad to say I will not be going back! read more

All their food besides the donuts has a weird tap water taste. I've tried to order different things and they all have that taste.

I used to come here quite often until I kept getting bad service. I usually get the same things on the menu like a maple donut, sweetened hibiscus tea, star berry dragonfruit refresher... simple things right? Well a couple of months ago the employees couldn't get it right for some reason. They hired someone that didn't even know what I was talking about when I was ordering.. fast forward... I stopped going for a while then decided to go yesterday and tried something different like the pink drink.. didn't like it but keep in mind they had the strawberry dragon fruit available. I go inside today due to the Line being so long and the cashier rang me up... 5 minutes later she tells me they're out of the syrup for the refresher so I order a hibiscus tea sweetened... another 3-5 minutes pass.. she gives me the tea and I ask if it's sweetened and she asked me "oh you wanted it sweet??" I said it's okay... and just left. Mind you I paid more for the refresher... I highly doubt I'm going back at this point ... oh and my toast was sitting on the counter kinda Burt and no one even told me that was my order that was ready.. I cam here mainly for the refresher and was even late for work dealing with this.. management needs to improve read more
