Clean establishment and great staff. fresh donuts that tasted amazing. I'll definitely come back for more donuts.

Five stars for their employees who were awesome! One star for prices of donuts way too high and they aren't anything special at all, and two stars for coffee blah. We went around 4:30 and were stuck with what was left, they only have bakers overnight not like Crispy Creams or other donut places where they bake all day, so slim pickings and not fresh. I've been coming to this location since it opened and in the beginning I always had a good experience! The past couple of visits, whether it was walk-in or drive thru, I've noticed certain employees are rushing to get your order done and just have a bad attitude. It's unnecessary to roll your eyes when I request for extra ice during my order and you hand me my drink with barely ice in it, so I send it back. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but after my last 3 negative experiences I'm not interested in returning! Not sure if the two employees names but they were both females. read more

I was in line for a least a half hour before we ordered. Though we had ordered it they didn't ring it up or something cause when we got to the window they said they didn't and wouldn't ring it up because the line was too long. I'm very sad we were ignored for more than 10 minutes inside the store. Two employees were helping drive thru and when I finally told the female employee how much longer we were going to be ignored,she IGNORED us some more and kept putting donuts in a box! My husband and I were furious and decided to walk out. I'm making a discrimination complaint to corporate. read more

The staff is really friendly. The blueberry glazed donut is to die for. The frozen coffees are a little pricey, but delicious.

I went into this location twice while I was in town visiting family. It was my first time every going to a Dunkin and i believe the employee helping me could tell because she was SO patient. She even let me sample a blueberry munchkin and I thought that was so nice. That really made my day! I wish I could've remembered her name. The second time I went the staff was so friendly again! I'm really impressed with the amazing customer service. The donuts are also amazing. The blueberry donut and munchkins are so yummy. I wish I had a Dunkin Donuts in Redding! read more

I order from Dunkin' at least twice a week before I go into work next door. I always order the Turkey sausage, egg & cheese sandwhich on a English mcmuffin . It is by far the best item on the menu!! Let me start by saying that the donuts themselves taste watered down. They were not at all how I remembered them. However, Jordy, who took my order, was an incredibly friendly person who was always professional and respectful. Her manager (whose name escapes me), was wonderful as well. Jordy's friendliness and professionalism was such that I visited the location again to see if the other donuts types would be better. Unfortunately, they weren't. Dunkin' Donuts has great employees at this location! They really care about customer service! Their donuts on the other hand are a second thought and I believe this is a corporate decision. The food they serve really has value and I will definitely be returning because of the cheap affordable breakfast menu. read more

I love coming here. The doughnuts are fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are superb. My iced lattes and cappuccinos are always spot on. The staff here are always nice and courteous. There has never been a time I've had bad service here, and I will continue to be a customer. read more

You need to add more staff in the mornings to accommodate your customers. The wait is as bad as starbucks one of the main reasons I started coming to Dunkin. Never have I been more disappointed by a donut or service in my whole life. Not only did I have to wait an inordinate amount of time to order at the drive thru but the person taking the order was unable to do it at the time and had someone else take it instead. Once I made my extremely simple order, I went to the window to receive my donuts but once again the person handing out the donuts was unable to do it when my turn came. Once I did receive my order and took my donuts home, not only were they the wrong donuts but the donuts had little to no frosting on them, along with being smeared. I truly am not the type of person to post something like this but I couldn't help it. Service like this must be called out in order to prevent people from wasting their money like I did today. read more

So excited about having a dd every time I go they have gotten better I am pleased with what ever I order. My Girls love their frozen vanilla bean with caramel they say it's better than sb I like it too. True they need to keep fresh donuts stocked because they stay busy. Only complaint is they never have all the munchkins in which I would probably order a box every week if they had what l wanted JELLY FILLED & blueberry MUNCHKINS.
