I don't have any complaints really. I went in at 8:30pm on a Friday, they were not out of anything. The girls were very courteous, and polite. My only critique is they didn't really try to explain the menu or give me options. The menu was kind of confusing. Call me crazy but this is the very first time I ever had Dunkin Donuts lol. I'm not sure why this place has such poor reviews but this is a wonderful Dunkin'. I was in the area for work and I wanted a delicious iced coffee. I was helped by Alejandro and he was super courteous, super friendly and knowledgeable. My coffee was wonderful and the price was excellent when you factor in the high quality of the coffee. So being that I created the location I'm also the first review. I'm not sure how long they've been open but the service was AMAZING. We were greeted as soon as we walked in even though there was about 5-6 customers ahead of us. I ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts which consisted of 2 blueberry glaze, a strawberry with sprinkles, a Boston kreme, a coconut, a chocolate filled, 2 frozen chocolate drinks, and 1 chocolate/caramel frozen drink. At the time of this post I've only eaten the blueberry and the strawberry and both are delicious and not overly sweet like Krispy Kreme. The frozen chocolate drinks are similar to a milk shake and just as delicious. Considering I've NEVER been to Dunkin' Donuts prior to today but I will drive 10 miles to return. We were helped by a girl named Champagne who was having some kind of problem, maybe high or just slow? She wasn't listening to what we were saying, and just to get a drink order was almost ten minutes. Getting donuts was not much better. We walked out of there fifteen minutes later but we didn't get exactly what we want because we were tired of explaining it to her. The drinks we got were not good. I'm sad because everyone I know raves about Dunkin' Donuts coffee and these were all sugar. I should have gone to Starbucks. The donuts we got weren't bad at all so that was a plus. I probably won't go back though. I can get a pastry from Starbucks warmed up and be on my way in half the time. read more

First of all the young lady that was serving tonight was very very helpful and polite. So 5 star for her. First time I came to this establishment and boy the first thing I noticed is that it's very warm. And it's around 65 outside. I can't imagine these kids have to work during the summer. I just love Dunkin Donuts as a brand. The donuts are delicious, airy, and consistent. They always have a large variety to choose from and the prices are average. They have a lot of coffee drinks to chose from, but I don't drink coffee so I am not sure how they taste. The service was great. Super fast and super friendly. Horrible wait! My kids wanted donuts so we drove on over to Dunkin pulled into the drive thru and waited. We waited and waited and the cars moved ever so slow. My husband was even able to get out walk into Blaze order a pizza come back and realize we were still in the drive thru 3 cars away from ordering. We waited 45 minutes in the drive thru unable to even get out. The car in front of us only ordered 2 drinks and we only order 1 dozen mixed donuts. We finally get the window to pay and the cashier is charging us for someone else's order. She then takes another 5 minutes to go box the donuts. There were no customers inside the restaurant another worker leaning up against the counter on the phone. The management here really should be present and look into why it's taking so long to get people's orders pushed through. It's a drive thru no one should have to wait 45 minutes not even at In n Out do you wait this long! Sad to say I will not be going back! read more

All their food besides the donuts has a weird tap water taste. I've tried to order different things and they all have that taste.

I used to come here quite often until I kept getting bad service. I usually get the same things on the menu like a maple donut, sweetened hibiscus tea, star berry dragonfruit refresher... simple things right? Well a couple of months ago the employees couldn't get it right for some reason. They hired someone that didn't even know what I was talking about when I was ordering.. fast forward... I stopped going for a while then decided to go yesterday and tried something different like the pink drink.. didn't like it but keep in mind they had the strawberry dragon fruit available. I go inside today due to the Line being so long and the cashier rang me up... 5 minutes later she tells me they're out of the syrup for the refresher so I order a hibiscus tea sweetened... another 3-5 minutes pass.. she gives me the tea and I ask if it's sweetened and she asked me "oh you wanted it sweet??" I said it's okay... and just left. Mind you I paid more for the refresher... I highly doubt I'm going back at this point ... oh and my toast was sitting on the counter kinda Burt and no one even told me that was my order that was ready.. I cam here mainly for the refresher and was even late for work dealing with this.. management needs to improve read more
